针对数控凸轮磨削机床在加工过程中存在的周期性、重复性轮廓误差和不易建模等问题,提出一种基于数据驱动的轮廓误差补偿策略。在数控凸轮磨削机床的单轴伺服跟踪系统中加入无模型自适应迭代学习控制,该方法沿迭代轴引入伪偏导数,将复... 针对数控凸轮磨削机床在加工过程中存在的周期性、重复性轮廓误差和不易建模等问题,提出一种基于数据驱动的轮廓误差补偿策略。在数控凸轮磨削机床的单轴伺服跟踪系统中加入无模型自适应迭代学习控制,该方法沿迭代轴引入伪偏导数,将复杂的非线性系统动态线性化处理。针对两轴之间由于伺服跟踪误差不同导致的滞后量不同,利用交叉耦合迭代学习控制,将补偿量按照交叉耦合系数反馈到单轴伺服控制系统中,实现对凸轮磨削轮廓误差的补偿。最后通过仿真实验验证了提出的轮廓误差补偿策略可以有效减小凸轮的轮廓误差,提高了数控凸轮磨削机床的加工精度。 展开更多

移动铣削机器人原位加工作业是解决大型复杂构件高效高精制造的有效途径,其定位精度是重要的技术指标,对大型复杂构件的最终制造质量意义重大。针对现有的移动机器人存在的控制器开放性不足、集成性差所导致多数据通信受限、补偿方法实... 移动铣削机器人原位加工作业是解决大型复杂构件高效高精制造的有效途径,其定位精度是重要的技术指标,对大型复杂构件的最终制造质量意义重大。针对现有的移动机器人存在的控制器开放性不足、集成性差所导致多数据通信受限、补偿方法实现困难、NC代码功能缺失等问题,提出了一种数控驱动的移动铣削机器人精度提升方法。研究数控驱动的移动铣削机器人系统,构建总线通信架构,实现840Dsl数控驱动的移动机器人控制;提出机器人关节光栅闭环控制原理与光栅螺距补偿方法,实现移动机器人自重与外加负载的光栅补偿;提出基于几何约束与两步误差的机器人运动学参数辨识方法,解决坐标系对齐,避免角度误差被距离误差淹没;提出空间网格分割的移动机器人高精度定位方法,实现非几何误差补偿。通过试验设计、对比、验证,数控驱动的移动铣削机器人精度提升方法将定位精度从毫米级提升至0.11 mm,证明上述方法的有效性与正确性,为移动铣削机器人的广泛应用奠定基础。 展开更多

A CO2 laser die-cutting system, which does not need die board any more, is a new technique for manufac-turing packing box. Two optical paths, the galvanometer scanning system and the flying optical system, are used to satisfy different processing needs. The scanning system is composed of galvanometer scanning mirrors and F-θ lens. And the flying optical system is driven by two servo motors. This paper presents the software and hardware design of the laser die-cutting system, the difference between the two optical paths, as well as the relationship among the cutting speed, thickness of wrapping paper and laser power. The cutting speed and thickness of wrapping paper are linearly increased by the incremental laser power, while the cutting speed is hyperbolically decreased by the incremental thickness of wrapping paper when the laser power is constant. The amount of incision is reduced by 20% and the processing time by 40% when tested by a low power RF CO2 laser die-cutting system using the optimized program. This tech- nique is also used for the reference of other rapid laser processing systems. 展开更多

Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are considered to be one of the most important clean,distributed resources. However,SOFCs present a challenging control problem owing to their slow dynamics,nonlinearity and tight operating constraints. A novel data-driven nonlinear control strategy was proposed to solve the SOFC control problem by combining a virtual reference feedback tuning (VRFT) method and support vector machine. In order to fulfill the requirement for fuel utilization and control constraints,a dynamic constraints unit and an anti-windup scheme were adopted. In addition,a feedforward loop was designed to deal with the current disturbance. Detailed simulations demonstrate that the fast response of fuel flow for the current demand disturbance and zero steady error of the output voltage are both achieved. Meanwhile,fuel utilization is kept almost within the safe region. 展开更多

First, digital PWM... Pulse width modulation ( PWM) drive control digitalization is the key for the full digital invert power supply. New ideas are proposed, which are based on field programmable gate array ( FPGA ). First, digital PWM principles are discussed. The primary and secondary current characteristics are analyzed when the transformer is in both normal and magnetic bias conditions. Second, two digitalization methods are put forward after the research on PWM adjustment principles, which are based on the primary current feedback. Though the two methods could restrain magnetic bias, their realization is difficult. A new method is researched on double close-loops to overcome the above shortcomings, which uses the secondary current as the feedback signal and the primary current as the protection signal. Finally, the secondary current control made is discussed and realized. Welding experimental results show that the method has strong flexibility and adaptability, which can be used to realize the full digital welding power supply. 展开更多

This paper presents a constructive design of new controllers that force underactuated ships under constant or slow time-varying sea loads to asymptotically track a parameterized reference path, that guarantees the distance from the ship to the reference path always be within a specified value. The control design is based on a global exponential disturbance observer, a transformation of the ship dynamics to an almost spherical form, an interpretation of the tracking errors in an earth-fixed frame, an introduction of dynamic variables to compensate for relaxation of the reference path generation, p-times differentiable step functions, and backstepping and Lyapunov's direct methods. This paper presents a transition-mode zero-voltage-switching inverter for the cooker magnetron of household microwave ovens. The inverter drives a leakage transformer to generate the required high voltage and stabilized current. For achieving zero-voltage switching, a transition-mode driver L6561 is utilized to detect the ending of transformer resonance and drive an insulated-gate-bipolar-transistor. As transistor is conducted, rectified direct-current voltage drives the transformer. While transistor is cut off, transformer resonates with a parallel capacitor. Transistor conduction time and magnetron power are controlled with a 16-bit digital signal controller dsPIC30F4011. For widening the working range, transistor conduction time is set to be inversely changed with line-frequency input voltage. To demonstrate the analysis and design of this paper, a 1 kW inverter circuit is built. Experimental results show the feasibility and usefulness of the designed magnetron power supply. 展开更多

For human assistance device, the particular properties are usually focused on high precision, compliant interaction, large torque generation and compactness of the mechanical system. To realize the high performance of lower extremity augmentation device, in this paper, we introduce a novel control methodology for compact elastic module. Based on the previous work, the elastic module consists of two parts, i.e., the proximal interaction module and the distal control module. To improve the compactness of the exoskeleton, we only employ the distal control module to achieve both purposes of precision force control and human intention recognition with physical human-machine interaction. In addition, a novel control methodology, so-called high precision data-driven force control with disturbance observer is adopted in this paper. To assess our proposed control methodology, we compare our novel force control with several other control methodologies on the lower extremity augmentation single leg exoskeleton system.
