提出一种构建数量性状基因(QTL)图的双侧标记基因型均值回归法.该方法利用染色体上某一区间的双侧标记基因型的数量性状均值为依变数,以该区间内任一点假定存在QTL的加性效应和显性效应的系数为自变数进行二元线性回归分析,... 提出一种构建数量性状基因(QTL)图的双侧标记基因型均值回归法.该方法利用染色体上某一区间的双侧标记基因型的数量性状均值为依变数,以该区间内任一点假定存在QTL的加性效应和显性效应的系数为自变数进行二元线性回归分析,估计出QTL的加性和显性效应,并测验该点是否存在QTL,QTL的最可能位置则根据测验统计数取最大值的点而确定;同时,在某一标记区间测验时,利用多元线性回归方法将该区间外可能存在的QTL进行统计控制.该方法简便易行。 展开更多

An approach for generating interactive 3D graphical visualization of the genetic architectures of complex traits in multiple environments is described. 3D graphical visualization is utilized for making improvements on traditional plots in quan- titative trait locus (QTL) mapping analysis. Interactive 3D graphical visualization for abstract expression of QTL, epistasis and their environmental interactions for experimental populations was developed in framework of user-friendly software QTLNetwork (http://ibi.zju.edu.cn/software/qtlnetwork). Novel definition of graphical meta system and computation of virtual coordinates are used to achieve explicit but meaningful visualization. Interactive 3D graphical visualization for QTL analysis provides geneticists and breeders a powerful and easy-to-use tool to analyze and publish their research results. 展开更多

QTL Analysis of Chalkiness in Rice

A population of 150 recombination inbred lines (RILs) derived from the cross between rice varieties V20B and CPSLO17, was applied to locate the QTLs related to chalkiness traits and evaluate their genetic effects. A genetic linkage map was constructed based on 8 602 SLAF (specific-locus amplified fragment) markers, combine with the chatkiness traits of the tested lines. Four QTLs that related to chalkiness were detected using MapQTL 5 software, named qC-5a, qC-5b, qC-5c and qC-5d. The LOD threshold values of qC-5a, qC-5b, qC-5c and qC-5d were 4.02, 4.09, 3.94 and 4.1, respectively, explaining 11.6%, 11.8%, 11.2% and 11.8% of the observed phenotypic variance. All the four detected QTL alleles came from Iow-chalkiness parent V20B. 展开更多
