超声联合酶解处理对发酵整果枸杞子品质影响

为充分开发利用枸杞子资源,该研究以整果枸杞子为原料,采用乳酸菌对其进行发酵,同时为了缩短发酵时间、改善枸杞子的功能性和风味,采用超声联合酶解处理技术对枸杞子进行发酵预处理,并对其品质指标进行检测。结果表明,枸杞子经发酵后总... 为充分开发利用枸杞子资源,该研究以整果枸杞子为原料,采用乳酸菌对其进行发酵,同时为了缩短发酵时间、改善枸杞子的功能性和风味,采用超声联合酶解处理技术对枸杞子进行发酵预处理,并对其品质指标进行检测。结果表明,枸杞子经发酵后总酚、总黄酮含量及抗氧化能力得到了明显提升;超声联合酶解处理进一步增强了发酵强度、活菌数和抗氧化能力。主成分分析综合评价函数表明,超声联合酶解预处理后枸杞子品质最佳,结合正交偏最小二乘判别分析确定活菌数及还原糖含量为超声联合酶解处理对发酵整果枸杞子品质影响的差异指标。超声联合酶解处理后的发酵枸杞子挥发性风味物质种类和含量均有所提升,其中烯烃类化合物相对含量达到了32.64%,赋予其柠檬、薄荷似偏向清新风味,丰富了枸杞子的风味层次。 展开更多

赛买提鲜杏整果热风干燥特性及水分迁移规律研究

为研究赛买提杏整果在热风干燥过程中的水分迁移及分布规律,以赛买提鲜杏为原料进行干燥试验,探究整果在不同热风干燥温度(40、50、60℃)下的干燥特性,建立杏整果干燥动力学数学模型;利用低场核磁共振技术(low-field nuclear magnetic r... 为研究赛买提杏整果在热风干燥过程中的水分迁移及分布规律,以赛买提鲜杏为原料进行干燥试验,探究整果在不同热风干燥温度(40、50、60℃)下的干燥特性,建立杏整果干燥动力学数学模型;利用低场核磁共振技术(low-field nuclear magnetic resonance,LF-NMR)和磁共振成像技术(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI),检测干燥过程中杏整果横向弛豫时间(T_(2))和峰面积的变化以及MRI成像伪彩图的变化。结果表明,干燥过程中干燥速率呈“W”型动态波动变化,无恒速阶段,温度是影响干燥速率的重要因素。根据干燥过程中水分比和干燥时间的关系拟合数据,发现三次多项式数学模型拟合效果最好(R^(2)=0.9970)。经验证,该数学模型能很好地描述和预测杏整果热风干燥过程。LF-NMR实验表明,新鲜赛买提杏中存在结合水T_(21)(1~10 ms)、不易流动水T_(22)(10~100 ms)、自由水T_(23)(100~1000 ms)3种水分状态,其中含有95.95%的自由水。在热风干燥过程中,温度为40、50、60℃时干燥至终点分别用时为124、48、32 h,随着温度的升高能够显著提高干燥速率,促进其内部的结合水、不易流动水和自由水的迁移。干燥前期一部分T_(23)先于T_(22)和T_(21)被脱除,部分T_(23)转化为T_(22)和T_(21),同时杏核内部水分作为补充逐渐扩散到杏肉中,干燥后期,水分扩散速率降低,T_(21)与T_(22)相互转化并逐渐脱除。该研究结果可为控制赛买提杏整果热风干燥过程及预测水分含量提供理论依据。 展开更多

百香果中农药残留及膳食摄入风险评估

目的评估百香果中农药残留及膳食摄入风险。方法采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法和气相色谱串联质谱法测定6个地区采样百香果整果、果皮和果肉中的农药残留量,比较不同农药的残留分布差异。采用目标风险系数(THQ)评估单一农药残留的膳食... 目的评估百香果中农药残留及膳食摄入风险。方法采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法和气相色谱串联质谱法测定6个地区采样百香果整果、果皮和果肉中的农药残留量,比较不同农药的残留分布差异。采用目标风险系数(THQ)评估单一农药残留的膳食摄入风险,采用危害指数(HI)评价农药多残留联合暴露风险。结果共检出农药37种,其中杀虫剂19种,杀菌剂15种,杀螨剂2种,植物生长调节剂1种。整果、果皮和果肉样品中农药检出率分别为83.78%,94.59%,62.16%,分别检出残留农药33种、35种、23种。单一农药残留的THQ值均小于1,农药多残留联合暴露风险的HI值为0.8847。结论6个地区的百香果中均存在农药残留,但总体风险较低,百香果的慢性膳食摄入风险较小,暴露人群无明显健康风险。 展开更多

为完善蓝莓果实质地品质评价体系,应用物性分析仪整果穿刺和质地多面分析法对22个蓝莓品种的果实质地品质进行测定,分析各质地参数间的相关性,并采用主成分分析法建立蓝莓果实质地品质优劣评价模型,对22个蓝莓品种的果实质地品质进行综... 为完善蓝莓果实质地品质评价体系,应用物性分析仪整果穿刺和质地多面分析法对22个蓝莓品种的果实质地品质进行测定,分析各质地参数间的相关性,并采用主成分分析法建立蓝莓果实质地品质优劣评价模型,对22个蓝莓品种的果实质地品质进行综合评价。结果表明,代表蓝莓果实质地品质的10个质地参数均存在品种间差异,其中品种间果皮破裂距离、果皮脆性、果皮韧性、果实硬度、粘附性、咀嚼性和回复性差异较大,果皮强度、弹性和内聚性差异较小。蓝莓果皮破裂距离与果皮强度、果皮韧性呈极显著正相关,果皮脆性与果皮韧性、果皮破裂距离呈极显著负相关,果实硬度与果实弹性呈显著负相关,咀嚼性与果实硬度、粘附性、弹性呈显著正相关,回复性与内聚性呈极显著正相关。采用主成分分析法建立了蓝莓果实质地品质综合评价指数模型,筛选出综合评价蓝莓果实质地品质的核心指标:果实硬度、果皮脆性和果实回复性。果实质地品质优良的参评蓝莓品种依次为大粒蓝金、克瑞顿、布莱登、陶柔、夏普蓝、莱格西、奥尼尔、泽西、米德、双迪。本研究结果为高品质蓝莓品种选育和良种采后储运、加工及销售提供了重要参考。 展开更多

【目的】分析无花果果实内部质地特性及质地特性指标间的相关性,评价并优化无花果质地测定参数,为提高无花果的果品质量和完善果实质地无损检测技术提供参考。【方法】以无花果‘波姬红’品种为材料,以触发力、穿刺距离和穿刺速度为单... 【目的】分析无花果果实内部质地特性及质地特性指标间的相关性,评价并优化无花果质地测定参数,为提高无花果的果品质量和完善果实质地无损检测技术提供参考。【方法】以无花果‘波姬红’品种为材料,以触发力、穿刺距离和穿刺速度为单因素参数,在不同参数梯度条件下,通过质构仪P2探头,测定无花果的整果穿刺质地特征曲线及质地参数,包括果皮强度、果皮破裂距离、果皮脆度、果皮韧性、果肉硬度和果肉韧性等。采用方差分析和相关性分析对果实质地参数进行综合评价和分析。【结果】不同触发力、穿刺距离和穿刺速度3种单因素情况下,无花果果实的穿刺特性曲线各不相同,具体表现为第1峰的形成和第2峰的出现时间不同。触发力、穿刺距离和穿刺速度分别在15 g、9 mm、3 mm/s时能更好地反映无花果果实间的质地差别。果皮硬度与果皮破裂距离、果皮脆度和果皮韧性间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01);果肉硬度与果肉韧性存在极显著正相关(P<0.01);果皮硬度和果皮韧性与果肉硬度、果肉韧性存在极显著正相关(P<0.01);果皮破裂距离与果肉韧性间为显著负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】果皮硬度、果皮韧性、果肉硬度和果肉韧性间相互影响,并对果实特性影响较大,在一定程度上较好地体现了果实的质地特性。 展开更多

The results showed that the taperingness of central trunk of free spindle dwarf-shoot Fuji apple treeshad negative correlations with each factor of inserted small branch, while the taperingness of central trunk of free spin- dle long-shoot Fuji apple treeshad positive correlations with each factor of inserted small branch, the taperingness of central trunk of slenderspindle short-shootFuji ap- ple treeshad negative correlation with total thickness of inserted small branch, but had positive correlations with other factors. A fuzzy neural network controller with the teaching controller guidance and parameter regulations for vector-controlled induction motor is proposed. The design procedures of the fuzzy neural controller and the teaching controller are described. The parameters of the membership function are regulated by an on-line learning algorithm. The speed responses of the system under the condition, where the target functions are chosen as I qs and ω, are analyzed. The system responses with the variant of parameter moment of inertial J, viscous coefficients B and torque constant K tare also analyzed. Simulation results show that the control scheme and the controller have the advantages of rapid speed response and good robustness. 展开更多

This article describes a study by co-integration test and Granger causality test on the relationships between China's services trades and employment using the data of services trade from the WTO website and the employment data from China Statistic Yearbook for the years from 1982 to 2003. Co-integration test showed that 1% increase in export value and import value of services created respectively 0.205% and 0.068 7% more job opportunities in the service sector. Both export and import of services impacted positively on employment in service industry, and export did more than import. However, in the short run, the impacts of services export and import on employment in service industry were both very small, though positive; and the impacts of employment in service industry on both export and import of services were very big, but not stable. Granger causality test indicated that employment in service industry was a Granger cause of services export. The findings highlight the importance of facilitating services import and reducing import barriers, and suggest that the competitiveness of China's labor- intensive services trade can be exploited to boost services export and help employment in service sector, and that the structure of services trade should be optimized by shifting from labor-intensive to knowledge-and technology-intensive services thus to enhance China's competitiveness of services export. 展开更多

In this paper a system combining a diesel reformer using catalytic partial oxidation (CPOX) with the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) applications is modeled with respect to the cooling effect provided by internal reforming of methane in anode gas channel. A model mixture consisting of 80% n-hexadecane and 20%..!-methylnaphthalin is used to simulate the commercial diesel. The modelling consists of several steps. First, equilibrium gas composition at the exit of CPOX reformer is modelled in terms oxygen to car- bon (O/C) ratio, fuel utilization ratio and anode gas recirculation. Second, product composition, especially methane content, is determined for the me.th.an, ation process at the operating temperatures ra:ng!ng from 500 ℃to 520 ℃.Finally, the cooling power provided by internal reforming of methane in SOFC fuel channel is calculated for two concepts to increase the methane content of the diesel reformate. The results show that the first concept, operating the diesel reformer at low O/C ratio and/or, recirculation rat!o, is not realizable due to high probability of coke formation, whereas the second concept, combining a methanation process with CPOX, can provide a significant cool- ing effect in addition to the conventional c?oling concept which needs higher levels of excess air. 展开更多

In order to research possible influences of the adjustment of plant distribution on the development frequency of thunderstorms over the Leizhou Peninsula, mathematic statistic methods, including correlation analyses, 11 kinds of fitting models and all-variable regression methods, were used for analyses and research. The results show that the average trend of the number of annual thunderstorm days is descending obviously, and there are thunderstorms in all seasons, in which warm post-midday thunderstorms have taken up the most part, and high frequency is found from May to September, and the starting and ending dates of thunderstorms have a great annual discrepancy. The vegetation structure has been improved along with the reduction of rice fields and the area increment of sugarcane and fruits planting, which results in the decrease of the number of thunderstorm days; the change in the characteristics of winter spare fields, which is caused by the planting of vegetables, limits the formation of thunderstorms in early winter and late spring. Meanwhile, the area adjustment of peanut planting has little influence on the variation of thunderstorm days. The adjustment of principal crop distribution, such as rice, sugarcane, fruits and vegetables, may have obvious influence on the formation of thunderstorms, and sugarcane has the largest effect, followed in turn by rice, vegetables and fruits, and the adjustment of crop distribution has little influence on the starting and ending dates of thunderstorms. 展开更多

In other words, the demand of refurbishment becomes more urgent. The major objective of this paper is to explore and investigate the consumer behavior of housing renovation. We plan to explore the direct effects of housing refurbishment or restoration on the housing prices, and then the indirect effects of an externality spilled over to the neighbor. We will understand the overall effects to provide a preliminary estimate of the changing in the economic value resulting from the change in the housing refurbishment or restoration of buildings. This research also dig into how the effects in the housing refurbishment or restoration in Taipei city & Kaohsiung city. The purpose is to investigate the driving force on the housing restoration. This study will be the empirical study on the economic values by using hedonic price model. The result will be useful on the decision-making on the urban regeneration by the way of housing restoration and suggests that property owners of a housing estate will benefit from participating on refurbishment in Taiwan. 展开更多

Both transcription and post-transcriptional processes, such as alternative splicing, play crucial roles in controlling developmental programs in metazoans. Recently emerged RNA-seq method has brought our understanding of eukaryotic transcriptomes to a new level, because it can resolve both gene expression level and alternative splicing events simultaneously. To gain a better understanding of cellular differentiation in gonads, we analyzed mRNA profiles from Drosophila testes and ovaries using RNA-seq. We identified a set of genes that have sex-specific isoforms in wild-type (WT) gonads, including several transcription factors. We found that differentiation of sperms from undifferentiated germ cells induced a dramatic downregulation of RNA splicing factors. Our data confirmed that RNA splicing events are significantly more frequent in the undifferentiated cell-enriched bag of marbles (barn) mutant testis, but downregulated upon differentiation in WT testis. Consistent with this, we showed that genes required for meiosis and terminal differentiation in WT testis were mainly regulated at the transcriptional level, but not by alternative splicing. Unexpectedly, we observed an increase in expression of all families of chromatin remodeling factors and histone modifying enzymes in the undifferentiated cell-enriched bam testis. More interestingly, chromatin regulators and histone modifying enzymes with opposite enzymatic activities are coenriched in undifferentiated cells in testis, suggesting that these cells may possess dynamic chromatin architecture. Finally, our data revealed many new features of the Drosophila gonadal transcriptomes, and will lead to a more comprehensive understanding of how differential gene expression and splicing regulate gametogenesis in Drosophila. Our data provided a foundation for the systematic study of gene expression and alternative splicing in many interesting areas of germ cell biology in Droso- phila, such as the molecular basis for sexual dimorphism and the regulation of the proliferation vs terminal differentiation programs in germline stem cell lineages.
