财政事务是清代官员的重要政务之一,其财政能力的养成来源于作为士子学习时的培养及其为官后的再教育,遵循传统的文教方式与文化价值,以科举考试为选拔方式,多以经验主义为导向,针对实际问题,未形成专门学科。官员上任后,主要依靠参考成案、官箴,或引入僚属协助处理财政事务,仍遵循经验主义的治理方式,但弊端逐渐显现,影响清朝统治的稳定。

本文结合实例,从湘南学院图书馆建筑的设计理念、总体布局构思、平面设计、立面造型、传统建筑文化传承等诸多方面阐述其建筑设计特点,对其建筑内部功能处理,建筑美学和人文特色进行了探讨。通过该项目的设计实践,笔者对于传统与现代文化教育建筑的形式及风格相融合有较深的体会。

Study on implementing constructivism teaching concept of British-American Literature Teaching

Constructivist teaching concept is raised by drawbacks of traditional teaching. Starting from the reflection of the traditional teaching of English and American literature, propose the external study to explore multiple perspectives and to define the center to teach learning-centered teaching concept, and thus analysis the reform method, direction and specific implementation methods of current English and American Literature teaching, hoping to affect the current British and American Literature Teaching reform.

Importance and Role of Biodiversity and Tropical Forests in the Cultural, Socio-Economic and Religious Life of African Black People： Case of Benin

Biodiversity and tropical forests play a fundamental role in the life of the black people of Africa. In Benin, while some aspects of this role are well-documented, others are barely known. Moreover, these information remains so far very scattered through the literature which does not allow to have a global view on the contribution of biodiversity and forests to the life of people. In this work, it is presented the role of forests and biological diversity in the main vital areas of life of populations in south of Benin. The methodology used was based, with regard to the field, on bibliographical research, observation and/or field stakeholder survey. Investigations are more particularly focused on hardwood lumber uses and the species that are significantly used. The results highlight the uses that are made of vegetal elements of biological diversity and timber as forest products in south of Benin. The main areas explored are animist or traditional religion and traditional medicine, as well as socio-cultural and economic life. In this latter area, the most used timber species and their uses are identified; these include furniture, light carpentry, sculpture, formwork, canoe construction, drums and mortar making.

Study of Revelatory Impact of College English Teaching for Cross-cultural Awareness Training

With the rapid development of the world economy and technology, Chinese cross-cultural communication with the outside world has become more frequent and widespread.
