In this article, a method of high order, staggered grid, finite difference was used to model snapshots of seismic wave propagation and multi-azimuth surface seismic records in viscoelastic cracked monoclinic media. The modeling results clearly show the anisotropy caused by the crack fill material and the viscoelastic wave field through the monoclinic media. Summarizing the regularity of seismic records for different azimuths, this study is a significant attempt to understand the wave fields propagated in real media and to propose a more rational theoretical model for the future. 展开更多

Borehole inclinometers are important observation instruments used to measure ground tilt movement and monitor crustal deformation of solid tides and geological landslide disasters.They are widely used in oil exploration,mineral resource drilling,well logging,exploration and other fields.There is potential for development of rock stress strain monitoring tools.Many types of tiltmeters have been installed,such as SQ-7,FSQ,VS and JB.However,these tiltmeters are generally installed in a deep cave to avoid the interference of temperature,humidity,and human activities.With the urbanization of human society,suitable installation locations are difficult to find.To solve the problem,a two-component borehole tiltmeter,named the CBT-type tiltmeter,is proposed in this paper.It can be installed in a borehole less than500 m deep to eliminate environmental influences.The tiltmeter is composed of two sophisticated gravitational swing and two capacitive transducers.From preliminary theory and experiment analysis,its linear correlation coefficient is higher than 0.99,its co-seismic response is rapid and its noise level is up to 10 4arc seconds in practice. 展开更多

The water contents of nominally anhydrous clinopyroxene (cpx), orthopyroxene (opx) and olivine (ol) in peridotite xenoliths hosted by Cenozoic basalts from Yingfengling, Zhangchouchun, Fujitian and Lindi, South ... The water contents of nominally anhydrous clinopyroxene (cpx), orthopyroxene (opx) and olivine (ol) in peridotite xenoliths hosted by Cenozoic basalts from Yingfengling, Zhangchouchun, Fujitian and Lindi, South China, were measured by Micro- FTIR. All cpx and opx grains contained a certain amount of water, which was indicated by the presence of hydroxyls in the crystal structure. The water contents (H20, ppm) of cpx and opx from peridotite xenoliths of the study areas were 293-981, 183-752, 73-586 and 51-423 ppm, and 82-471, 74-571, 53-170 and 9-135 ppm, respectively. No prominent OH absorption bands were detected for any ol grains, indicating that the water contents were below the detection limit (approximately 2 ppm). The entire rock contents recalculated according to mineral volume proportions were 49-163, 48-168, 21-111 and 8-40 ppm, respectively. Combined with previously reported data describing the water contents of peridotite xenoliths worldwide, the results presented here suggest that water distribution in the continental lithospheric mantle is spatially heterogeneous at a global scale. The lithospheric mantle of South China is much richer in water than that of the North China Craton, and is close to that typical of off-craton localities, such as the Basin and Range Province, and Massif Central. 展开更多

In this work,we parallelly detected the specific binding between microarray targets including 12 different kinds of proteins and the probe solution containing five corresponding antibodies and quantitatively analyzed the interactions between CDH13 and solution phase anti-CDH13 at six different probe concentrations by oblique-incidence reflectivity difference(OIRD)method in label-free format.The detection sensitivity reached 10 ng/mL.The experimental results indicate that the OIRD method is a promising and competing technique not only in research work but also in clinic. 展开更多
