By analyzing the power distribution and intern...To improve the accuracy and speed in cycle-accurate power estimation, this paper uses multiple dimensional coefficients to build a Bayesian inference dynamic power model. By analyzing the power distribution and internal node state, we find the deficiency of only using port information. Then, we define the gate level number computing method and the concept of slice, and propose using slice analysis to distill switching density as coefficients in a special circuit stage and participate in Bayesian inference with port information. Experiments show that this method can reduce the power-per-cycle estimation error by 21.9% and the root mean square error by 25.0% compared with the original model, and maintain a 700 + speedup compared with the existing gate-level power analysis technique.展开更多

Methods We performed a prospective, non-randomized, concurrent and con...Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of continuous local anesthetic wound infiltration following open abdominal partial hepatectomy. Methods We performed a prospective, non-randomized, concurrent and controlled study. Patients undergoing open abdominal partial hepatectomy, according to their willingness, accepted one of the following managements for the postoperative pain: continuous wound catheter (CWC) infiltration, patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA), patient-controlled intravenous analgesia of morphine (PCIAM), and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia of sufentanil (PCIAS). The primary outcome was postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) scores at rest and on movement. Secondary outcomes included consumption of rescue medication, side effects, and complications associated with postoperative pain management. Results From August 2013 to December 2013, 80 patients were allocated to receive CWC (n=10), PCEA (n=22), PCIAM (n=29), or PCIAS (n=19). After adjusting for age, sex, body mass index, percentage of resected liver, operation time, and Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale, there was no significant difference in the VAS scores at rest or on movement between Group CWC and the other groups, namely PCEA, PCIAM, and PCIAS, at 4, 12, 48, and 72 hours postoperatively (all P〉0.05). The need for rescue medication was not significantly different between Group CWC and the other three groups at 48 and 72 hours postoperatively (all P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting or anal exsufflation time between group CWC and the other three groups (all P〉0.05). No severe adverse effects associated with continuous wound infiltration were observed during the study period. Conclusions CWC has a comparable analgesic effect compared with traditional analgesia methods at most time points postoperatively. CWC is a safe alternative for the postoperative analgesic management of open liver surgery.展开更多

Secondly, the posterior probability based on Bayesian decision algorithm is got. Finally, the optimal access network is selected according to the decision strategy based on posterior probability. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm not only effectively achieves vertical handover among WLAN, WiMAX and LTE with the least number of handovers, but also keeps high average network load, which can provide the users with good service quality.展开更多

With no latitudinal flow, the horizontal scale effects of island terrain on the vortex Rossby waves propagation show that the disturbance vorticity follows a clockwise island-circulating path more significantly, the local maximum wind speed amplitude reduces more sharply, the maximum mean azimuthally tangential wind spins down more substantially, when the topographic horizontal scale augments. With the latitudinal basic flow, the evolution of local wind and mean velocity are affected by the distance changes between TC and the terrain and the time length of topographic action: the local wind amplitude intensifies and the mean velocity diminishes while the distance is shortening; the opposite is true while TC is away from the terrain gradually.展开更多

METHODS: Ninety patients with esophagea...AIM: TO evaluate quality of life (QOL) following Ivor Lewis, left transthoracic, and combined thoracoscopic/ laparoscopic esophagectomy in patients with esopha- geal cancer. METHODS: Ninety patients with esophageal cancer were assigned to Ivor Lewis (/7 = 30), combined thora- coscopic/laparoscopic (n = 30), and left transthoracic (n = 30) esophagectomy groups. The QOL-core 30 questionnaire and the supplemental QOL-esophageal module 18 questionnaire for patients with esophageal cancer, both developed by the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, were used to evaluate patients' QOL from 1 wk before to 24 wk after surgery. RESULTS: A total of 324 questionnaires were collect- ed from 90 patients, 36 postoperative questionnaires were not completed because patients could not be contacted for follow-up visits. QOL declined markedly in all patients at 1 wk postoperatively: preoperative and 1-wk postoperative global QOL scores in the Ivor Lewis, combined thoracoscopic/laparoscopic, and left transthoracic groups were 80.8 ± 9.3 vs 32.0 ± 16.1 (P 〈 0.001), 81.1±9.0 vs 53.3 ± 11.5 (P 〈 0.001), and 83.6 ± 11.2 vs 46.4 ± 11.3 (P 〈 0.001), respectively. Thereafter, QOL recovered gradually in all patients. Patients who underwent Ivor Lewis esophagectomy showed the most pronounced decline in QOL; global scores were lower in this group than in the combined thoracoscopic/laparoscopic (P 〈 0.001) and left trans- thoracic (P 〈 0.001) groups at 1 wk postoperatively and was not restored to the preoperative level at 24 wk postoperatively. QOL declined least in patients under- going combined thoracoscopic/laparoscopic esopha- gectomy, and most indices had recovered to preopera- tive levels at 24 wk postoperatively. In the Ivor Lewis and combined thoracoscopic/laparoscopic groups, pain and physical function scores were 78.9 ± 18.5 vs 57.8 ± 19.9 (P 〈 0.001) and 59.3 ± 16.1 vs 70.2 ± 19.2 (P = 0.02), respectively, at 1 wk postoperatively and 26.1 ± 28.6 vs 9.5 ± 15.6 (P = 0.007) and 88.4 ± 10.5 vs 95.8 ± 7.3 (P = 0.003), respectively, at 24 wk postop- eratively. Scores in the left transthoracic esophagecto- my group fell between those of the other two groups. CONCLUSION: Compared with Ivor Lewis and left transthoracic esophagectomies, combined thoraco- scopic/laparoscopic esophagectomy enables higher postoperative QOL, making it a preferable surgical ap- proach for esophageal cancer.展开更多

In this paper, we propose a Packet Cache-Forward(PCF) method based on improved Bayesian outlier detection to eliminate out-of-order packets caused by transmission path drastically degradation during handover events in...In this paper, we propose a Packet Cache-Forward(PCF) method based on improved Bayesian outlier detection to eliminate out-of-order packets caused by transmission path drastically degradation during handover events in the moving satellite networks, for improving the performance of TCP. The proposed method uses an access node satellite to cache all received packets in a short time when handover occurs and forward them out in order. To calculate the cache time accurately, this paper establishes the Bayesian based mixture model for detecting delay outliers of the entire handover scheme. In view of the outliers' misjudgment, an updated classification threshold and the sliding window has been suggested to correct category collections and model parameters for the purpose of quickly identifying exact compensation delay in the varied network load statuses. Simulation shows that, comparing to average processing delay detection method, the average accuracy rate was scaled up by about 4.0%, and there is about 5.5% cut in error rate in the meantime. It also behaves well even though testing with big dataset. Benefiting from the advantage of the proposed scheme in terms of performance, comparing to conventional independent handover and network controlled synchronizedhandover in simulated LEO satellite networks, the proposed independent handover with PCF eliminates packet out-of-order issue to get better improvement on congestion window. Eventually the average delay decreases more than 70% and TCP performance has improved more than 300%.展开更多

Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) on gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Totally 120 patients und...Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) on gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Totally 120 patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized into an acupoint injection group, a muscular injection group, and a blank control group at 1:1:1 by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The blank control group was intervened by conventional post-operation treatment, the acupoint injection group was by acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L at bilateral Zusanli(ST 36) in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group, and the muscular injection group was by muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group. The two injection groups both received injection twice a day, totally for 3 d at most. The restored time of bowel sounds, initial flatulence time, defecation time and clinical efficacy were observed. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences in comparing the restored time of bowel sounds among the three groups(F=17.30, P〈0.05), the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group were significantly different from the blank control group(P〈0.05), and there was a significant difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial flatulence time among the three groups(F=19.12, P〈0.05), and the acupoint injection group was significantly different from the muscular injection group and the blank control group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial defecation time among the three groups(χ^2=21.23, P〈0.05), while the difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group was statistically insignificant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate was 87.5% in the acupoint injection group, versus 72.5% in the muscular injection group and 60.0% in the blank control group, and there were significant differences among the three groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) can shorten the restored time of bowel sounds and flatulence time in patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the efficacy is more significant compared to muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate.展开更多

The two features are similar in appearance but different in deformation mechanism (s). The MEM-criterion proves that ±55° to σ1era are the maximum effective moment directions and the shear bands that formed by mate- rial-line (beddings or fabrics) rotation mechanism have a constant conjugate angle of 110°. Theoretically, the 55° or 110° is a material-invariant, and practically, a statistic-invariant or preferred direction with average deviation of -10°. By this angle, shear bands can be easily recognized from shear fractures with conjugate angle never over 90°. The High-strain deformation in the lozenges usually predates the surrounding shear bands. Two stress states can not coexisted simultaneously in the same place and the resolving cr1' normal to the related shear zone represents 0-100% deformation partitioning, depending on the original kinematic vorticity of the shear zones.展开更多

The diffusion bound in anisotropic plaases is also studied. 文摘In this paper, we propose a Packet Cache-Forward(PCF) method based on improved Bayesian outlier detection to eliminate out-of-order packets caused by transmission path drastically degradation during handover events in the moving satellite networks, for improving the performance of TCP. The proposed method uses an access node satellite to cache all received packets in a short time when handover occurs and forward them out in order. To calculate the cache time accurately, this paper establishes the Bayesian based mixture model for detecting delay outliers of the entire handover scheme. In view of the outliers' misjudgment, an updated classification threshold and the sliding window has been suggested to correct category collections and model parameters for the purpose of quickly identifying exact compensation delay in the varied network load statuses. Simulation shows that, comparing to average processing delay detection method, the average accuracy rate was scaled up by about 4.0%, and there is about 5.5% cut in error rate in the meantime. It also behaves well even though testing with big dataset. Benefiting from the advantage of the proposed scheme in terms of performance, comparing to conventional independent handover and network controlled synchronizedhandover in simulated LEO satellite networks, the proposed independent handover with PCF eliminates packet out-of-order issue to get better improvement on congestion window. Eventually the average delay decreases more than 70% and TCP performance has improved more than 300%.
文摘This paper presented a method to create artificial fractures along the existing gas drainage borehole and increase the permeability of the coalbed using a high pressure waterjet cutting system.The field work conducted in Rujigou Colliery, Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group demonstrate that the coalbed permeability is increased, and accordingly, gas drainage efficiency is improved up to 3 to 6 times over the traditional methods using high pressure waterjet technique.Also, based on the monitoring data, the conceptual model for gas drainage process associated with different mining activities has been proposed, and few major advantages using waterjet assistance method have been identified.

文摘The systematical experiments carried out by G6mez-Rivas and Griera (2012) demonstrate that the ductile shear zones initiate at 55° to 0-1 just as predicted by the MEM-criterion. However, the data are explained in terms of dilatancy, which requires many prerequisites and implies that the ±55° angle is only valid for the used material. In contrast, the -55°predicted by the MEM-criterion is material independent, which makes it widely applicable to explaining the development of ductile shear zones in nature.

文摘Gauss maps of oriented timelike 2-surfaces in are characterized, and it is shown that Gallss maps can determine surfaces locally as they do in case. Moreover, some essential differences are discovered between the properties of the Gauss maps of surfaces in Rn and those of the Gauss maps of timelike surfaces in. In particular, a counterexample shows that a nonminimal timelike surface in cannot be essentially determined by its Gauss map.
文摘Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) on gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Totally 120 patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized into an acupoint injection group, a muscular injection group, and a blank control group at 1:1:1 by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The blank control group was intervened by conventional post-operation treatment, the acupoint injection group was by acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L at bilateral Zusanli(ST 36) in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group, and the muscular injection group was by muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group. The two injection groups both received injection twice a day, totally for 3 d at most. The restored time of bowel sounds, initial flatulence time, defecation time and clinical efficacy were observed. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences in comparing the restored time of bowel sounds among the three groups(F=17.30, P〈0.05), the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group were significantly different from the blank control group(P〈0.05), and there was a significant difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial flatulence time among the three groups(F=19.12, P〈0.05), and the acupoint injection group was significantly different from the muscular injection group and the blank control group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial defecation time among the three groups(χ^2=21.23, P〈0.05), while the difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group was statistically insignificant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate was 87.5% in the acupoint injection group, versus 72.5% in the muscular injection group and 60.0% in the blank control group, and there were significant differences among the three groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) can shorten the restored time of bowel sounds and flatulence time in patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the efficacy is more significant compared to muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate.

文摘After their experimental data were re-explained in terms of the maximum-effective-moment (MEM) criterion, Gomez-Rivas and Griera (2015) challenge the validity of the MEM-Criterion in terms of shear fractures, which have mixed up with shear fractures and shear bands. The two features are similar in appearance but different in deformation mechanism (s). The MEM-criterion proves that ±55° to σ1era are the maximum effective moment directions and the shear bands that formed by mate- rial-line (beddings or fabrics) rotation mechanism have a constant conjugate angle of 110°. Theoretically, the 55° or 110° is a material-invariant, and practically, a statistic-invariant or preferred direction with average deviation of -10°. By this angle, shear bands can be easily recognized from shear fractures with conjugate angle never over 90°. The High-strain deformation in the lozenges usually predates the surrounding shear bands. Two stress states can not coexisted simultaneously in the same place and the resolving cr1' normal to the related shear zone represents 0-100% deformation partitioning, depending on the original kinematic vorticity of the shear zones.

Utilizing the initiated "Bochner technique", a vanishing theorem for vector fields on the holomorphic tangent bundle T 1,0 M is obtained.

文摘The shear viscosity bound violation in Einstein gravity for anisotropic black branes is discussed, with the aim of constraining the deviation of the shear viscosity-entropy density ratio from the shear viscosity bound using causality and thermodynamics analysis.The results show that no stringent constraints can be imposed. The diffusion bound in anisotropic plaases is also studied. Ultimately, it is concluded that shear viscosity violation always occurs in cases where the equation of motion of the metric fluctuations cannot be written in a form identical to that of the minimally coupled massless scalar fields.
