“斯须九重真龙出”——读易洪斌画马近作

易洪斌的绘画,它超越了消费与享乐的“世说新语”,有意与当下时尚拉开了距离,而独步于艺术精神的高地,沉缅于艺术家自己的想象空间。在他的作品中,那古旧的形式里不仅有汉魏风骨、盛唐气象,同时更有近百年来孕育的现代激情。读他的作品,我常常联想到毛泽东时代的抒情诗人。有论者常提到他的湘人出身和北方阅历,这固然是易洪斌艺术创造的重要因素。无论是三湘文化、“湖湘学派”或是北国情愫。

Vanishing bile duct and Stevens-Johnson syndrome associated with ciprofloxacin treated with tacrolimus

Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) is a serious and potentially life-threatening disease. Vanishing bile duct syndrome (VBDS) is a rare cause of progressive cholestasis. Both syndromes are mostly related with drugs. We report a case of a patient with ciprofloxacin-induced SJS and acute onset of VBDS, and reviewed the related literature. It is the fi rst case of ciprofloxacin-induced VBDS successfully treated with tacrolimus. This case reminds physicians of the importance of drug reactions, their severity, techniques for diagnosis and methods of management.

五、乐化 (一) 君子曰:礼乐不可斯须去身,致乐以治心,则易直子谅之心,油然生矣。易直子谅之心生则乐,乐则安,安则久,久则天,天则神。天则不言而信,神则不怒而威,致乐以治心者也,致礼以治躬则壮敬,壮敬则严威。 心中斯须不和不乐,而鄙诈之心人之矣,外貌斯须不壮不敬,而易慢之心人之矣。 [今译]歌舞的教化作用(乐化) 有品德的人说:礼仪和歌舞不可以片刻离开我们。我们用歌舞以陶冶心灵。这样,平易。
