都市农夫的生态农业实践与关系生产——新乡建中北京小毛驴市民农园的案例分析

市民农园试点活动的开展成就了一批利用闲暇时间从事农业耕作的都市农夫,为城郊农业发展带来新的生产经营方式和文化价值。本文基于北京小毛驴市民农园的实践案例,结合观察法、文献分析法和访谈法对都市农夫的生态农业实践进行深入分析,研究发现基于健康食物、休闲娱乐、养老教育等目标,都市农夫开展的新生活、生产方式复归了劳动的价值,重构了人与自然和谐的生态关系、人与人友善的社会关系,在提高农业综合效益的同时拓展了当代农业的社会功能。未来,市民农园有着更多发展可能,如探索建立与乡村农园协同发展平台,为推动城乡融合发展提供更多实践路径。

新乡村建设实践二十年

本文介绍了二十余年来,当代乡村建设运动的发起背景、取得成果,分析了实践过程中遇到的挑战,并针对性地提出推动教育创新实验、完善学校教育体系,加强乡建团队学习、完善青年人才培训体系,搭建强有力的乡建网络系统、多方联动融合城乡等建议。

艺术乡建与旅游乡建在乡村治理中的困境——以粤港澳大湾区三个古村落为例

中国的乡村建设已有超过百年的历史,近年来兴起的艺术乡建以文化和艺术介入为主要形式,以其较强的视觉表现力和传播力,在主流的旅游型乡村建设之外逐渐开辟出一种乡建创新路径。顺德青田、从化乐明和东莞南社这三个古村落在粤港澳大湾区的乡村建设中具有突出表现,其建设主体、建设过程、建设内容、建设成效都各不相同,充分体现了艺术乡建和旅游乡建这两种形式在盘活传统文化资源、社区参与和乡村治理等方面发挥的作用。艺术乡建与21世纪早期城市空间中关于乡土主义的艺术实践一脉相承,且与当下艺术振兴乡村的系列工程息息相关,对这些案例进行比较研究,有助于厘清艺术乡建的源头并深刻认识其在乡村治理过程中反映出的问题。

Experimental Summary and Enlightenment of Urban and Rural Integration in Henan Province

By means of investigation and research of the 7 cities of the urban and rural integration in Henan Province, the paper summarizes five aspects of urban and rural integration in Henan Province in common from the social and economic conditions, spatial characteristics, dynamic mechanism, organization form, security measures： higher level of economic development, the selective advantage of location, the power mechanism characteristics of taking the government as the main body from top to bottom, the organization form of strengthen the construction of new rural area and industrial agglomeration area construction, the security measures of innovation mechanism system.The main sticking point to urban and rural integrition is the capital input and output, the rural collective economic power shortage problem , the problem of sustainable development of new rural community. A useful reference is playing the active role of rural cadre and masses initiative to promote the integration of urban and rural by injection power source from bottom to top; much channel solves problem of farmer employment according to local conditions; improve rural economy from hematopoietic function rely on industry development.

Village Renovation Advancement in Underdeveloped Areas based on Village Allocation Planning

The research proposed the thoughts and countermeasures for advancing village renovation from the perspectives of formulating village renovation plans, pro- tecting building culture, reinforcing village administration, improving supporting facili- ties and establishing multi-channel investment and financing mechanisms, on basis of status quo and problems of village constructions in underdeveloped areas.

An Empirical Study of Urban and Rural Integration Construction Development of Western Region in China --Taking Changji City of Xinjiang Autonomous Region as an Example

The urban and rural integration is a new stage of city development, which is a process of urban and rural mutual supplementary integration, collaborative development and mutual prosperity. It takes the industry and agriculture, city and countryside as a whole, with overall planning and coordination development, through system innovation and policy adjustment, in order to realize the integration development of urban and rural planning construction, industrial development, infrastructure, ecological environment and social career. This paper conducts the empirical analysis on the urban and rural integration construction development of Changji City of Changji Region in Xinjiang, studying the existing problems and restrictive factors of the process in promoting urban and rural integration construction in western region of China and trying to propose the corresponding countermeasures.

闭合性与开放性的循环发展——一种理解乡土中国及其转变的理论解释框架

中国的乡村有其自身存在的样态,其自身的闭合性建立在其乡土性的基础之上,这种闭合性并非完全的封闭,而是有着一种从闭合到开放的自我转化能力。离开了对这一点的理解,我们很多的认识都可能是一种走极端的偏执。乡村社会生活的同质性造就了一种自我的闭合,而乡村社会生活的异质性则造就了另外的一种开放性。这两者之间向来是相辅相成,不能完全分离开的。而新一轮的乡村建设运动在试图让原本动态的乡村的闭合性成为一种固化的样态,实际却只是外来的乡村建设者的一厢情愿,甚至从根本上,这些学者并没有真正从一个时间的维度上去历史性地理解乡村社会结构自身的从闭合到开放的循环,最终,所有的努力都只能是建立在了一种走极端的认识基础之上。
