针对常规柱塞在采油及排液采气过程中因下落时间长,需长时间关井而影响举升效率的问题,从影响柱塞下落速度、举升时柱塞与举升管柱之间以及柱塞组件各元器件之间的密封程度、材质的使用寿命及打捞方便程度等因素考虑设计了新型柱塞组件... 针对常规柱塞在采油及排液采气过程中因下落时间长,需长时间关井而影响举升效率的问题,从影响柱塞下落速度、举升时柱塞与举升管柱之间以及柱塞组件各元器件之间的密封程度、材质的使用寿命及打捞方便程度等因素考虑设计了新型柱塞组件。主要介绍了该新型柱塞在气井排水采气过程中的原理与作用,对新型柱塞组件的结构及关键技术点作了阐述;该柱塞组件在大牛地气田进行了现场试验,结果表明:运用该柱塞组件工艺后排液量与产气量比原来分别增加了58.7%及16.3%,提高了气井排液采气生产效率,取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。Abstract:In allusion to the problems of long falling off time and long shut-in time in oil production and fluid expulsion and gas recovery by using conventional plungers,which would affected lifting efficiency.Thus it would influence the velocity of plunger falling off,the sealing extent between the plunger and casing string in lifting process,the application life of material and convenience of fishing,in consideration of the above factors,a new plunger component was designed.The principles and the role of the new plunger in gas well drainage and gas production process were introduced,the structure and key technical points of new plunger component were elaborated,a field test of the plunger was performed in Daniudi Gasfield.The results show that after the plunger is used the fluid production and gas production are raised for 58.7%and 16.3%respectively,the production efficiency of gas wells and gas recovery are improved,and good economic and social benefits are achieved. 展开更多
