新型污泥调理剂在板框压滤机深度脱水中的应用

在板框压滤机深度脱水过程中,铁盐 + 石灰作为传统的污泥调理剂,虽然可以处理泥饼含水率达60%以下,但仍存在泥饼增量大、恶化作业环境、综合处理成本较高等缺点。本文采用新型污泥调理剂A + B组合在污水处理厂进行生产性试验。结果表明... 在板框压滤机深度脱水过程中,铁盐 + 石灰作为传统的污泥调理剂,虽然可以处理泥饼含水率达60%以下,但仍存在泥饼增量大、恶化作业环境、综合处理成本较高等缺点。本文采用新型污泥调理剂A + B组合在污水处理厂进行生产性试验。结果表明该药剂组合泥饼含水率在48.68%~56.48%之间,污泥脱水效果比较理想。并在同等进泥绝干泥量0.83 t下,新型A + B药剂较铁盐 + 石灰药剂在污泥增量、药剂成本、泥饼运输成本及综合成本方面均有较大优势。可以代替传统铁盐 + 石灰药剂,实现水厂污泥脱水的降本增效,具有较高的市场推广价值。In the process of deep dehydration of plate and frame filter press, iron salt and lime, as the traditional sludge conditioner, can treat the moisture content of mud cake of less than 60%, but there are still disadvantages of large increment of mud cake, deterioration of operating environment and high comprehensive treatment cost. In this paper, the new sludge conditioner A + B combination is used in the sewage treatment plant. The results show that the moisture content of the combined mud cake is between 48.68% and 56.48%, and the effect of sludge dewatering is relatively ideal. In addition, under the same amount of 0.83 t, the new A + B agent has great advantages over the iron salt + lime agent in terms of sludge increment, pharmaceutical cost, mud cake transportation cost and comprehensive cost. It can replace the traditional iron salt + lime agent to realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of sludge dehydration in the water plant, which has high marketing value. 展开更多
