It mainly introduces and analyzes the methods and mode of foreign language design and also integrates with the practice of foreign language teaching, the author thinks a competent foreign language teacher should not only be satisfied with inculcating ready-made knowledge, but they should also constantly foster the ability of blazing new trails and try to grasp the theory and methods of course design ,and try to carry out course design according to practice and try to give play to their teaching personality and creativity and to have a bold try and exploration and try to improve the foreign language course and foreign language teaching.展开更多

The current role ...In keeping with the need for skills development and increased demand by business for more robust systems to develop staff, innovative ways for the development of human capital would need to be found. The current role of workplace learning would need to align to job and qualification requirements. Organisations would need to explore the development of Corporate Qualifications Frameworks to quantity skills needs. In the process, attention has to be paid to creat contextual awareness as well as a sense of purpose for learners. In essence, an integrated educational model that should be more flexible, more adaptable, and more effective, serving the needs of society at large should be considered. Care should be taken to build frameworks and models that address both the productive needs of organisations, whilst at the same time, ensuring the engagement of individuals. These frameworks should entice the employee to participate in a self-development process that benifits the organisation. Corporates should address the aspirations of individuals and plan more rewarding careers for staff. Employees should have a clear path for development and growth. Through collective effort, all particpants would benefit.展开更多

Clothing in the cultivation of innovative talents should be on the premise of enhancing knowledge base and at the same time pay attention to the cross of disciplines and combination, make subject mutual infiltration and influence each other. Teachers should combine the product experience and innovative thinking method and design performance to help the students complete the whole process of fashion design. In the future research, we will combine the advances of multimedia teaching with our clothing design major education to make it more effective.展开更多
