新流法三联疫苗对马立克氏病活疫苗的干扰研究 被引量:1

为了研究1日龄雏鸡同时免疫新流法三联疫苗与马立克氏病活疫苗对马立克氏病活疫苗免疫效果是否有干扰,试验将1日龄雏鸡分为5组,第1组商品蛋鸡不免疫,第2组SPF鸡不免疫,第3组商品蛋鸡仅免疫马立克氏病活疫苗,第4组商品蛋鸡同时接种新流... 为了研究1日龄雏鸡同时免疫新流法三联疫苗与马立克氏病活疫苗对马立克氏病活疫苗免疫效果是否有干扰,试验将1日龄雏鸡分为5组,第1组商品蛋鸡不免疫,第2组SPF鸡不免疫,第3组商品蛋鸡仅免疫马立克氏病活疫苗,第4组商品蛋鸡同时接种新流法三联疫苗与马立克氏病活疫苗,第5组空白对照鸡不免疫,于雏鸡8日龄时对第1~4组用马立克氏病超强毒Md5株进行攻毒,攻毒后90 d内连续观察临床症状、剖检变化及病理组织学变化。结果表明:第1,2组鸡出现精神沉郁、肢体麻痹等临床症状并有部分鸡死亡,对死亡鸡只剖检可见,肝脏、脾脏肿大,全身器官出现肿瘤;对剖检鸡只进行组织病理学观察,可见典型的马立克肿瘤病变。而第3~5组鸡则无任何临床病症出现。说明无论是单独免疫马立克氏病活疫苗或是与新流法三联疫苗同时免疫,均能对鸡只提供良好保护,同时免疫新流法三联疫苗与马立克氏病活疫苗不会影响马立克氏病活疫苗的免疫效果。 展开更多

将IBD抗原抗体复合物疫苗(囊胚宝)和含IBDV VP2蛋白的亚单位灭活疫苗(新流法)免疫1日龄商品肉鸡,对其免疫效果进行了比较。抗体检测结果表明,利用经典IBD试剂盒检测时,囊胚宝免疫组35日龄和42日龄的ELISA抗体水平高于新流法免疫组;利用... 将IBD抗原抗体复合物疫苗(囊胚宝)和含IBDV VP2蛋白的亚单位灭活疫苗(新流法)免疫1日龄商品肉鸡,对其免疫效果进行了比较。抗体检测结果表明,利用经典IBD试剂盒检测时,囊胚宝免疫组35日龄和42日龄的ELISA抗体水平高于新流法免疫组;利用VP2专用试剂盒检测时,新流法组28日龄ELISA抗体水平高于囊胚宝组,35日龄时则是囊胚宝组抗体水平较高。于28日龄时利用IBDV超强毒株(vvIBDV)进行攻毒结果表明,攻毒后第4天,新流法免疫组的腔上囊大部分呈现出明显病变,且9/10的腔上囊中检出vvIBDV;囊胚宝免疫组鸡腔上囊则10/10仅检出W2512株疫苗毒。攻毒后4 d增重对比结果显示:囊胚宝免疫组鸡增重明显高于新流法免疫组和未免疫组。本试验结果表明,雏鸡通过1日龄免疫囊胚宝来预防IBD的效果要优于本试验中所用的新流法灭活疫苗。 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the component law of Chinese patent medicines for anti-influenza and develop new prescriptions for anti-influenza by unsupervised data mining methods. Methods: Chinese patent medicine recipes for anti-influenza were collected and recorded in the database, and then the correlation coefficient between herbs, core combinations of herbs and new prescriptions were analyzed by using modified mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering, respectively. Results: Based on analysis of 126 Chinese patent medicine recipes, the frequency of each herb occurrence in these recipes, 54 frequently-used herb pairs, 34 core combinations were determined, and 4 new recipes for influenza were developed. Conclusion: Unsupervised data mining methods are able to mine the component law quickly and develop new prescriptions. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of droplet impacting liquid surface by SPH 被引量:6

Droplet impacting liquid surface is not only the extremely prevalent phenomenon in the nature and industrial production but also the extremely complicated problem of strong non-linear transient impact and free-surface flow. On the basis of the two-dimensional viscous incompressible N-S equations, this paper conducts a study of numerical simulation on the problem of droplet impacting liquid surface (water beads) of water container in certain initial velocity by the method of SPH (smoothed particle hydrodynamics). The effect of surface tension is considered between surface particles by searching the free surface particles in the course of study; the effect of initial impact has been solved by use of artificial viscosity; at the same time, the side-wall virtual particles and image virtual particles are both introduced to deal with the boundary condition, which has solved the boundary defects quite well and eliminated the instability of real particles dropped to the comer of container. The calculated results form the distribution chart of particles, flow field chart, pressure chart and the displacement and velocity variation curve of different particles. The comparison between simulated results and experimental photos shows that the simulation is effective. This paper compares the variational curves for fluctuations of liquid surface qualitatively through adopting the methods of level-set, BEM and SPH, respectively at last. The simulated results show that it will produce strong non-linear phenomena, such as the splash of liquid, discrete liquid surface, and strong wave of free liquid surface, when the droplet impacts liquid surface; in the course of impacting, the movement of liquid particles exhibits the characteristic of oscillation; the method of SPH has certain advantages of dealing with the large deformation problem of free surface. 展开更多
