在当前三全育人教育模式指导下,辅导员承担着开展新生心理健康教育的重要角色。本研究围绕辅导员在新生心理健康教育中的路径探析,通过调研高校新入学学生的心理健康状况,分析了新生的心理特点及需求,包括自我认知差异、社会适应性压力...在当前三全育人教育模式指导下,辅导员承担着开展新生心理健康教育的重要角色。本研究围绕辅导员在新生心理健康教育中的路径探析,通过调研高校新入学学生的心理健康状况,分析了新生的心理特点及需求,包括自我认知差异、社会适应性压力、学习动机与焦虑等方面。研究明确了辅导员在心理健康教育中的角色及功能,进一步设计了符合三全育人框架的教育路径,实现教育目标体系构建、学生发展全面性和教育过程综合协调性。通过对国外育人模式的比较,总结了适合中国高等教育的策略,优化辅导员开展工作的环境与方法。面对当前新生心理健康教育中存在的问题,如心理服务资源不足、辅导员能力与知识匹配度不高,本研究提出提升辅导员工作效能的途径,包括定期进行专业知识和技能培训、建立健康的心理辅导体系、加强与专业机构的合作、提倡团队协作与合作、不断进行自我反思和学习,使辅导员能够成为有效的指导者、沟通桥梁和问题解决者。论文展望了多元背景下的心理适应性探讨及长期跟踪研究的必要性,为后续研究提供了前瞻性指导。Under the guidance of the current three-wide education model, counselors play an important role in carrying out mental health education for freshmen. Focusing on the path of counselors in the mental health education of freshmen, this study analyzed the psychological characteristics and needs of freshmen by investigating the mental health status of newly admitted students in colleges and universities, including self-cognitive differences, social adaptability pressure, learning motivation and anxiety. The study clarified the role and function of counselors in mental health education, and further designed an educational path that conforms to the framework of three-wide education, so as to realize the construction of educational goal system, the comprehensiveness of student development and the comprehensive coordination of the educational process. Through the comparison of foreign education models, the strategies suitable for Chinese higher education are summarized, and the environment and methods of counselors are optimized. In the face of the current problems in the mental health education of freshmen, such as insufficient psychological service resources and the low matching degree of counselors’ ability and knowledge, this study proposes ways to improve the work effectiveness of counselors, including regular professional knowledge and skills training, establishing a healthy psychological counseling system, strengthening cooperation with professional institutions, advocating teamwork and cooperation, and continuous self-reflection and learning, so that counselors can become effective mentors, communication bridges and problem solvers. This study looks forward to the discussion of psychological adaptability in multiple contexts and the necessity of long-term follow-up research, and provides prospective guidance for follow-up research.展开更多
