The determined incremental cohesion △Cm is subiected to the model test and field measurement in the references, and coincides well with those tested results. The formulas for △Cm can be used in designing supoport parameters and related numerical analyses of prestressed cable anchor.展开更多

But its application has been limited due to lack of favorable gene vector and the reduction of "bystander effect". Consequently, scientists all over the world focus their main experimental research on the following four aspects: targeted gene, vector, transfer means and comprehensive therapy. In this paper, we reviewed the latest advances of experimental research on targeted gene therapy for prostate cancer.展开更多

The dynamic analysis of RSC based on the coupling model was carried out. Three kinds of elements such as the spatial bar element, cable element and beam element were introduced to analyze the reticulated shell, cable and tower column respectively. Furthermore, such parameter influences as structural boundary conditions, grid configuration, the span-to-depth ratio and the arrangement of cable system upon structural dynamics were analyzed. The structural vibration modes can be divided into four groups based on some numerical examples. And the frequencies in the same group are very close while the frequencies in different groups are different from each other obviously. It is clear that the sequence of the appearance of the each mode group heavily depends on the comparative stiffness of the tower column system, RS and cables.展开更多

Psycho, physiological effects and energy performance have to be investigated in order to define a range of different daylighting strategies, thanks to daylighting devices and climate based daylight modeling. Daylighting optimization ensures indoor healthier rooms, reduces electric light consumption and cuts the risk of glare. The best way to achieve these targets is to define users lighting needs, based on visual targets and to draw up some green measures to reduce electricity demands. Involving new climate-based daylight modeling metrics aims at defining proper illumination targets, in order to drastically reduce electrical lights, as well as reducing thermal loads deriving from cooling and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems.展开更多

These solutions have two parameters a and ;3 which denote the contribution of the higher-order terms (dispersions and nonlinear effects) included in the HONLS equation. Two localized properties, i.e., length and width of the first-order rogue wave solution are expressed by above two parameters, which show analytically a remarkable influence of higher-order terms on the rogue wave. Moreover, profiles of the higher-order rogue wave solutions demonstrate graphically a strong compression effect along t-direction given by higher-order terms.展开更多
