Focused on laboratory frequency bandwidth studies, we discuss the relationships between double-porosity and BISQ wave equations, analytically derive the degeneration method for double-porosity's return to BISQ, and give three necessary conditions which the degeneration must satisfy. By introducing dynamic permeability and tortuosity theory, a full set of dynamic double-porosity wave equations are derived. A narrow band approximation is made to simplify the numerical simulation for dynamic double-porosity wavefields. Finally, the pseudo-spectral method is used for wave simulation within the laboratory frequency band (50 kHz). Numerical results have proved the feasibility for dynamic double-porosity's description of squirt flow and the validity of the quasi-static approximation method.展开更多

There are few references on how to numerically calculate porosity at the critical point, pore fluid-related parameters, or framework-related parameters. So in this article, we provide a method for calculating these elastic parameters and use this method to analyze gas-bearing samples. We first derive three linear equations for numerical calculations. They are the equation of density p versus porosity Ф, density times the square of compressional wave velocity p Vp^2 versus porosity, and density times the square of shear wave velocity pVs^2 versus porosity. Here porosity is viewed as an independent variable and the other parameters are dependent variables. We elaborate on the calculation steps and provide some notes. Then we use our method to analyze gas-bearing sandstone samples. In the calculations, density and P- and S-velocities are input data and we calculate eleven relative parameters for porous fluid, framework, and critical point. In the end, by comparing our results with experiment measurements, we prove the viability of the method.展开更多

For this reason, a filtering method based on anisotropic diffusion is introduced. The key point of this method is that diffusion filtering will be made along the edge while diffusion is forbidden in the direction perpendicular to the edge, so the filtering has directionality. When doing anisotropic diffusion filtering, parameters like diffusion coefficient and threshold have great impacts on the results, so the anisotropic diffusion model parameters are discussed, the diffusion coefficient equation is introduced, and the diffusion threshold selection criterion is derived and analyzed. In addition, this method was used with the diffusion coefficient equation's proper diffusion threshold to highlight the tidal channel geobodies in the XX area, sand body in the YY area, and faults in the ZZ area. The good delineation results prove that the diffusion threshold selection criterion introduced in this paper is reasonable.展开更多

The range of temperature is 293-773 K and that of the strain rate is 0. 001-0.1 s^-1. The warm tensile properties, relations among temperature, strain rate, and the flow stress are discussed. Constitutive equations under the warm tension are obtained based on revised Hooke law and Grosman equation. It is concluded that flow stress declines with the increase of the temperature and the decrease of the strain rates. The elongation percentage increases with the increase of the temperature and the decrease of strain rate.展开更多

On the basis of compression experimental results, an accurate phenomenological constitutive equation that coupled the effects of strain rate, deformation temperature and strain was modeled. Furthermore, a kinetic model of dynamic recrystallization and processing map were also presented. The results show that the flow stress of the studied Al?3.2Mg?0.4Er alloy can be predicted accurately using the proposed constitutive model. The evolution of microstructure and the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization can be described exactly in terms of S-curves with the proposed kinetic model. Moreover, the processing maps for hot working at different strains were constructed, suggesting the optimum processing conditions for this alloy are 573 K, 0.001 s?1 and 723 K, 0.001?0.1 s?1.展开更多

To investigate the stability performance of the modeled test square and the associated effect on the adjacent area, a real-time comprehensive instrumentation program was conducted during the excavation. Field observations included ground settlements, lateral displacement, pore pressure and underground water level. Monitoring data indicates that the ground settlement induced by dewatering and unloading action basically decreases with the increase of the distance away from the pit edge, and the lateral displacements at four sides showa nonlinear variation along the depth. The maximum value is far below the acceptable value regulated by the related standard, which validates the stability of the modeled test square during excavation. Variations of pore pressure and water level suggest that long-term stability should be paid more attention due to the slowconsolidation of soft soil. Meanwhile, it is proved that the step shape of the wall can resist lateral displacement more effectively than the vertical shape of wall. This case study provides insights into the real archaeological excavation in Hangzhou, in particular Liangzhu prehistoric earthen sites.展开更多

The results indicate that total number of bacterium, microbial metabolism activity, and diversity index in P7, P8, P1 and P2 kept higher, fol owed by P3, P4, P5 and P6. The utilization rate of microbes on sugars achieved the highest (31.0%-48.7%), fol owed by carboxylic acid (13.4%-18.0%), amino acid (10.1%-20.5%), polymers (9.4%-17.0%), biopolymer (5.7%-9.7%) and phenol (4.95%-7.50%). Principal component analysis divided microflora in different ponds, suggesting that microbial community has varied carbon source characteristics and nitrogen-containing compound and biopolymer metabolisms are most affected.展开更多
