目的观察活血潜阳祛痰方对腹型肥胖高血压患者中医症状、血压、肥胖指数、血脂、胰岛素抵抗(IR)等的影响。方法本研究采用随机、对照的临床研究,所有病例来源于2015年5月—2017年5月上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院心内科,共计96... 目的观察活血潜阳祛痰方对腹型肥胖高血压患者中医症状、血压、肥胖指数、血脂、胰岛素抵抗(IR)等的影响。方法本研究采用随机、对照的临床研究,所有病例来源于2015年5月—2017年5月上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院心内科,共计96例,年龄18~80岁。采集患者的一般资料、中医临床症状积分;血压、体质量指数(BMI);胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR=空腹血糖×空腹胰岛素/22.5)、血脂等信息,分析中西医结合干预肥胖高血压的疗效。结果(1)活血潜阳祛痰方可以有效降低收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)活血潜阳祛痰方组的腰围、BMI较对照组均有明显的下降(P<0.05);(3)活血潜阳祛痰方较对照组可以有效的降低空腹胰岛素(FIN)(P<0.05),且明显改善患者的HOME-IR(P<0.05),并且还发现可以降甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.05),两组间比较空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)活血潜阳祛痰方可以有效的改善肥胖高血压患者的中医临床证候(P<0.05),疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血潜阳祛痰方的可改善腹型肥胖高血压患者的血压和中医症状,并进一步改善IR,值得进一步推广应用。 展开更多

目的观察活血潜阳祛痰方对肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚及心肌线粒体功能的影响。方法5周龄雄性SPF级自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)适应性喂养1周后随机分为普通饲料组(SHR组,12只)、高脂饲料组108只,后者制备肥胖高血压大鼠模型,周龄/性别相匹配的... 目的观察活血潜阳祛痰方对肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚及心肌线粒体功能的影响。方法5周龄雄性SPF级自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)适应性喂养1周后随机分为普通饲料组(SHR组,12只)、高脂饲料组108只,后者制备肥胖高血压大鼠模型,周龄/性别相匹配的SPF级正常血压京都种(WKY)大鼠喂养普通饲料(WKY组,12只)用作对照。10周后,造模成功的肥胖高血压大鼠随机分为模型组、西药(缬沙坦)组和中药(活血潜阳祛痰方)组。用药干预10周后行心超检测,测定心肌组织肥大基因脑钠肽(BNP)表达水平、线粒体氧化应激指标、线粒体电子传递链亚基蛋白表达水平和SIRT1/PGC-1α通路信号分子基因表达水平。结果与模型组比较:西药组和中药组大鼠左室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)明显增加(P<0.01),左心室后壁收缩期厚度(LVPWs)、室间隔收缩末期厚度(IVSs)明显降低(P<0.01);西药组和中药组BNP mRNA表达水平明显下调(P<0.05);西药组和中药组丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显下降(P<0.05),中药组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性明显增加(P<0.05);西药组和中药组NDUFA13、SDHB蛋白表达水平明显上调(P<0.01);中药组心肌组织SIRT1、PGC-1α基因表达水平明显上调(P<0.05或P<0.01),西药组和中药组NRF1、TFAM基因表达水平明显上调(P<0.05)。结论活血潜阳祛痰方具有改善肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚,保护心肌线粒体功能的作用。 展开更多

Sand hazards are serious at the Danghe Reservoir of Dunhuang,and efforts to control sand are ineffective because disaster-causing mechanisms are currently unclear.The source of sandy materials,dynamic environment of blown sand,and controlling measures of the reservoir area are investigated using different methods,such as granularity analyses,wind regime and sand transport field observation and analyses,sand drift potential calculation.Accordingly,the sandy materials are found to derive chiefly from the Mingsha Mountain on the north side of the reservoir area.In addition,sand grain in the range of 0.50-0.25 mm and 0.25-0.10 mm are dominant.The prevailing sand-moving wind originates from the N direction,accounting for 15.38% of the yearly total,which coincides in the same direction with sand source,thereby increasing the severity of sand hazards in the reservoir area.The yearly sand DP is 1386.59 VU,the yearly RDP is 567.31 VU,the yearly RDP/DP is 0.41,and the yearly RDD is 183.15°.In the windy season(mainly in summer),sand materials are blown by wind from north to south,and then blocked by the Danghe River.The sand materials then move with an approximate east-west trend into the river channel and produce sediment,thereby causing adisaster.We propose that the sand-controlling pattern of the Danghe Reservoir is dominated by sand blocking in the outer fringe and sand fixing in the inner fringe.Applying windbreak and sand fixation to control sandy material movement into the river channel plays an important role in retarding sedimentation and extending the useful life of the Danghe Reservoir. 展开更多

It is a complicated nonlinear system. Its appearance badly affects not only natural conditions such as climate and environment, but also global economic development and human living, and brings about many calamities. Thus there is very attractive study on its rules in the international academic circles. Many scholars made more studies on its local and whole behaviors using different methods, such as self-anamnestic principle, Fokker-Plank Equation method, higher order singular pedigree and predictable study, rapid change on boundary, indeterminate adaptive control, multi-eogradient method and so on. Nonlinear perturbed theory and approximate method are very attractive studies in the international academic circles. Many scholars considered a class of nonlinear problems for the ordinary differential equation, the reaction diffusion equations, the boundary value of elliptic equation, the initial boundary value of hyperbolic equation, the shock layer solution of nonlinear equation and so on. In this paper, a class of perturbed mechanism for the western boundary undercurrents in the equator Pacific is considered. Under suitable conditions, using a homotopic mapping theory and method, we obtain a simple and rapid arbitrary order approximate solution for the corresponding nonlinear system. For example, a special case shows that using the homotopic mapping method, there is a high accuracy for the computed value. It is also provided from the results that the solution for homotopic mapping solving method can be used for analyzing operator for perturbed mechanism of western boundary undercurrents in the equator Pacific. 展开更多

The selection of refracturing candidate is one of the most important jobs faced by oilfield engineers. However, due to the complicated multi-parameter relationships and their comprehensive influence, the selection of refracturing candidate is often very difficult. In this paper, a novel approach combining data analysis techniques and fuzzy clustering was proposed to select refracturing candidate. First, the analysis techniques were used to quantitatively calculate the weight coefficient and determine the key factors. Then, the idealized refracturing well was established by considering the main factors. Fuzzy clustering was applied to evaluate refracturing potential. Finally, reservoirs numerical simulation was used to further evaluate reservoirs energy and material basis of the optimum refracturing candidates. The hybrid method has been successfully applied to a tight oil reservoir in China. The average steady production was 15.8 t/d after refracturing treatment, increasing significantly compared with previous status. The research results can guide the development of tight oil and gas reservoirs effectively. 展开更多

Local minimum is a most intractable but is an encountered frequently problem in potential field based robot navigation.Through appointing appropriately some virtual local targets on the journey, it can be solved effectively. The key concept employed in this algorithm are the rules that govern when and how to appoint these virtual local targets. When the robot finds itself in danger of local minimum, a virtual local target is appointed to replace the global goal temporarily according to the rules. After the virtual target is reached, the robot continues on its journey by heading towards the global goal. The algorithm prevents the robot from running into local minima anymore. Simulation results showed that it is very effective in complex obstacle environments. 展开更多

In most cases, the slope stability of reservoir bank is analyzed on the premise that the location of phreatic surface is obtained. But many designers generalize a line as the phreatie surface through their experience to analyze the stability, which is unsafe in the project. To find a solution of the phreatic surface which is convenient to put into use and in accordance with the practice, the article, based on Boussinesq equation, infers analytic solutions suitable to the water level at different ratios and achieves an analytic solution equation through fitting curves. The correctness of the equation is also proved by the experiments of sand and sand-clay models and the inaccuracy of empirical generalization is analyzed quantitatively. The calculation results show that the inaccuracy through the method of experiential generalizing is so large that the designers should be awake to it. 展开更多

Taking an extratropical cyclone that produced extreme precipitation as the research object,this paper calculates the contribution of condensation latent heat release(LHR)to relative vorticity tendency based on the complete-form vertical vorticity tendency equation.The results show that the heating rate of convectional condensation LHR can reach up to about 40 times that of stable condensation LHR.Both the stable and convectional heating centers are higher than 700 hPa,which would cause∂Q/∂z>0 and a positive vorticity source in the lower troposphere.The vertical gradient of stable condensation LHR contributes little to the growth of relative vorticity,while the relative vorticity tendency associated with the vertical gradient of convectional condensation LHR can be an order of magnitude higher than the former.The positive vorticity source is always located right below the latent heating center,and its maximum value can always be found in the lower troposphere.Convectional LHR is the primary factor for cyclone development from the perspective of diabatic heating.The horizontal gradient of total condensation LHR can contribute about 65%of the actual vorticity growth,but the effect of the vertical gradient of convectional condensation(LHR)can reach twice as much.The adiabatic heating from LHR can cause vorticity tendency directly.However,it can also change the vertical and horizontal gradient of potential temperature,which can further induce vorticity tendency. 展开更多

To obtain the phase transformation latent heat corresponding to different cooling rates with low test workload and cost,the Newton thermal analysis method and the improved Newtonian thermal analysis method were discussed based on the cooling curve obtained in the end-quench test.The validity of two methods was given by the latent heat calculation of 45^(#) steel.The results show that the relative error of latent heat is 5.20%through the improved Newtonian thermal analysis method,which is more accurate than the Newtonian thermal analysis method.Furthermore,the latent heat release of phase transformation of the self-designed CSU-A1 powder metallurgy nickel-based superalloy increases from 4.3 to 12.29 J/g when the cooling rate decreases from 50.15 to 33.40℃/min,because there is more sufficient time for the alloy microstructure to complete the phase transformation process when the cooling rate is smaller. 展开更多

A shift sampling theory established by author (1997a) is a generalization of Fourier transform computation theory. Based on this theory, I develop an Algorithm-Error (A-E) equation of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain, which not only gives a more flexible algorithm of potential field transformations, but also reveals the law of error of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain. The DFT0η η(0.5, 0.5) reduction-to-pole (RTP) technique derived from the A-E equation significantly improves the resolution and accuracy of RTP anomalies at low magnetic latitudes, including the magnetic equator. The law (origin, form mechanism, and essential properties) of the edge oscillation revealed by the A-E equation points out theoretically a way of improving the effect of existing padding methods in high-pass transformations in the wavenumber domain. 展开更多

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the relationship between various expressions of relative exercise intensity percentage of maximal oxygen uptake(%VO_(2max)), percentage of maximal heart rate(%HR_(max)), %VO_2 reserve(%VO_2R), and %HR reserve(%HRR)) in order to obtain the more appropriate method for exercise intensity prescription when using an immersible ergocycle(IE) and to propose a prediction equation to estimate oxygen consumption(VO_2) based on IE pedaling rate(rpm) for an individualized exercise training prescription.Methods: Thirty-three healthy participants performed incremental exercise tests on IE and dryland ergocycle(DE) at equal external power output(Pext). Exercise on IE began at 40 rpm and was increased by 10 rpm until exhaustion. Exercise on DE began with an initial load of 25 W and increased by 25 W/min until exhaustion. VO_2 was measured with a portable gas analyzer(COSMED K4b^2) during both incremental tests. On IE and DE, %VO_2R, %HRmax, and %HRR at equal Pext did not differ(p > 0.05).Results: The %HRR vs. %VO_2R regression for both IE and DE did not differ from the identity line %VO_2R IE = 0.99 × HRR IE(%) + 0.01(r^2= 0.91, SEE = 11%); %VO_2R DE = 0.94 × HRR DE(%) + 0.01(r^2= 0.94, SEE = 8%). Similar mean values for %HRmax, %VO_2R, and %HRR at equal Pext were observed on IE and DE. Predicted VO_2 obtained according to rpm on IE is represented by: VO_2(L/min) = 0.000542 × rpm2-0.026 × rpm + 0.739(r = 0.91, SEE = 0.319 L/min).Conclusion: The %HRR–%VO_2R relationship appears to be the most accurate for exercise training prescription on IE. This study offers new tools to better prescribe, control, and individualize exercise intensity on IE. 展开更多
