近日,为加强建设工程消防设计审查验收管理,落实建设工程消防设计和施工质量责任,规范审批流程,完善管理制度,吉林省住房和城乡建设厅发布印发《吉林省建设工程消防设计审查验收管理暂行办法》的通知。吉林省住房城乡建设厅负责指导监督全省建设工程消防设计审查、消防验收工作。市县级住房城乡建设主管部门应当设置专门机构和配备专门人员,依职责具体承担本行政区域内建设工程消防设计审查、消防验收、备案抽查工作。
