高职旅游(酒店)管理专业校企合作创新实习管理机制探究

鉴于顶岗实习工作对高职旅游(酒店)管理专业校企合作人才培养的重要性,笔者从实习管理这个侧面入手,对高职院校旅游(酒店)专业校企合作的运行机制进行实践研究,从而创新实习管理机制,实现高职旅游(酒店)专业人才培养目标的需要。

应用型本科旅游(酒店)管理专业实践教学评价指标体系研究

旅游业已经成为国民经济新的增长点,以及经济发展的支柱型产业,市场对于专业人才的需求也日益增长,相应各高校的专业人才也越来越多的投身于旅游行业。本文意在梳理国内外对实践教学的评价体系构建,通过“实践教学质量评价问卷”设计及调查,拟定专业实践教学质量评价指标体系,确定评价准则和评价标准,为高等院校旅游(酒店)管理专业实践教学管理及实践教学质量的提高提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Hotel Management Mode from the Perspective of Low-carbon Tourism

As the global warming is becoming more and more serious, people have gradually come to realize the important role of low- carbon life. Since a strategy of sustainable development was proposed in China, the concept of low-carbon tourism has emerged, requiring tourists to carry out energy conservation and environmental protection as much as possible in the process of travel. The hotels in scenic areas naturally become an important part of tourists in travel and play a crucial role in the development of low-carbon tourism. Therefore, a deep analysis on the present hotel management mode is necessary, promoting hotels to conform to the requirements of low-carbon tourism. In this paper, hotel management is discussed from the perspective of low-carbon tourism, so as to provide ideas of practical significance and guiding role and a basis for the future low-carbon tourism and hotel management.
