The flow between a grooved and a flat plate was presented to investigate the effects of groove on the behavior of hydro-viscous drive. The flow was solved by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, Fluent. Parameters related to the flow, such as velocity, pressure, temperature, axial force and viscous torque, are obtained. The results show that pressure at the upstream notch is negative, pressure at the downstream notch is positive and pressure along the film thickness is almost the same. Dynamic pressure peak decreases as groove depth or groove number increases, but increases as output rotary speed increases. Consequently, the groove depth is suggested to be around 0.4 mm. Both the groove itself and groove parameters (i.e. groove depth, groove number) have little effect on the flow temperature. Circumferential pressure gradient induced by the groove weakens the viscous torque on the grooved plate (driven plate) greatly. It has little change as the groove depth increases. However, it decreases dramatically as the groove number increases. The experiment results show that the trend of experimental temperature and pressure are the same with numerical results. And the output rotary speed also has relationship with input flow rate and flow temperature. 展开更多

针对5A06铝合金梨形六通件的结构特点,提出多道次旋压复合成形的试验方案,并设计了旋压及翻孔工装,采用"筒形件旋压+反锥渐进旋压+收口旋压+翻孔成形"工艺,实现了零件的整体成形。为满足零件壁厚最小的要求,筒形件旋压采用&qu... 针对5A06铝合金梨形六通件的结构特点,提出多道次旋压复合成形的试验方案,并设计了旋压及翻孔工装,采用"筒形件旋压+反锥渐进旋压+收口旋压+翻孔成形"工艺,实现了零件的整体成形。为满足零件壁厚最小的要求,筒形件旋压采用"普旋+强旋"相结合的方式,收口采用往返程交替旋压方式,并研究分析了热处理及旋压温度对成形的影响。在旋压过程中,零件容易产生纵向、横向裂纹及边缘波纹,这些缺陷与旋压温度、退火道次有很大关系。试验表明:旋压温度为300~320℃时,设置两次去应力退火后,翻孔后零件的最大减薄量达到最低的48.3%,同时消除了起皱、开裂等缺陷,零件的成形效果较好。 展开更多

This study presents the performance of a new single-stage scroll compressor used for the heat pump drying of thermally sensitive materials over a wide temperature range. The performance of the new compressor was predicted by an ARI standard 540 map-based compressor model and verified by a semi-open drying heat pump system constructed for this purpose. A comparison of the experimental data with the predicted data proved that the new scroll compressor used in the drying heat pump works well, can supply a wide range of condensing temperatures (30--80℃) (without auxiliary heating), and has a minimum coeffi- cient of performance (COP) above 2.0, even in the worst condition. 展开更多

The experimental data of lean blowout fuel/air ratio of a rectangular swirl cup combustor with different inlet temperatures was obtained at atmospheric pressure condition.Numerical simulations both burning and non-burning were performed corresponding to the experimental data at lean blowout.Results indicated that the size of the recirculation region in the primary zone was obviously smaller when burning than non-burning,but the locations of the cores of their recirculation regions were almost the same.The increase of inlet air temperature didn't mean the rise of the temperature of recirculation region core.The location of the maximum temperature in the primary zone was not the same as that one of the core temperature of the recirculation region.Further more,the reasons were analyzed how the lean blowout fuel/air ratio changed with the inlet temperature increasing under the actions of factors both positive and negative to combustion,and this would be helpful to deepen the understanding of the lean blowout process of swirl cup combustor. 展开更多
