建立旋涡混合辅助超声提取.气质联用法测定食品添加剂中咪唑的分析方法。采用旋涡混合器混合样品,使样品基质均匀分散于萃取溶剂中,再使用超声从基质中提取目标物,探讨萃取溶剂种类及超声时间等因素对目标物萃取效率的影响;之后甄... 建立旋涡混合辅助超声提取.气质联用法测定食品添加剂中咪唑的分析方法。采用旋涡混合器混合样品,使样品基质均匀分散于萃取溶剂中,再使用超声从基质中提取目标物,探讨萃取溶剂种类及超声时间等因素对目标物萃取效率的影响;之后甄选出合适的内标物,确定较佳的特征离子及其丰度比,分析进样量及分流比对目标物分离的影响,得到了合适的色谱分析条件。在优化的实验条件下,目标物咪唑在0.1~4.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数俾。)为0.9997,平均回收率为89.82%109.20%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.97%-2.28%,检出限为0.20mg/kg,定量限为0.67mg/kg。结果表明:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适合于食品添加剂中咪唑含量的测定。 展开更多

目的比较不同方法下的聚合酶链反应对PCR扩增的影响。方法对124例晚期乳腺癌外周血标本的CyclinD1基因进行PCR扩增。在加入DNA模板前分别用离心法和微型旋涡混合器振荡法混合PCR反应液,分装各管后加DNA模板进行扩增、电泳。结果用微型... 目的比较不同方法下的聚合酶链反应对PCR扩增的影响。方法对124例晚期乳腺癌外周血标本的CyclinD1基因进行PCR扩增。在加入DNA模板前分别用离心法和微型旋涡混合器振荡法混合PCR反应液,分装各管后加DNA模板进行扩增、电泳。结果用微型离心机离心PCR反应液后仍扩增不出或极少能扩出PCR产物,其阳性率为11.3%,且易污染;而用微型旋涡混合器振荡法混合PCR反应液后,PCR产物扩增良好(阳性率达99.2%),且不易污染。结论微型旋涡振荡法混合PCR反应液法能在减少污染的同时大大提高PCR阳性率,是一种切实可行的基因扩增方法。 展开更多

目的优化高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定保健食品中磷脂酰丝氨酸含量的分析方法。方法以氯仿-甲醇溶液(9:1, V:V)为提取剂,样品经旋涡混合辅助超声提取后高效液相色谱仪测定。以硅胶柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)作为分离柱,流动相为异丙... 目的优化高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定保健食品中磷脂酰丝氨酸含量的分析方法。方法以氯仿-甲醇溶液(9:1, V:V)为提取剂,样品经旋涡混合辅助超声提取后高效液相色谱仪测定。以硅胶柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)作为分离柱,流动相为异丙醇:水:乙酸:三乙胺(84:16:1.5:0.08, V:V:V:V),流速1.0 mL/min,等度洗脱,柱温40℃。蒸发光散射检测器选择不分流模式,漂移管温度100℃,载气(氮气)流速为2.0 L/min,增益值为200。结果磷脂酰丝氨酸在20~320mg/L浓度范围内现呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率为95.7%~100.7%,检出限为4.0 mg/100 g,定量限为11 mg/100 g。采用该方法对14种保健食品中磷脂酰丝氨酸的含量进行测定,结果符合产品质量标准。结论该方法适用范围广,有机溶剂用量少,数据准确可靠和重现性好,可满足实验要求。 展开更多

Results of experimental research of the mixing process of coaxial flows in a pipe with swirled peripheral jet are presented in this paper. Distribution of temperature and concentration of gases on the axis and wall of the channel under the influence of such factors as the regime flow, ratio of density of flows and swirl degree of the peripheral jet are studied. Research of temperature, swirl angle, circulation in cross sections along with the channel have shown that their distributions have the jet-like character and are described by known dependences for the layer of mixture. 展开更多

Based on high-resolution,Array for Real-time Geostrophic Oceanography(Argo)profiles and Sea Level Anomaly(SLA)data,this study statistically analyzes and compares turbulent diapycnal mixing profiles inside and outside mesoscale eddies in the Gulf Stream region.The result indicates that average diapycnal diffusivity at 300–540 m depths in anticyclonic eddies reaches4.0×10-5 m2 s-1.This is significantly higher than the 1.6×10-5 m2 s-1 outside eddies and 0.8×10-5 m2 s-1 in cyclonic eddies.Probabilities of diapycnal diffusivity greater than 10-4 m2 s-1 within anticyclonic and cyclonic eddies and outside eddies are29%,5%and 12%,respectively.However,magnitudes of average diapycnal diffusivity at 540–900 m depths in these three cases are of the same order,10-5 m2 s-1.Twenty-four of a total 38 anticyclonic eddies had enhanced mixing in the ocean interior,and 22 were observed during or shortly after strong winds.The coincidence between enhanced mixing and strong wind stress indicates that more wind-induced,near-inertial wave energy propagates downward in anticyclonic eddies.The deeper part of 12 profiles(below 540 m)in anticyclonic eddies had vertical overturns with Thorpe scale exceeding 5 m,among which three profiles had overturns reaching 20 m.Enhanced mixing may have occurred in deep layers of some profiles,although it was not evident in average conditions. 展开更多

In nuclear reactor fuel assemblies, spacer grids are installed among the rod bundles to support the fuel rods and affect the flow field between rods. Mixing vanes, as a swirling device, are set on the upper apex of the spacer grid. Vortexes produced by mixing vanes move along the axial direction in subchannels and enhance the forced convection heat transfer between the rods and cooling-fluid medium. In this paper, a numerical simulation method was used to investigate vortex motion produced by typical AFA-3G spacer grids in a 5×5-rod bundle by Star-CCM+ software. The shear-stress transport k-ω model was used to simulate turbulence phenomena. A dimensionless parameter, Se, based on the absolute vorticity flux, was reported to specify the intensity of secondary flow. Its physical meaning is the ratio of inertial force to viscous force induced by secondary flow. The results are helpful to take advantage of spacer grids in a much more effective way in pressurized water reactors. 展开更多
