目的观察无管法和插管法对小肠气钡双对比造影的效果。方法拟诊小肠疾病的122例患者,分为两组,无管法组(A组)60例,口服60%硫酸钡混悬液400ml和产气粉2包,插管法组(B组)62例,用小肠灌肠专用导管插入Treitz韧带处,灌入60%浓度的硫酸钡混悬... 目的观察无管法和插管法对小肠气钡双对比造影的效果。方法拟诊小肠疾病的122例患者,分为两组,无管法组(A组)60例,口服60%硫酸钡混悬液400ml和产气粉2包,插管法组(B组)62例,用小肠灌肠专用导管插入Treitz韧带处,灌入60%浓度的硫酸钡混悬液400ml后注入适量空气,观察造影情况。结果 A组和B组患者不良反应发生率的差异有统计学意义(26.67%vs54.84%,P=0.002),检查的阳性率的差异有统计学意义(66.67%vs83.87%,P=0.027),检查的准确率的差异无统计学意义(71.67%vs85.48%,P=0.062),检查用时的差异有统计学意义[(2.57±1.10)hvs(4.16±1.14)h,P=0.018]。结论插管法的阳性率、不良反应发生率和检查用时均高于无管法,而检查的准确率二者无差别。选择哪种检查方法应视具体情况而定。 展开更多

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)中不留置肾造瘘管的可行性。方法对112例MPCNL术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分成两组:A组(n=56)术后不留置肾造瘘管,B组(n=56)术后留置肾造瘘管,比较2组患者需用镇痛药物例数、术后住院时... 目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)中不留置肾造瘘管的可行性。方法对112例MPCNL术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分成两组:A组(n=56)术后不留置肾造瘘管,B组(n=56)术后留置肾造瘘管,比较2组患者需用镇痛药物例数、术后住院时间、出血量、拔除导尿管时间、漏尿率。结果112例患者均Ⅰ期手术成功;A组需使用镇痛药者2例,B组需使用镇痛药者12例(P<0.05);术后住院时间A组5~7d,B组8~10d(P<0.05);A组术后出血量40~70mL,Hb下降4~18g/L,B组术后出血量60~130mL,Hb下降9~22g/L(P<0.05)。A组、B组拔除导尿管时间分别为4d、2d(P<0.05)。A组无1例漏尿,B组有2例漏尿。结论在MPCNL术中选择性地不留置肾造瘘管,术后痛苦少、恢复快、患者经济负担减轻、恢复时间缩短、术后出血量减少,是安全可行的治疗方法。 展开更多

Iatrogenic bile duct injuries (IBDI) remain an important problem in gastrointestinal surgery. They are most frequently caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy which is one of the commonest surgical procedures in the world. The early and proper diagnosis of IBDI is very important for surgeons and gastroenterologists, because unrecognized IBDI lead to serious complications such as biliary cirrhosis, hepatic failure and death. Laboratory and radiological investigations play an important role in the diagnosis of biliary injuries. There are many classifications of IBDI. The most popular and simple classification of IBDI is the Bismuth scale. Endoscopic techniques are recommended for initial treatment of IBDI. When endoscopic treatment is not effective, surgical management is considered. Different surgical reconstructions are performed in patients with IBDI. According to the literature, Roux- en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is the most frequent surgical reconstruction and recommended by most authors. In the opinion of some authors, a more physiological and equally effective type of reconstruction is end- to-end ductal anastomosis. Long term results are the most important in the assessment of the effectiveness of IBDI treatment. There are a few classifications for the long term results in patients treated for IBDI; the Terblanche scale, based on clinical biliary symptoms, is regarded as the most useful classification. Proper diagnosis and treatment of IBDI may avoid many serious complications and improve quality of life. 展开更多

In this paper, the IHSL transform and the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) segmentation algorithm are combined together to perform the unsupervised classification for fully polarimetric Synthetic Ap-erture Rader (SAR) data. We apply the IHSL colour transform to H/α/SPANspace to obtain a new space (RGB colour space) which has a uniform distinguishability among inner parameters and contains the whole polarimetric information in H/α/SPAN.Then the FCM algorithm is applied to this RGB space to finish the classification procedure. The main advantages of this method are that the parameters in the color space have similar interclass distinguishability, thus it can achieve a high performance in the pixel based segmentation algorithm, and since we can treat the parameters in the same way, the segmentation procedure can be simplified. The experiments show that it can provide an improved classification result compared with the method which uses the H/α/SPANspace di-rectly during the segmentation procedure. 展开更多

Warehouse operation has become a critical activity in supply chain. Position information of pallets is important in warehouse management which can enhance the efficiency of pallets picking and sortation. Radio frequency identification(RFID) has been widely used in warehouse for item identifying. Meanwhile, RFID technology also has great potential for pallets localization which is underutilized in warehouse management. RFID-based checking-in and inventory systems have been applied in warehouse management by many enterprises. Localization approach is studied, which is compatible with existing RFID checking-in and inventory systems. A novel RFID localization approach is proposed for pallets checking-in. Phase variation of nearby tags was utilized to estimate the position of added pallets. A novel inventory localization approach combing angle of arrival(AOA) measurement and received signal strength(RSS) is also proposed for pallets inventory. Experiments were carried out using standard UHF passive RFID system. Experimental results show an acceptable localization accuracy which can satisfy the requirement of warehouse management. 展开更多

In this paper, a C60-based clustering algorithm is proposed for the specific planned network of space tracking and surveillance system(STSS), where all the sensors are partitioned into 12 clusters according to the C60(or football surface) architecture, and then a hierarchical sensor-management scheme is well designed.Finally, the algorithm is applied to a typical STSS constellation,and the simulation results show that the proposed method has better target-tracking performance than the nonclustering scheduling method. 展开更多

Under conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the non-uniformity of pressure loads has intensified the stress concentration which impacts the safety of curved pipes and elbows. This paper focuses on the pressure distribution and flow characteristic in a curved 90° bend pipe with circular cross-sections, which are widely used in industrial applications. These flow and pressure characteristics in curved bend pipes have been researched by employing numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. Based on the dimensionless analysis method a formula for the pressure of Newtonian fluid flow through the elbow pipes is deduced. Also the pressure distributions of several elbows with different curvature ratio R/D are obtained by numerical methods. The influence of these non-dimensional parameters such as non-dimensional curvature ratio, Reynolds number and non-dimensional axial angle a and circumferential angle fl on the pressure distribution in elbow pipes is discussed in detail. A number of important results have been achieved. This paper provides theoretical and numerical methods to understand the mechanical property of fluid flow in elbow pipes, to analyze the stress and to design the wall thickness of elbow pipes. 展开更多
