无线传感通信网络在数据传输过程中容易出现网络拥塞,存在全局吞吐量小、端到端延时大、节点丢包率高的问题,导致网络拥塞控制效果不佳。为了解决这个问题,设计一种嵌入式技术下无线传感通信网络拥塞控制系统。设计嵌入式以太网拥塞数... 无线传感通信网络在数据传输过程中容易出现网络拥塞,存在全局吞吐量小、端到端延时大、节点丢包率高的问题,导致网络拥塞控制效果不佳。为了解决这个问题,设计一种嵌入式技术下无线传感通信网络拥塞控制系统。设计嵌入式以太网拥塞数据交换接口电路,采用嵌入缓冲器开环控制模块结构,根据排队长度变化控制数据包丢弃率。计算接收方通告窗口大小,检测高、低优先级传输网络拥塞情况。通过计算拥塞节点发送速率来控制高、低优先级传输网络局部拥塞。将全局拥塞竞争窗口变为当前窗口,使用检测缓存队列占空率方式控制全局拥塞。测试结果表明,所设计系统最大吞吐量为2600 b/s,最大端到端延时为18 s,最大节点丢包率为2.0%,使用该系统能够提升网络拥塞控制效果。 展开更多

为了提高无线传感通信的均衡性和抗干扰性,提出一种基于协同Kalman滤波无线传感通信大数据分配机制,实现通信信道均衡,构建无线传感通信大数据分配的信道模型,采用时间反转镜技术实现无线传感通信信道中传输信道的特征重组,提取传感通... 为了提高无线传感通信的均衡性和抗干扰性,提出一种基于协同Kalman滤波无线传感通信大数据分配机制,实现通信信道均衡,构建无线传感通信大数据分配的信道模型,采用时间反转镜技术实现无线传感通信信道中传输信道的特征重组,提取传感通信大数据的频域相关性特征量,采用协同Kalman滤波算法实现无线传感通信大数据分配的过程中的抗多径干扰处理,构建无线传感通信大数据分配模型,结合相关性的融合滤波检测方法,根据采样信号频谱的不同进行模糊卷积融合处理,得到无线传感通信大数据分配的自适应调节迭代模型,实现无线传感通信的大数据分配优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行无线传感通信大数据分配的均衡性较好,抗干扰能力较强,降低了大数据输出的误比特率。 展开更多

An automated underground mine monitoring and communication system based on the integration of new technologies is introduced to promote safety and health,operational management and cost-effectiveness.The proposed system integration considering Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) assisted Geographic Information System(GIS) enables to monitor and control underground mining applications from surface office.Based on the capabilities of WSNs,ZigBee network is adapted for near real-time monitoring,ventilation system control and emergency communication in underground mine.ZigBee nodes were developed to sense environmental attributes such as temperature,humidity and gases concentration;switching ON and OFF ventilation fans;and texting emergency messages.A trigger action plan for monitored attributes above normal and threshold value limits is programmed in the surface GIS management server.It is designed to turn the auxiliary fans on remotely or automatically in orange condition and sending evacuation messages for underground miners in unsafe(red) condition.Multi-users operation and 3D visualisations are other successful achievements of the proposed system for the underground monitoring and communication. 展开更多

Aiming at the significance of the energy controls of wireless sensor networks, an economical energy consumption algorithm for wireless communicating in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is presented. Based on the algorithm, the maximal system throughput of WSN is analyzed, and the upper bound of throughput of WSN is proposed and proved. Some numerical simulations are conducted and analyzed. The conclusions include that the transmitting radius of sensor node and the parameters of the energy cost function have significant influence upon the throughput, but the monitoring region radius has little influence. For the same transmitting distance, the more the hopping of information trans- mitting, the better the throughput of WSN. On the other hand, for the energy optimization of the whole WSN, the trade-off problem between the throughput capacity and the relay nodes is proposed, and the specific expression of relay hops that minimized the energy consumptions and the maximal throughput of WSN under the specific situation is derived. 展开更多

When senors transmit their data to the sink via multi-hop communication, the sensors closer to the sink are burdened with heavy relay traffic and tend to die early. On the contrary, if all sensors transmit datas to the sink via single-hop communication, the sensors further from the sink will die much more quickly than those closer to the sink. In this paper, we first develop an analytical model to derive the optimal cluster radius. Then we propose a mixed communication method on grid-based where the sensors can transmit data to the sink in either single-hop or multi-hop. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments and show that our method outperforms LEACH and HEED in terms of network lifetime by balancing energy consumption. 展开更多

WSN has been developing from traditional environment monitoring applications to the ubiquitous information services such as the Congestion-oriented Intelligent Transportation System (ColTS). However, the mobility of nodes makes data dissemination a hard nut to crack. In this paper, we propose MSDD, a multiple mobile sinks data dissemination mechanism for solving the dissemination problem. The main ideas of MSDD are constructing a two-tier grid structure by a designated sink, exploiting a hierarchical monitoring mechanism, and employing a global agent to track the sink locations in order to make the emergencies reported to the sinks immediately, In addition, MSDD supports the query-driven data dissemination. Being compared with TTDD, MSDD is theoretically proved to have less communication overhead. We also validate MSDD outperforms TTDD in reliability and the emergency delivery latency bv simulations. 展开更多

A 20-node fiber-grating-based wireless sensor network is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Each sensor node is integrated with the light source, 1-3 FBG sensing probes, wavelength demodulation, and wireless communication module. Via self-organized clusters and low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) route protocols, the sensor nodes are able to exchange sensing data with the control center, and the maximum communication radius of a sensor node is over 170m. The sensor node is battery-powered with a survival lifetime of up to 120 days at a network refresh rate of 5 minutes. 展开更多
