在众多的现代主义文学流派中,荒诞派戏剧是影响最大的流派之一。荒诞派戏剧抛开传统戏剧所强调的“启、承、转、合”和引人入胜、曲折动人的戏剧情节,完整的舞台形象及起伏的矛盾冲突,主张通过“直喻”把握世界,提倡“纯粹戏剧性”。本... 在众多的现代主义文学流派中,荒诞派戏剧是影响最大的流派之一。荒诞派戏剧抛开传统戏剧所强调的“启、承、转、合”和引人入胜、曲折动人的戏剧情节,完整的舞台形象及起伏的矛盾冲突,主张通过“直喻”把握世界,提倡“纯粹戏剧性”。本文从采取直喻手法,突现荒诞、抽象的主题;借助舞台形象,传达象征意蕴;运用非理性语言,寻求“语”与“意”的和谐等三个方面评析了荒诞派戏剧独树一帜的成就。同时指出这一流派沿袭20世纪前期现代主义的反传统道路前进,在戏剧领域以“反戏剧”来反对传统的戏剧,用荒诞的形式来表现荒诞的人生,体现出了与众不同的革新面貌,其革新意识和探索精神都值得当代人借鉴。 展开更多

Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) are vulnerable to various security threats because of their special infrastructure and communication mode, wherein insider attacks are the most challenging issue. To address this problem and protect innocent users from malicious attacks, it is important to encourage cooperation and deter malicious behaviors. Reputation systems constitute a major category of techniques used for managing trust in distributed networks, and they are effective in characterizing and quantifying a node's behavior for WMNs. However, conventional layered reputation mechanisms ignore several key factors of reputation in other layers; therefore, they cannot provide optimal performance and accurate malicious node identification and isolation for WMNs. In this paper, we propose a novel dynamic reputation mechanism, SLCRM, which couples reputation systems with a cross-layer design and node-security-rating classification techniques to dynamically detect and restrict insider attacks. Simulation results show that in terms of network throughput, packet delivery ratio, malicious nodes' identification, and success rates, SI_CRM imple- ments security protection against insider attacks in a more dynamic, effective, and efficient manner than the subjective logic and uncertainty-based reputation model and the familiarity-based reputation model. 展开更多

Empirical, formal, and speculative understandings of logic as identified by Hegel will be formalized. Being formalized the propositions will be deduced from how probabilities can be used to make decisions by appropriating Hegel's concept of being two-sided for inferences. This will work for what I will call grounded as opposed to ungrounded probability functions. The domain of their values will be decided by a three-valued modal relation of the binomial probability function. Keynes (1920, Ch. IV ~17) and Popper's (1959, Ch. 59) solution to the problem of unknown proportions will be challenged by an understanding of logic that puts the content of what the axioms mean for making rational decisions before their mere being. What is true for the different types inferences will then work for the principle of the dialectic in contrast to the two proposed by Hume and the one proposed by David Lewis. In this way, it will be demonstrated that Hegel's understanding of logic is still more advanced than one that fails to recognize it falls within the scope of the dialectic. Dialectic as such will be a principle where the different understandings of a predicated logic will have a modal value within a higher standpoint of system. 展开更多

Background:Infliximab(IFX)is effective at inducing and maintaining clinical remission and mucosal healing in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD);however,9%–40%of patients do not respond to primary IFX treatment.This study aimed to construct and validate nomograms to predict IFX response in CD patients.Methods:A total of 343 patients diagnosed with CD who had received IFX induction from four tertiary centers between September 2008 and September 2019 were enrolled in this study and randomly classified into a training cohort(n=240)and a validation cohort(n=103).The primary outcome was primary non-response(PNR)and the secondary outcome was mucosal healing(MH).Nomograms were constructed from the training cohort using multivariate logistic regression.Performance of nomograms was evaluated by area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve(AUC)and calibration curve.The clinical usefulness of nomograms was evaluated by decision-curve analysis.Results:The nomogram for PNR was developed based on four independent predictors:age,C-reactive protein(CRP)at week 2,body mass index,and non-stricturing,non-penetrating behavior(B1).AUC was 0.77 in the training cohort and 0.76 in the validation cohort.The nomogram for MH included four independent factors:baseline Crohn’s Disease Endoscopic Index of Severity,CRP at week 2,B1,and disease duration.AUC was 0.79 and 0.72 in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.The two nomograms showed good calibration in both cohorts and were superior to single factors and an existing matrix model.The decision curve indicated the clinical usefulness of the PNR nomogram.Conclusions:We established and validated nomograms for the prediction of PNR to IFX and MH in CD patients.This graphical tool is easy to use and will assist physicians in therapeutic decision-making. 展开更多
