基于无量纲坐标的齿轮副油膜厚度变化特性研究

以一对渐开线外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮为研究目标,建立了啮合线上的无量纲线性坐标,推导出了无量纲坐标下任意啮合点的齿轮最小油膜厚度计算公式。借助Matlab的数值分析功能,计算分析了多个齿轮传动参数对最小油膜厚度的影响,并绘制出相应的... 以一对渐开线外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮为研究目标,建立了啮合线上的无量纲线性坐标,推导出了无量纲坐标下任意啮合点的齿轮最小油膜厚度计算公式。借助Matlab的数值分析功能,计算分析了多个齿轮传动参数对最小油膜厚度的影响,并绘制出相应的油膜厚度变化特性图。结果表明,增大模数、压力角、齿数比、齿宽和转速均能不同程度地增大最小油膜厚度,为提高齿轮副润滑性能和胶合承载能力提供了一定的理论依据。 展开更多

In the present investigation we have discussed the flow of a Jeffrey-six constant incompressible fluid between two infinite coaxial cylinders in the presence of heat transfer analysis. The governing equations of Jeffrey-six constant fluid along with energy equation have been derived in cylindrical coordinates. The highly nonlinear equations are simplified with the help of non-dimensional parameters and then solved analytically with the help of homotopy analysis method (HAM) for two fundamental flows namely Couette and Generalized Couette flow. The effects of emerging parameters are discussed through graphs. The convergence of the HAM solution has been discussed by plotting h-curves. 展开更多
