According to different mechanisms of dormancy,seeds of Gagea nigra L.Z.Shue were treated with different methods so as to investigate the effects of different treatments on seed germination of G.nigra.The results showe...According to different mechanisms of dormancy,seeds of Gagea nigra L.Z.Shue were treated with different methods so as to investigate the effects of different treatments on seed germination of G.nigra.The results showed that at 4 ℃,the seeds of G.nigra began to germinate on day 32 with germination period of 80 d and germination rate of 72%;room temperature(25 ℃) and acid and alkali treatments were all unsuitable for the germination of G.nigra seeds;no significant differences were found in germination rate of G.nigra seeds among warm water(50℃),ultrasound and 200 mg/L GA_3treatments(P 0.05);seed coat-removing treatment effectively promoted the germination of G.nigra seeds(P =0.002 0.01) with germination rate of 88%;seed coat piercing + 200 mg/L GA_3 and 500 mg/L GA_3+15% H_2O_2 treatments effectively promoted the germination of G.nigra seeds with germination rates of 84% and 82%,respectively(P0.05);the germination vigor of G.nigra seeds in the seed coat piercing + 200 mg/L GA_3 treatment was highest,and it was significantly higher than those in the other treatments.展开更多

The flora is dominated by cycadoalean, bennettitale...An early Norian flora from the Partizansk River Basin of Primorye, Far-East of Russia, is described in detail for the first time, in which over 25 taxa are reported. The flora is dominated by cycadoalean, bennettitalean and coniferous plants, associated with a lot of ferns and czekanowskialean plants, and with a few ginkgoalean. In floristic characteristics, the flora can be well comparable with Late Triassic Mongugai flora of southwestern Primorye and its neighboring Tianqiaoling flora of eastern Jilin, China, as well with the Yamanoi and Nariwa floras from southwestern Japan. As the plant-bearing strata are sandwiched in the lower Norian marine beds yielding marine fauna, the age of the Partizansk flora is well evidenced as the early Norian. Paleophytogeographically, the flora appears to be in the ecotone of the Medio-Triassic and Arcto-Triassic floristic regions in Eurasia, and indicates probably warm temperate or subtropic vegetation in nature. Four new species are reported in this paper, including Ctenis elegantus sp. nov, Ixostrobus pacificus sp. nov., Elatocladus elegantus sp. nov. and E. prynadae sp. nov.展开更多
AIM:To investigate the correlation between peri-operative fluid therapy and early-phase recovery after liver transplantation(LT) by retrospectively reviewing 102 consecutive recipients.METHODS:Based on whether or not ...AIM:To investigate the correlation between peri-operative fluid therapy and early-phase recovery after liver transplantation(LT) by retrospectively reviewing 102 consecutive recipients.METHODS:Based on whether or not the patients had pulmonary complications,the patients were categorized into non-pulmonary and pulmonary groups.Twentyeight peri-operative variables were analyzed in both groups to screen for the factors related to the occurrence of early pulmonary complications.RESULTS:The starting hemoglobin(Hb) value,an intra-operative transfusion > 100 mL/kg,and a fluid balance ≤-14 mL/kg on the first day and the second or third day post-operatively were significant factors for early pulmonary complications.The extubation time,time to initial passage of flatus,or intensive care unit length of stay were significantly prolonged in patients who had not received an intra-operative transfusion ≤ 100 mL/kg or a fluid balance ≤-14 mL/kg on the first day and the second or the third day post-operatively.Moreover,these patients had poorer results in arterial blood gas analysis.CONCLUSION:It is important to offer a precise and individualized fluid therapy during the peri-operative period to the patients undergoing LT for cirrhosis-associated hepatocellular carcinoma.展开更多
