Using iterative method, we have developed an approximation method to obtain the mean waiting time for each message class. However, the expression ofvasa gene during the reproductive cycle in ovoviviparous fish has not been documented. In this study, the full-length sequence of vasa was obtained from the ovary of Korean rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) using reverse transcription-PCR and rapid amplification of cDNA ends. The Vasa with a mature protein of 650 amino acids showed greatest homology (84%) with giant gourami (Osphronemus gorarny) and Pacific bluefin tuna (Thunnus orientalis). The expression of vasa mRNA in Korean rockfish was detected in gonads only, suggesting its specific role in gonadal development. In addition, seasonal changes in the vasa expression levels were examined in gonads by quantitative real-time PCR. The vasa transcript levels in adult testis were found higher during spermatogenesis than during spermiation. The vasa transcript levels remained relatively high at the early ovary stage but declined during ovary maturation in adult female fish. These results suggest that the vasa gene play an important role in spermatogenesis and early oogenesis during the reproductive cycle of Korean rockfish.展开更多

Routinely, mothers are exposing their babies to media crafted specifically for this age group. This study seeks to ascertain the reason. What beliefs do mothers hold regarding the marketing of such media and the expected benefits to their young ones? How does the use of videos such as Baby Einstein benefit the mother? Although mothers reported that video creators want them to think the videos are educational, they are skeptical. However, they continue to let babies watch this "safe" content. Among the 28 mothers interviewed for this project, only four claimed to always watch with their child; the remainder used "video time" to do household chores. Overwhelmingly, mothers heard positive comments about videos from fellow parents, but rarely heard from their pediatricians about possible negative effects on the under-two' s.展开更多

Establishment of an efficient and sensitive diagnostic system of SARS-CoV genetic materials is crucial for SARS control. In this study,we quantified SARS-CoV mRNAs in both infected cell culture lysate and in supernatant by using Real-time quantitative revere transcription-PCR based on EvaGreenTM dye and Taqman-MGB probes. For extensive evaluation of sensitivities and specificities,13 pairs of primers and 4 probes were designed based on different genes of SARS-CoV. Glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) was selected as the internal control gene. Results showed that S-gene-specific PCR was the most sensitive for detection,but because of its sequence variability in the different viral strains,primers and a probe based on the N gene were suitable substitutions. Meanwhile,we found the mRNA concentrations in cell culture lysates were much higher than in cell supernatant and facilited more sensitive detection of the SARS-CoV.展开更多

Methods: The relationship between the progression of Coxsarckie virus B3(CVB3) viral myocarditis and experimental autoimmune myocarditis and MIP-2γ mRNA expression in mouse was studied by TaqMan real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results: MIP-2γ mRNA expression rose on 3 to 5 d after CVB3 infection, reached peak on 7 d, and returned to normal level until 14 d, which corresponded well with the disease course. The MIP-2γ mRNA expression level rose significantly on the day 18 d after immunization with porcine cardiac myosin, which was consistent with pathological examination. Conclusion: MIP-2γ may be involved in the pathogenesis of myocarditis.展开更多

The behavior of MC drive systems during the fuse action time under different operating conditions is explored. The feasibility of fault-tolerant operation during the fuse action time is also studied. The basic selection laws for the HSFs and the requirements for the passive components of the MC drive system from the point view of short-circuit faults are also discussed. To date, Tob expression in human carcinoma using clinical specimens has not been studied in depth except for lung carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma. This study is the first to investigate the expression levels of Tob gene in human colorectal cancer tissues, and their corresponding para-cancerous tissues. The correlation of expression of the Tob gene with clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer was also analyzed. METHODS Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Tob mRNA in 31 colorectal cancers. RESULTS Compared with normal tissues, up-regulation of Tob mRNA was observed in 31 colorectal cancer tissues (P = 0.020). The expression level of Tob at Dukes C + D phase was higher than Dukes A + B phase, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). However, in this study, it was found that the expression of Tob mRNA was not related with age, gender, and pathological type of colorectal cancer. CONCLUSION The up-regulation of Tob may be closely associated with tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinoma.展开更多

For testing the hypothesis "sporadic" we used the non-parametric test based on the probability distribution of the statistic of the number of records N, among{Xx }k-1= where Xk = (ΔTk)-1. We showed that it is independent of the cumulative distribution of the observations and that it is exactly calculated for each n. The effect of maternal antibodies on the pathogenesis of avian reovirus (ARV) was studied in commercial and specific pathogen free broilers (SPF) using a real-time reverse transcriptase (RT)-polymerase chain rea...The effect of maternal antibodies on the pathogenesis of avian reovirus (ARV) was studied in commercial and specific pathogen free broilers (SPF) using a real-time reverse transcriptase (RT)-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay, along with the incidence and severity of morbidity, mortality, and gross lesions. ARV RNA was detected in cloacal swabs in both bird groups from the first day throughout the 21 days experiment. Commercial broiler chickens, which had high maternal antibodies against ARV, showed minimum clinical signs, gross lesions, and lower numbers of birds with viral RNA excretion, whereas specific pathogen free (SPF) broiler chickens, which did not have antibody against ARVs, had 30% mortality, more severe signs, and higher numbers of birds excreting viral RNA. The highest peak of SPF birds excreting viral RNA occurred during the time of maximum mortality. The protective effect of maternal antibody on ARV pathogenesis in broiler chickens correlated with the detection of ARV RNA using the real-time RT-PCR.展开更多

Methods: A descriptive-c...Objectives: The study assessed if the level of knowledge of HIV-infected about HAART and waiting-times in the PHC (primary healthcare) clinic have an influence on antiretroviral adherence. Methods: A descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted in South Africa. Data collected uses a standardized-questionnaire and face-to-face-exit interviews. Pill-count technique was performed and a value of≥ 95% acceptable. Data were analysed using SPSS. Univariate-factors associated with poor-adherence to knowledge about HAART and waiting times were assessed using ANOVA and p ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. Key findings: Of 86 enrolled, 63(73.3%) were females and 23(26.7%) males, with mean-age (± SD) of 35.6(±9.6) years and on HAART for 35.5(± 31.8) months ranging from 1-137. Of these, 27(31.40%) and 25(29.07%) were on WHO stages 2 and 3 respectively. Adherence-rates computed from 32 patients, 23(71.9%) revealed poor adherence-rates. The level of knowledge about HAART in terms of names of tablets, correct-dose, frequency, adverse-effects had no influence on ARV-adherence (p _〉 0.05). Of 23 non-compliant, 10 (40%) gave the reason of drugs-unavailability, 7(30%) adverse-effects, 5(20%) drugs' complexity, and 1(10%) too busy to take them. Waiting areas associated with poor ARV-adherence were reception (p = 0.028), doctors (p = 0.027), while nurse's station (p = 0.29) and pharmacy (p = 0.43) revealed acceptable ARV-adherence.展开更多

Multiple forward scattering and diffraction for the random inhomogeneities along the seismic ray path are the main causes of S-wave envelope broadening,so the phenomenon of S-wave envelope broadening is used to study the inhomogeneity of the medium. The peak delay time of an S-wave,which is defined as the time lag from the direct S-wave onset to the maximum amplitude arrival of its envelope,is accepted to quantify S-wave envelope broadening. 204 small earthquake records in Changbaishan Tianchi volcano were analyzed by the S-wave envelope broadening algorithm. The results show that S-wave envelope broadening in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano is obvious,and that the peak delay time of S-wave has a positive correlation with the hypocenter distance and frequency of the S-wave. The relationships between the S-wave peak delay time and the hypocenter distance for different frequency bands were obtained using the statistics method. The results are beneficial to the understanding of the S-wave envelope broadening phenomena and the quantitative research on the inhomogeneities of the crust medium in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano region.展开更多

In this me...In this paper, Endurance Time Analysis (ETA) method which is a new time-history based dynamic pushover procedure is introduced and its application in linear analysis of concrete arch dams is investigated. In this method the structure is subjected to gradually intensifying acceleration functions and its performance is evaluated based on the length of the time duration that can satisfy required performance criteria. For this purpose Dez arch dam is selected as case study, fluid-structure interaction is taken into account and F.E. model of the system is excited in three performance levels. ETA method gives an approximation of maximum response at the equivalent target time, resulted from analyzing the system based on natural records. Extracted results are displacement, velocity and acceleration of the crest at crown cantilever. Results show using of ETA method can reduce at least 50% in number of analyses and 70% in total time of analyses at the current case. Furthermore, it is found that although the results of the ETA are not exactly consistent with the results of time-history analyses using real ground motions, errors are reasonable and ETA can identify performance levels of the dam with acceptable accuracy.展开更多

It is shown that the extraction of ENF components from audio recordings is realizable by applying a parametric approach based on an AR (autoregressive) model. The proposed method is compared to the existing STFT (short-time Fourier transform) based ENF extraction method. Experimental results from recorded electrical grid signals and recorded audio signals show that the proposed approach can improve the time resolution in the extracted ENF fluctuations and improve the detection of tampering with short alterations in longer audio recordings.展开更多

The results show that we can get actual velocity and displacement time histories by simulating broadband acceleration records. The acceleration and displacement time histories also may be obtained by simulating broadband velocity records. This indicates that strong motion observations and seismometer observations can be substituted for each other in a certain range.展开更多

Recently ultraso...Purpose: Rib fractures are the most common skeletal thoracic injuries resulting from blunt chest trauma. Half of the rib fractures are not detected upon a precise physical evaluation and radiographs. Recently ultrasonography (USG) has been investigated to detect rib fractures. But based on literature the usefulness of USG varies widely. This study was conducted to investigate the role of USG in the detection of possible rib fractures in comparison with radiography. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, consecutive patients with minor blunt chest trauma and suspected rib fractures presenting in Imam Reza Hospital located in Mashhad-Iran, between April 2013 and October 2013 were assessed by USG and radiography. The radiography was performed in a posteroanterior (PA) chest projection and oblique rib view centered over the area of trauma. The time duration spent in taking USG and radiography were recorded. The prevalence and location of fractures revealed by USG and radiography were compared. Results: Sixty-one suspected patients were assessed. The male to female ratio was 2.4:1 (43 men and 18 women) with a mean ± SD age of (44.3 ± 19.7) years. There were totally 59 rib fractures in 38 (62.3%) patients based on radiography and USG, while 23 (37.7%) patients had no diagnostic evidence of rib lesions. USG revealed 58 rib fractures in 33 (54.1%) of 61 suspected patients and radiographs revealed 32 rib fractures in 20 (32.8%) of 61 patients. A total of 58 (98.3%) rib fractures were detected by USG, whereas oblique rib view and PA chest radiography showed 27 (45.8%) and 24 (40.7%) rib fractures, respectively. The average duration of USG was (12 ± 3) min (range 7e17 min), whereas the duration of radiography was (27 ± 6) min (range 15-37 min). The kappa coefficient showed a low level of agreement between both USG and PA chest radiography (kappa coefficient=0.28), and between USG and oblique rib view (kappa coefficient=0.32). Conclusion: USG discloses more fractures than radiography in most patients presenting with suspected rib fractures. Moreover USG requires significantly less time than radiography.展开更多

In the present study, the expression levels of miR-96/182/183 cluster, miR-203, miR-375,...Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disorder and premalignantlesion, of which the mechanisms are still obscure. In the present study, the expression levels of miR-96/182/183 cluster, miR-203, miR-375, and miR-769-5p in both tissues and exfoliative cells of OLP patients as well as healthy volunteers were detected, differentially expressed miRNAs were identified and their correlation with OLP was evaluated by a biplot method. Experimental results show that miR-203 is significantly up-regulated in patient lesion tissues in comparison to volunteer mucosa tissues. Moreover, the contra- dictory insignificant expression changes of miR-203 as well as miR-96/182/183 cluster in comparisons of exfoliative cell samples suggest that different cell compositions in OLP lesion have distinct miRNA regulation, which accords with the histological heterogeneity of OLP. Finally, biplot analyses indicate the expression of miR-203 and miR-96/182/183 cluster are positively correlated in patient lesions. These results provide miR-203 as a molecular indicator of heterogeneity of OLP, and also a potential diagnostic biomarker or therapeutic target that deserves further studies.展开更多

In this study, the influence of the list adjustment on drug utilization was investigated. With the comparison between inpatients' use of drugs before and after adjustment of Basic Medical Insurance Drug List, we classified the drugs adjusted in national list into six categories: class A to class B, class B to class A, class A to class C, class B to class C, class C to class A, and class C to class B(class A referring to overall insured drugs, class B referring to partial reimbursement drugs, class C referring to self-funded drugs in China), and drug utilization and expenditure were analyzed with time series model. We analyzed the overall expenditure and average expenditure per 10 000 people based on the comparison before and after the adjustment of 2009 Basic Medical Insurance Drug List. The drug expenditure from class A to class B was decreased by 13.87% of overall expenditure and 16.37% of average expenditure per 10 000 people, and it was decreased by 38.74% and 48.03% from class A to class C; respectively, the drug expenditure from class B to class A was increased by 74.12% and 94.52%, while it was reduced by 19.79% and 14.52% from class B to class C; expenditure declined by 31.77% and 36.22% from class C to class A, and expenditure was increased by 12.42% and 22.05% from class C to class B, respectively, both were lower than before. The adjustment of National Basic Medical Insurance Drug List reduced the overall drug expenditure.展开更多

文摘Objective:Being considered as a bridge between the innate immunity and acquired immunity,Toll-like receptors(TRLs) are very important innate immunity moleculars.Recent researchs on the innate immunity have focused on the relationship between TLRs and human tumor.This paper investgated the expression and significance of TLR9 in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell(A549 cell) and human bronchial epithelial cell(HBE cell).Methods:After culturing A549 cell and HBE cell in vitro,the expression of TLR9 mRNA and protein in both cells were detected by immunocytochemistry,Real-time Quantitative Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction(Real-time Quantitative PCR) and Western blot,respectively.Results:By immunocytochemistry staining,TLR9 was mainly expressed in both cells' cell membrane and endochylema as brown-yellow material.It showed that the expressions of TLR9 mRNA and protein in A549 cell were stronger than those in HBE cell(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The results suggest TLR9 might cause the progression of human pulmonary adenocarcinoma,and the mechanism needs to be further investgatied.

文摘The behavior of matrix converter(MC) drive systems under the condition of MC short-circuit faults is comprehensively investigated. Two isolation strategies using semiconductors and high speed fuses(HSFs) for MC short-circuit faults are examined and their performances are compared. The behavior of MC drive systems during the fuse action time under different operating conditions is explored. The feasibility of fault-tolerant operation during the fuse action time is also studied. The basic selection laws for the HSFs and the requirements for the passive components of the MC drive system from the point view of short-circuit faults are also discussed. Simulation results are used to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed isolation strategies.
文摘OBJECTIVE Tob is a member of Tob/BTG antiproliferative family. To date, Tob expression in human carcinoma using clinical specimens has not been studied in depth except for lung carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma. This study is the first to investigate the expression levels of Tob gene in human colorectal cancer tissues, and their corresponding para-cancerous tissues. The correlation of expression of the Tob gene with clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer was also analyzed. METHODS Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Tob mRNA in 31 colorectal cancers. RESULTS Compared with normal tissues, up-regulation of Tob mRNA was observed in 31 colorectal cancer tissues (P = 0.020). The expression level of Tob at Dukes C + D phase was higher than Dukes A + B phase, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). However, in this study, it was found that the expression of Tob mRNA was not related with age, gender, and pathological type of colorectal cancer. CONCLUSION The up-regulation of Tob may be closely associated with tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinoma.
文摘Let {Tn } be a renewal process in R+ representing the successive arrival times of some natural events. We studied this process by using a record process approach under the assumption that the interarrival times T,, = Tn, - Ta-1, n = 1, 2...are exponentially i.i.d (independent and identically distributed). The goal is to test that the first observed events are sporadic events. For testing the hypothesis "sporadic" we used the non-parametric test based on the probability distribution of the statistic of the number of records N, among{Xx }k-1= where Xk = (ΔTk)-1. We showed that it is independent of the cumulative distribution of the observations and that it is exactly calculated for each n. We illustrated this statistic on a simulated trajectory and we compared it with descriptive smoothing methods. We studied an application to a data set as storms in France and US.
文摘The effect of maternal antibodies on the pathogenesis of avian reovirus (ARV) was studied in commercial and specific pathogen free broilers (SPF) using a real-time reverse transcriptase (RT)-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay, along with the incidence and severity of morbidity, mortality, and gross lesions. ARV RNA was detected in cloacal swabs in both bird groups from the first day throughout the 21 days experiment. Commercial broiler chickens, which had high maternal antibodies against ARV, showed minimum clinical signs, gross lesions, and lower numbers of birds with viral RNA excretion, whereas specific pathogen free (SPF) broiler chickens, which did not have antibody against ARVs, had 30% mortality, more severe signs, and higher numbers of birds excreting viral RNA. The highest peak of SPF birds excreting viral RNA occurred during the time of maximum mortality. The protective effect of maternal antibody on ARV pathogenesis in broiler chickens correlated with the detection of ARV RNA using the real-time RT-PCR.
文摘Objectives: The study assessed if the level of knowledge of HIV-infected about HAART and waiting-times in the PHC (primary healthcare) clinic have an influence on antiretroviral adherence. Methods: A descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted in South Africa. Data collected uses a standardized-questionnaire and face-to-face-exit interviews. Pill-count technique was performed and a value of≥ 95% acceptable. Data were analysed using SPSS. Univariate-factors associated with poor-adherence to knowledge about HAART and waiting times were assessed using ANOVA and p ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. Key findings: Of 86 enrolled, 63(73.3%) were females and 23(26.7%) males, with mean-age (± SD) of 35.6(±9.6) years and on HAART for 35.5(± 31.8) months ranging from 1-137. Of these, 27(31.40%) and 25(29.07%) were on WHO stages 2 and 3 respectively. Adherence-rates computed from 32 patients, 23(71.9%) revealed poor adherence-rates. The level of knowledge about HAART in terms of names of tablets, correct-dose, frequency, adverse-effects had no influence on ARV-adherence (p _〉 0.05). Of 23 non-compliant, 10 (40%) gave the reason of drugs-unavailability, 7(30%) adverse-effects, 5(20%) drugs' complexity, and 1(10%) too busy to take them. Waiting areas associated with poor ARV-adherence were reception (p = 0.028), doctors (p = 0.027), while nurse's station (p = 0.29) and pharmacy (p = 0.43) revealed acceptable ARV-adherence.

文摘High-frequency S-wave seismogram envelopes of microearthquakes broaden with increasing travel distance,a phenomenon known as S-wave envelope broadening. Multiple forward scattering and diffraction for the random inhomogeneities along the seismic ray path are the main causes of S-wave envelope broadening,so the phenomenon of S-wave envelope broadening is used to study the inhomogeneity of the medium. The peak delay time of an S-wave,which is defined as the time lag from the direct S-wave onset to the maximum amplitude arrival of its envelope,is accepted to quantify S-wave envelope broadening. 204 small earthquake records in Changbaishan Tianchi volcano were analyzed by the S-wave envelope broadening algorithm. The results show that S-wave envelope broadening in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano is obvious,and that the peak delay time of S-wave has a positive correlation with the hypocenter distance and frequency of the S-wave. The relationships between the S-wave peak delay time and the hypocenter distance for different frequency bands were obtained using the statistics method. The results are beneficial to the understanding of the S-wave envelope broadening phenomena and the quantitative research on the inhomogeneities of the crust medium in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano region.
文摘In this paper, Endurance Time Analysis (ETA) method which is a new time-history based dynamic pushover procedure is introduced and its application in linear analysis of concrete arch dams is investigated. In this method the structure is subjected to gradually intensifying acceleration functions and its performance is evaluated based on the length of the time duration that can satisfy required performance criteria. For this purpose Dez arch dam is selected as case study, fluid-structure interaction is taken into account and F.E. model of the system is excited in three performance levels. ETA method gives an approximation of maximum response at the equivalent target time, resulted from analyzing the system based on natural records. Extracted results are displacement, velocity and acceleration of the crest at crown cantilever. Results show using of ETA method can reduce at least 50% in number of analyses and 70% in total time of analyses at the current case. Furthermore, it is found that although the results of the ETA are not exactly consistent with the results of time-history analyses using real ground motions, errors are reasonable and ETA can identify performance levels of the dam with acceptable accuracy.
文摘This paper proposes a new method for extracting ENF (electric network frequency) fluctuations from digital audio recordings for the purpose of forensic authentication. It is shown that the extraction of ENF components from audio recordings is realizable by applying a parametric approach based on an AR (autoregressive) model. The proposed method is compared to the existing STFT (short-time Fourier transform) based ENF extraction method. Experimental results from recorded electrical grid signals and recorded audio signals show that the proposed approach can improve the time resolution in the extracted ENF fluctuations and improve the detection of tampering with short alterations in longer audio recordings.

文摘This paper uses Jin Xing( 2004,2005) and Ma Qiang's( 2003) real-time time-domain methods to simulate and compare both the broadband strong motion acceleration and velocity records measured at the same stations in the Liaoning Telemetered Digital Seismic Network. The results show that we can get actual velocity and displacement time histories by simulating broadband acceleration records. The acceleration and displacement time histories also may be obtained by simulating broadband velocity records. This indicates that strong motion observations and seismometer observations can be substituted for each other in a certain range.
文摘Purpose: Rib fractures are the most common skeletal thoracic injuries resulting from blunt chest trauma. Half of the rib fractures are not detected upon a precise physical evaluation and radiographs. Recently ultrasonography (USG) has been investigated to detect rib fractures. But based on literature the usefulness of USG varies widely. This study was conducted to investigate the role of USG in the detection of possible rib fractures in comparison with radiography. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, consecutive patients with minor blunt chest trauma and suspected rib fractures presenting in Imam Reza Hospital located in Mashhad-Iran, between April 2013 and October 2013 were assessed by USG and radiography. The radiography was performed in a posteroanterior (PA) chest projection and oblique rib view centered over the area of trauma. The time duration spent in taking USG and radiography were recorded. The prevalence and location of fractures revealed by USG and radiography were compared. Results: Sixty-one suspected patients were assessed. The male to female ratio was 2.4:1 (43 men and 18 women) with a mean ± SD age of (44.3 ± 19.7) years. There were totally 59 rib fractures in 38 (62.3%) patients based on radiography and USG, while 23 (37.7%) patients had no diagnostic evidence of rib lesions. USG revealed 58 rib fractures in 33 (54.1%) of 61 suspected patients and radiographs revealed 32 rib fractures in 20 (32.8%) of 61 patients. A total of 58 (98.3%) rib fractures were detected by USG, whereas oblique rib view and PA chest radiography showed 27 (45.8%) and 24 (40.7%) rib fractures, respectively. The average duration of USG was (12 ± 3) min (range 7e17 min), whereas the duration of radiography was (27 ± 6) min (range 15-37 min). The kappa coefficient showed a low level of agreement between both USG and PA chest radiography (kappa coefficient=0.28), and between USG and oblique rib view (kappa coefficient=0.32). Conclusion: USG discloses more fractures than radiography in most patients presenting with suspected rib fractures. Moreover USG requires significantly less time than radiography.

文摘Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disorder and premalignantlesion, of which the mechanisms are still obscure. In the present study, the expression levels of miR-96/182/183 cluster, miR-203, miR-375, and miR-769-5p in both tissues and exfoliative cells of OLP patients as well as healthy volunteers were detected, differentially expressed miRNAs were identified and their correlation with OLP was evaluated by a biplot method. Experimental results show that miR-203 is significantly up-regulated in patient lesion tissues in comparison to volunteer mucosa tissues. Moreover, the contra- dictory insignificant expression changes of miR-203 as well as miR-96/182/183 cluster in comparisons of exfoliative cell samples suggest that different cell compositions in OLP lesion have distinct miRNA regulation, which accords with the histological heterogeneity of OLP. Finally, biplot analyses indicate the expression of miR-203 and miR-96/182/183 cluster are positively correlated in patient lesions. These results provide miR-203 as a molecular indicator of heterogeneity of OLP, and also a potential diagnostic biomarker or therapeutic target that deserves further studies.
文摘Under Chinese medicine and health care system, Medicine Catalogue for National Basic Medical Insurance(2009) was issued in 2009 in China to fulfill the basic drug demands of the insured Chinese and to control the medical expenses. In this study, the influence of the list adjustment on drug utilization was investigated. With the comparison between inpatients' use of drugs before and after adjustment of Basic Medical Insurance Drug List, we classified the drugs adjusted in national list into six categories: class A to class B, class B to class A, class A to class C, class B to class C, class C to class A, and class C to class B(class A referring to overall insured drugs, class B referring to partial reimbursement drugs, class C referring to self-funded drugs in China), and drug utilization and expenditure were analyzed with time series model. We analyzed the overall expenditure and average expenditure per 10 000 people based on the comparison before and after the adjustment of 2009 Basic Medical Insurance Drug List. The drug expenditure from class A to class B was decreased by 13.87% of overall expenditure and 16.37% of average expenditure per 10 000 people, and it was decreased by 38.74% and 48.03% from class A to class C; respectively, the drug expenditure from class B to class A was increased by 74.12% and 94.52%, while it was reduced by 19.79% and 14.52% from class B to class C; expenditure declined by 31.77% and 36.22% from class C to class A, and expenditure was increased by 12.42% and 22.05% from class C to class B, respectively, both were lower than before. The adjustment of National Basic Medical Insurance Drug List reduced the overall drug expenditure.
