变电站的对点工作是为了校验调度主站存储的站内设备信息和实际变电站设备信息是否保持一致性,从而确保电力SCADA系统能进行安全、准确、可靠的信息交互,保证调度主站对变电站实施正确的监控、保护和控制。通过电力SCADA系统的信息流分... 变电站的对点工作是为了校验调度主站存储的站内设备信息和实际变电站设备信息是否保持一致性,从而确保电力SCADA系统能进行安全、准确、可靠的信息交互,保证调度主站对变电站实施正确的监控、保护和控制。通过电力SCADA系统的信息流分析,剖析变电站侧的信息模型和调度主站侧的信息模型,解析并提取MMS报文和IEC104报文的关键信息,分别建立变电站侧的对点表、调度主站侧的对点表以及综合对点表,提出基于时标信息的信息匹配方法和变电站对点方法。该方法能够有效解决短时间间隔内多报文的信息干扰问题,提高对点工作的效率和准确性。 展开更多

The IMC(Internal Model Control) controller based on robust tuning can improve the robustness and dynamic performance of the system.In this paper,the robustness degree of the control system is investigated based on Maximum Sensitivity(Ms) in depth.And the analytical relationship is obtained between the robustness specification and controller parameters,which gives a clear design criterion to robust IMC controller.Moreover,a novel and simple IMC-PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative) tuning method is proposed by converting the IMC controller to PID form in terms of the time domain rather than the frequency domain adopted in some conventional IMC-based methods.Hence,the presented IMC-PID gives a good performance with a specific robustness degree.The new IMC-PID method is compared with other classical IMC-PID rules,showing the flexibility and feasibility for a wide range of plants. 展开更多

One of the most significant advantages of the digital era is the fact that it presents a wide array of choices, without any time or place restrictions, to the target audience of the past who obtains information from the relatively passive and restricted sources. The role of the mobile devices that people carry with them almost everywhere and the Internet is undeniable in determining the speed of access to the information among these many choices. For brands, it is getting more and more difficult to reach users who spend their days and hours in front of different screens and consume information very quickly. Cross-device advertising, which has become one of the important subjects of the digital advertising studies in 2014, has established itself as an important method for reaching out to the customers of the digital age who use multiple devises. In this context, this study aims to discuss the essentials of a new advertising method called cross-device advertising. It is an advertising method utilized in digital platform by brands that would like to deliver their messages through the right ads, at the right place and time to the users who have multiple device options in today's world. 展开更多

Real-time routing control design for traffic networks with multi-route choices

This work considers those road networks in which there are multi-route choices for bifurcation-destination(or origin-destination) pairs, and designs a real-time variable message sign(VMS)-based routing control strategy in the model predictive control(MPC) framework. The VMS route recommendation provided by the traffic management authority is directly considered as the control variable, and the routing control model is established, in which a multi-dimensional control vector is introduced to describe the influence of route recommendations on flow distribution. In the MPC framework, a system optimum routing strategy with the constraints regarding drivers' acceptability with recommended routes is designed, which can not only meet the traffic management authority's control requirement but also improve drivers' satisfaction with the route guidance system. The simulation carried out shows that the proposed routing control can effectively mitigate traffic congestion, reduces followers' time delay, and improves drivers' satisfaction with routing control in road networks. 展开更多
