目的控制过程质量,以保证各班次各时间段护理工作任务完成的时效性,提高为患者服务的整体质量和效率。方法根据病房护理工作特点建立各班次各时间段的护理工作流程模板,首先在一个病房进行试点,成熟后在全院病房实施。结果医护人员对流... 目的控制过程质量,以保证各班次各时间段护理工作任务完成的时效性,提高为患者服务的整体质量和效率。方法根据病房护理工作特点建立各班次各时间段的护理工作流程模板,首先在一个病房进行试点,成熟后在全院病房实施。结果医护人员对流程设置的科学性、实用性、提高护理工作效率等方面的满意度评价均达到90.0%以上。基础护理合格率、危重患者护理合格率、消毒隔离合格率、护理文件书写合格率、急救物品完好率及患者满意度由90.0%~98.0%提高至95.2%~100%。结论以时间为序的各班次各时间段工作流程管理,使各班次各时间段应完成的工作任务得到进一步识别和确认,细化了护理工作的过程管理,从而提高了护理质量。 展开更多

Individual departure time decision considering departure scheduling utility

The scheduling utility plays a fundamental role in addressing the commuting travel behaviours. A new scheduling utility,termed as DMRD-SU, was suggested based on some recent research findings in behavioural economics.... The scheduling utility plays a fundamental role in addressing the commuting travel behaviours. A new scheduling utility,termed as DMRD-SU, was suggested based on some recent research findings in behavioural economics. DMRD-SU admitted the existence of positive arrival-caused utility. In addition, besides the travel-time-caused utility and arrival-caused utility, DMRD-SU firstly took the departure utility into account. The necessity of the departure utility in trip scheduling was analyzed comprehensively,and the corresponding individual trip scheduling model was presented. Based on a simple network, an analytical example was executed to characterize DMRD-SU. It can be found from the analytical example that: 1) DMRD-SU can predict the accumulation departure behaviors at NDT, which explains the formation of daily serious short-peak-hours in reality, while MRD-SU cannot; 2)Compared with MRD-SU, DMRD-SU predicts that people tend to depart later and its gross utility also decreases faster. Therefore,the departure utility should be considered to describe the traveler's scheduling behaviors better. 展开更多

Effects of Colored Noise on Periodic Orbits in a One-Dimensional Map

The effects of the colored noise on periodic orbits, of the different periodic sequences in the logistic map, are investigated. It is found that the dynamical behaviors of the orbits, induced by an exponentially correlated colored noise, are different in the mergence of transition, and the effects of the noise intensity on their dynamical behaviors are different from the effects of the correlation time of noise. Remarkably, the noise can induce new periodic orbits, namely, two new orbits emerge in the period-four sequence at the bifurcation parameter value μ = 3.5, four new orbits in the period-eight sequence at μ= 3.55, and three new orbits in the period-six sequence at μ = 3.846, respectively. Moreover, the dynamical behaviors of the new orbits clearly show the resonancelike response to the colored noise. 展开更多

Numerical analysis of wave hazards in a harbor

Resonance may occur when the periods of incoming waves are close to the eigen-periods of harbor basin.The amplified waves by resonance in harbor will induce serious wave hazards to harbor structures and vehicles in it.Through traditional theoretical approaches,the eigen-periods of harbor basin with regular shapes can be obtained.In our study,we proposed a numerical model to simulate the behavior characteristics of the harbor waves.A finite difference numerical model based on the shallow water equations(SWE) is developed to simulate incoming tsunami and tidal waves.By analyzing the time series data of water surface wave amplitude variations at selected synthetic observation locations,we estimate the wave height and arrival time in coastal area.Furthermore,we use frequency spectrum analysis to investigate the natural frequencies from the data recorded at the synthetic observation stations. 展开更多
