与其他优化问题相比,多式联运网络路径优化问题面临着变量较多且其结构、关系复杂的困扰.然而,现有的多式联运网络只能对网络属性逐一计算,难免重复冗余,效率偏低,只适用于小型网络.提出了不规则棱柱网络模型.采用相对编码设计,通过搜... 与其他优化问题相比,多式联运网络路径优化问题面临着变量较多且其结构、关系复杂的困扰.然而,现有的多式联运网络只能对网络属性逐一计算,难免重复冗余,效率偏低,只适用于小型网络.提出了不规则棱柱网络模型.采用相对编码设计,通过搜索判断余子式进行网络初始化,将网络中不同类别的弧线解释成满足某种约束条件的量,通过设计底边判断函数和侧棱判断函数,实现了网络中弧线的智能分类.该模型取消了运输网络阶段划分的限制;其节点与现实运输的地理坐标相对应;分类判断可以对网络进行群体修建与更新.通过对比各网络的时间频度,说明在多属性变量复杂且多样性的大规模多式联运网络中,该网络能够极大地提升网络构建和更新效率. 展开更多

急性有机磷农药中毒发生心律失常51例临床分析 被引量:6

目的 观察AOPP发生心律失常的类型、时间频度分布及血生化指标改变的意义。方法 对 5 1例重度AOPP并发心律失常患者 ,常规心电监护 ,发生心律失常时 ,同步测定血ChE、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ、血气分析、电解质。结果 AOPP发生心律失常 ,快速型... 目的 观察AOPP发生心律失常的类型、时间频度分布及血生化指标改变的意义。方法 对 5 1例重度AOPP并发心律失常患者 ,常规心电监护 ,发生心律失常时 ,同步测定血ChE、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ、血气分析、电解质。结果 AOPP发生心律失常 ,快速型和缓慢型并存 ,ST -T改变、Q -T延长较普遍。救治的第 1小时内发生 2 9例次 (17 9% ) ,以缓慢型以及ST -T改变为主 ,有严重的ChE抑制、低氧血症、高碳酸血症 ;第 2~ 2 4小时内发生 79例次 (4 8 8% ) ,各类心律失常均高发 ,快速型明显增多 ,电解质、酸碱紊乱明显 ,低氧血症减轻。第 2~ 7天发生 3 9例次 (2 4 1% )以快速型为主 ,肌钙蛋白Ⅰ高达本文峰值。第 8天后发生 15例次(9 3 % ) ,以缓慢型及ST -T改变为主 ,除尚存电解质和酸碱失调 ,其余生化指标均较前改善。结论 抢救第 2~ 2 4小时内为各类心律失常的高发时期 ,全期心律失常发生时不但心肌损伤指标异常 ,还存在内环境紊乱。 展开更多

Oscillation in frequency of tropical cyclones passing Taiwan and Hainan Islands and the relationship with summer monsoon 被引量:2

The temporal variations in the frequency of tropical cyclones (TCs) traversing the Taiwan and Hainan Islands (TH islands), were analyzed using a best-track TC dataset from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center for the peri... The temporal variations in the frequency of tropical cyclones (TCs) traversing the Taiwan and Hainan Islands (TH islands), were analyzed using a best-track TC dataset from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center for the period 1945-2007. Results show that the oscillations were interannual and interdecadal on the timescales of 2-8 and 8-12 years, respectively. It is also shown that the number of TCs formed in the western North Pacific basin (WNP) and of those traversing the TH islands varied intraseasonally. These results also held for typhoons traversing the TH islands, although the oscillations were less apparent. This study identified interrelationships between the frequency of TCs making landfall on the TH islands and the East Asia summer monsoon (EASM), the South Asia summer monsoon (SASM), and the South China Sea summer monsoon (SCSSM). The SCSSM significantly influenced the number of TCs traversing Hainan Island, but had little influence on the number of TCs traversing Taiwan Island. By contrast, the SASM influenced the numbers of TCs traversing both of the TH islands, shown by correlation coefficients of 0.41 for Taiwan Island and -0.25 for Hainan Island. In addition, the frequency of TC landfall on Taiwan Island increased during years of enhanced EASM, as indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.4. 展开更多

This paper addresses an automatic object detection algorithm based on spatio-temporal compensation for video surveillance. Temporal difference of the pairs of two frames with a k-frame distance is utilized to obtain coarse object masks. Usually, object regions in these coarse masks have discontinuous boundaries and some holes. Region growing with the distance constraint is proposed to compensate these coarse object regions in spatial domain, followed by filling holes. The added distance constraint can prevent object regions from growing infinitely. The proposed filling holes method is simple and effective. To solve the temporarily stopping problem of moving objects, temporal compensation is proposed to compensate the object mask by utilizing temporal coherence of moving objects in temporal domain. The proposed detection algorithm can extract moving objects as completely as possible. Experimental results have successfully demonstrated the validity of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

We conducted a phenological evaluation of Sargassum thunbergii, a common algal species, along the coast of Lidao Bay, Rongcheng, China. The local S. thunbergii population entered a maturation period from early June to mid-August, when seawater temperature was 14.4 to 25. 1℃. Our results suggest an increase in temperatttre and day length during this period initiated thalli maturation. Inhabitants of the low tidal zone had higher thalli length and biomass compared with those from the mid- and high tidal zones. We observed a switch in the length frequency distribution and contribution of length classes to biomass between the small (〈20 cm) and long (20-79.9 cm) length classes at the time of thallus maturity. This suggests there is a trade-off between sexual reproduction and vegetative regeneration. 展开更多

The time complexity of them depends on image contents. This paper presents an estimation of a block motion method for video coding with edge alignment. This method uses blocks of size 4 × 4 and its basic idea is to find motion vector using the edge position in each video coding block. The method finds the motion vectors more accurately and faster than any known classical method that calculates all the possibilities. Our presented algorithm is compared with known classical algorithms using the evaluation function of the peak signal-to-noise ratio. For comparison of the methods we are using parameters such as time, CPU usage, and size of compressed data. The comparison is made on benchmark data in color format YUV. Results of our proposed method are comparable and in some cases better than results of standard classical algorithms. 展开更多

Through the analysis of peak acceleration, peak frequency and duration, results indicated that the ver- tical component of vibration is the most important in the region close to the collapse point; the collapse of bridge segments will lead to superposition of ground vibration, and isolation measures can reduce the peak ac- celeration but increase the duration of vibration; blasting and collapse vibration cause no damage to the re- served structure which indicates that blastin~ demolition is a safe and effective method. 展开更多

According to the time&space conversion relations and different frequency phase detection principle,an ultra-high precision time&frequency measurement method is proposed in this paper.The higher accuracy and stability of the speed of light and electromagnetic signals during the transmission in space or a specific medium enable the measurement of short time interval which uses the coincidence detection of signal’s transmission delay in length.The measurement precision better than 10 picoseconds can be easily obtained.The method develops the length vernier utilizing the stability of signal’s transmission delay,minimizes the fuzzy region of phase coincidence between the standard frequency signal and the measured signal,approaches the best phase coincidences and therefore improves the measurement precision which is higher than the precision provided by the traditional methods based on frequency processing.Besides,the method costs less than the traditional methods and can also solve the problem of the measurement of super-high frequency.Experimental results show the method can improve the measurement precision to 10 12/s in the time&frequency domain. 展开更多

Glass-forming ability is a long-standing concern in the field of metallic glasses(MGs),which greatly limits their maximum casting size and extensive applications.In this work,we report an ultrasonic-assisted rapid cold welding of bulk MGs without using any additives.MGs with various compositions are welded together under a 20,000-Hz highfrequency ultrasonic vibration without losing their amorphous nature.The ultrasonic technology offers the advantages of rapid bonding(<1 s)at low temperature(near room temperature)and low stress(<1 MPa).According to the phenomenon observed in the experiment,the activated fresh atoms diffuse through the broken channel port under continuous rupture of the oxide layer,and the ultrasonic vibration accelerates the atomic-diffusion process.Finally,stable bonding of the MG interface is realized.This universal ultrasonic-assisted welding process can realize the composition design of dissimilar MGs as well as tuning of new materials with new performance. 展开更多
