基于城市居住区POI数据的昆明市公共交通站点可达性分析

本文利用2016年昆明市主城五区的POI数据,采用GIS分析工具,构建昆明市可达性分析模型,基于昆明路网建立步行交通网络数据集,通过最小阻抗和出行范围的两种可达性评价展开研究。通过针对服务于居民的居住区片区公共服务设施的空间布置方法,尝试通过考虑交通的转弯和通达性、时间成本以及距离等因素进行可达性分析,以昆明市公交站点和住区点为基础对昆明市公共交通可达性进行分析评价。

Quantity of plant leaf area on three major public squares in Kunming City, China

Regressive formulae to calculate the quantity of plant leaf area for 13 species of ornamental plants were set up based on investigation data of 30 species on 3 major public squares (Dongfeng square, Shengli square and Guandu square) in Kun-ming City, China, which were applied to calculate quantities of plant leaf area of these 13 species. The quantities of plant leaf area for the other 17 ornamental plant species on these squares were directly measured, and the total quantity of plant leaf area of each studied square was obtained individually. The results showed that the quantity of plant leaf area on Shengli square with ornamental plants structure composed of arbor tree species, shrub tree species and turf grass was highest among the three squares. It is believed that the design model of multi-storied vertical structure and proper tending of plant community could not only increase the quantity of plant leaf area, but also play an important role in generating ecological and landscaping benefits. Some corresponding suggestions were put forward on the basis of comprehensive analyses on the plant leaf area quantity of the three representative squares in Kunming urban area.

Development of City Ecological Tourism Based on the Perspective of Ecology Civilization

Ecological civilization is the major progress of human civilization develop- ment idea, mode and path of development. The close relationship between ecological civilization and tourism, ecological tourism development reflects the urgent needs of the protection of the ecological environment, the construction of ecological civilization, and the sustainable development of regional economy. Ecological tourism development are various, with great potential. In order to promote the development of ecological tourism city, China should actively carry out the ecological values of propaganda, reform of tourism management mode, strengthening technological inno- vation, and in this process, the government should provide appropriate support and guidance.

Characteristics of different rocks cut by helical cutting mechanism

To research the loading charactefistc of rocks with different structures cut by helical cutting mechanism （HCM）, three different structures of rock （hard-soft-hard rock, soft-hard rock and soft-hard-soft rock） were built. And each type model was further divided into three types when the experiments were carried out. To reduce the errors of cutting load caused by manually configured rock in each test, the cutting load of soft rock was taken as a benchmark, and the differences of the cutting load of the different structures of rocks and the soft rock were used to reflect the cutting load change rules of the HCM. The results indicate that, the cutting load of only the HCM top cutting hard rock is larger than that of only the HCM bottom cutting hard rock for dextral HCM, and the cutting load fluctuation is larger, too. However, when the top and the bottom of the HCM cutting hard rock simultaneously, its cutting load is the largest, but the cutting load fluctuation is the least. And the HCM cutting load increment is increased linearly with the increase of rock compressive strength. The HCM cutting load increment is increased exponentially with the increase of hard rock cutting thickness.

Suitability planning of urban underground space exploiting based on extenics of Kunming City

The subways or underground construction have been built nationwide in 25 cities.The pre-assess-ment and systematic planning are requested for building a new metro lines.The reason is the inevitability that new construction projects have to face the various difficulties and geological environment risks in accordance with their diverse urban geological environment under underground space development and construction.Taking the Kumming City planning as an example,the study assesses the suitability and analyzes its high risk factors on urban underground space development and utilization,using the extenics research methods under complex geological conditions.It would provide a reference to underground space development in the similar urban geological conditions.

Vietnamese State Budget Accounting With the Relationships Between the State Budget Law and International Public Sector Accounting Standards （IPSAS）＊ Pham Quang Huy University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

For a long time, Vietnam has modifications in all aspects in the society. For many years, Vietnam has improved features in administrative works as well as in different areas, such as public administration, finance, and accounting In the accounting content, budget accounting is an important thing which is worth noting. However, along with the achievements, Vietnam is also facing a number of limitations to be overcome for ensuring transparency in the state budget. Since then, the main purpose of the article is to provide a general picture of budget accounting in Vietnam and what has not been done through finding the relationships with budget regulations and international public sector accounting. The results showed that Vietnam will transform and issue the new law on budget and build up a new model for controlling information published by data accounting system in the future.

Polluter Pays Principle： Who Pays for Industrial Waste in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Rapid industrialization in Vietnam has resulted in the difficult task of finding means to properly manage the generation of industrial waste. In an attempt to deal with this problem, the Vietnamese government revised the Law on Environmental Protection of 2005, with which it imposed strict regulations on industrial waste generators and the waste they discharge. However, questions remain about the current industrial solid waste management system because of the discrepancy between the ideals embodied in the Law and the actual practices occurring in industry. We report here on the effectiveness of governmental policies, focusing on environmental performance in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh City （HCMC）, Vietnam. We examined government records, and reports from waste generators, as well as waste treatment methods at sites. In addition, on-site surveys were carried out at 44 companies in HCMC in 2009 and 2010 to obtain a better understanding of the companies＇ handling of and attitude toward the industrial waste they produced. Our results show that the incoherence of the revised Law and regulations in industrial waste management has caused a serious pressure on domestic landfills. We conclude that there is a strong need for change in the current regulatory and management system in order to increase the effectiveness of environmental management for future sustainable development.

Research and Analyze the Factors Affecting to the Formation of the Economy Area of Fresh Vegetables Cultivation at Ho Chi Minh City Suburb

Vietnam＇s economy is developing more and more rapidly, people＇s income are increasing, and the living condition is better. Today, consumer are increasingly aware of the quality of products, especially fresh food, but they have a little opportunity to choose the products which satisfy the needs, because they are limited to the product information and product origin. Fresh vegetables are one of the essential foods in the family living. The selection of fresh vegetables is not only to serve the basic needs as eating and drinking, but also to include the need for safety. Currently, consumer demand for fresh vegetable are great, especially when the living standards are becoming higher and people pay more attention to their health, especially for the consumer of Ho Chi Minh City. How fresh is vegetable market in Ho Chi Minh City today like.＇？ What is consumers＇ awareness of fresh vegetable？ What factors impact the fresh vegetable buying behavior of consumers？ Why does the development of fresh vegetable market in Ho Chi Minh City currently face many difficulties？ This study surveys the research, analyzes the factors affecting the economic area formation of fresh vegetable plantation at suburb of rio Chi Minh City.

Public Awareness and Participation in Canal Environmental Protection： Case Studies in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Raising public awareness and participation of the local communities in the environmental protection has become a major objective of sound development programs. In the framework of the canal environmental protection program of Ho Chi Minh City, we had developed 32 public awareness meetings for 14 districts with about 2,726 participants from year 2012 to 2015. The program had been organized in various forms such as training, brochure, leaflet, poster, propaganda gifts, face-to-face discussion, study visits, survey questionnaire. The results of the program can add substantial value to the canal environmental protection program of the city. The information gained through public comments can help identify key issues and solutions for the authorities as district and city levels. It was determined that most important outcomes from the public participation were educating the public, incorporating public values, assumptions and preferences into decision making process.

Research on Behavior on Travel Mode, Going to Metro Station at Ho Chi Minh City

This research presents an analysis of travel mode choice for trips to Ho Chi Minh City metro station. Research methods were inherited through a formula to calculate passenger traffic forecasts to predict passengers, going to the station. Based on the collected data of interviews, traffic surveys, and ＂Irwin ＆ Von Cube＂ function, forecast the proportion of travel mode, and use to go to the station and leaving from the station. The results of study are used for the purpose of calculating the size of the metro station parking lots and parking layout plan.

Approach to the Legislative Problem of the Recycling Economy in Kunming

This paper takes Kunming as an example, analyzes the reasons and advantages that Kunming badty needs to make local laws and regulations of recycling economy. Initiation and assist of the government and formulation of the corresponding laws and regulations are issues deserved to pay close attention to. Some plain suggestions for the local legislation of recycling economy are put forward.

Participation Study of Tourist Town Community——A Case Study of Kunming Guandu

The design of Landscape lighting Based on wind, light, water and other green energy

Energy Savings in Municipal Road Lighting： The Case of the Municipality of Hersonissos

In an era governed by economic crisis, deep recession and lack of funds, the perspective of sustainable development drives local government to a more focused and constant effort to adapt to their daily requirements not only in respect to the central state but also towards the growing needs of the local society. As the need for planning actions in accordance with the principles of sustainable energy remains urgent, municipalities continue to envision and to respond to their role in helping to create a better future for generations to come. Thereupon the vision of the Municipality of Hersonissos, as firstly recorded in its Business Plan for 2011-2014, was, and still is, its＇ development in an Economic, Tourist and Cultural pole by adopting and applying the basic principles of sustainable development. At the same time the Municipality＇s rigid vision, planning, and evaluation, oriented by environmental protection, highlighted the need for networking on European level as although cities are different, their problems are often common. Thus on April 18, 2011, the Municipality of Hersonissos, joined the European Union initiative ＂Covenant of Mayors＂ [1] with the common aim of the fight against climate change. This article presents the significant initiatives taken in this direction in the last decade and their results not only on economical level but also along their social impact. It also aims to point out a municipality＇s vital role in knowledge and technology diffusion within the local society as sustainable energy development can be deployed not only by the private sector but also by the public.

The Effect of Political Influence and Corporate Transparency on Firm Performance： Empirical Evidence From Indonesian Listed Companies

The paper aims to examine the effect of political influence on corporate transparency, and performance of Indonesian listed companies, Seventy-three large public firms from hundred of the largest companies in Indonesia were selected as the sample. Data for corporate transparency are collected from annual reports for the years 2005-2007. Corporate transparency is indexed by the amount of information disclosed in company＇s annual report. The disclosure index reporting model developed in the current research is based on the Annual Report Award （ARA, an award given annually to Indonesian listed and non-listed companies）, and firm performance is measured using two indicators： ROA （return on assets） and Tobin-Q. The political influence variable is proxied by two indicators： government ownership and the existence of politicians in Board of Directors （BOD）. Results demonstrate that contrary to the hypothesis, government ownership （political influence） has positive relation to corporate transparency, as well as to ROA （firm performance）. Results also support the hypothesis that transparency act as a mediating variable for the relationship between political influence and firm performance. However, when political influence is pmxied by existence of politicians in BOD and fm＇n performance proxied by Tobin-Q, data seems to give support to the hypotheses proposed. The discussion and implications of the findings and suggestions for future research arc discussed.

By connecting the Spatial Archetype Theory of LobeU, the paper reveals the ＂inflated ego of the Ruler as Leader＂ was manifested by symbol rays of Radiant Axes civilization through Soekarno＇s unconsciousness thought of space. The presence of architecture the National Monument serves not merely as a city landmark, but more than that, it roles as the center of orientation and development for a Jakarta Master plan conceived 50 years ago and still maintained to this day as the basic of the Jakarta City Planning 2030 In effect, this means that the National Monument plays the role as the axis of Indonesia＇s modem civilization.

Population dynamics of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis （Diptera： Tephritidae） in the Kunming area,southwestern China

Population dynamics of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel （Diptera： Tephritidae） were studied through pheromone trapping over 4 years （1997, 1999, 2000, 2003） in the Kunming region, a high plateau area in southwestern China. B. dorsalis immigrates from southern Yunnan to Kunming each year, and occurs during early May through November. Annual trap captures recorded an increase in the B. dorsalis populations from May to July, when they peaked in abundance, and a decline until November. No flies were detected from November to April. The fruit flies had two generations. There was considerable overlapping due to the continuous arrival of immigrating flies during the summer months. Annual capture rates were significantly related to numbers of flies caught in July when peak captures were recorded; whereas the peak captures, in turn, positively depended on numbers of flies recorded in May, the first month of fly appearance in the current year. It suggested that the annual population abundance was mainly dependent on the size of the initial emigrating population. A daily average temperature of 18℃ was probably the threshold temperature required for the flies to undertake long-range dispersal, which partially explained the start of the fly in May each year on this high plateau. Under field conditions, the fruit flies can withstand 13℃ as a daily average temperature. No flies were recorded in any of the study years at a daily temperature colder than 10 ℃.
