The founding emperor of Ming Dynasty Zhu Yuanzhang found that the laws of the former Yuan Dynasty could not suit the demands of the development of the new situations, so he developed the new statutes. The laws of the Ming Dynasty absorbed the lessons that the Yuan government law and discipline ceased to be binding or become lax, and put forward that the laws must be strict, and abolished the system of the prime minister, showing a high degree of centralization. The laws of the Ming Dynasty had the important influence on the political thoughts in the late feudal society, so the researches on the legal systems in the Ming dynasty have practical significance. This paper briefly expounds the legal privileges of the Ming Dynasty for reference.展开更多
Residual stress plays a vital role in the structural strength and stability. The determination of residual stress at single-point has become mature at present. However, the method to determine residual stress distribu...Residual stress plays a vital role in the structural strength and stability. The determination of residual stress at single-point has become mature at present. However, the method to determine residual stress distribution is still in shortage. For this problem, a finite element approach combined with slot milling method was developed in this study. In the method, firstly a slot is milled on the specimen surface to release the residual stress and then the released displacement field is measured by optical method, such as digital image correlation (DIC), finally the finite element approach is used to determine the residual stress distribution along the slot. In order to verify the feasibility of the method, it was applied to study the residual stress introduced by shot peening, mainly about the stress distribution along the direction vertical to the shot peened surface. Since the influence depth of shot peening was too small, we utilized focused ion beam (FIB) to determine the microscale residual stress distribution. The result measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) demonstrated that the method was feasible to determine the residual stress distribution.展开更多

A three level linearized compact difference scheme is derived. The u^ique solvability and uaconditional convergence of the difference solution are proved. The convergence order is O(T2+h4) in the maximum norm. The mass conservation and the non-increase of the total energy are also verified. Some numerical examples are given to demonstrate the theoretical results.展开更多

By using random walk algorithm, the basic LED array modules are optimized ftrstly. The optimized basic arrays can generate uniform illumination distribution on their target plane. The optimized basic LED array mod- ules can be integrated into a large LED array module with more than tens of LEDs. In the large array, we can select a sub-array with K LEDs (K〉7), which can produce the good uniform illumination distribution. By this way, we design two LED arrays which consist of 21 and 25 LEDs, respectively. The 21-LED array and 25-LED array can generate uniform illumination distributions with the uniformities of 95% and 90%, respectively.展开更多
