A new chaotic image encryption scheme based on permutation and substitution in the Fourier domain is presented.Fractional Fourier Transform(FRFT)is used before the encryption scheme to get a large degree of randomizat...A new chaotic image encryption scheme based on permutation and substitution in the Fourier domain is presented.Fractional Fourier Transform(FRFT)is used before the encryption scheme to get a large degree of randomization.The permutation is achieved by Baker map and the substitution by a key-related-to-plain-image algorithm based on the modified Logistic map.Modification of the Logistic map is developed to increase the space of the encryption key,and hence increase the security.The key of the encryption algorithm dependents on the plain image,and thus,the cipher image is sensitive to both the initial key and the plain image to resist known-plaintext and chosen plaintext attacks.The key space is large and hence the algorithm can effectively resist brute-force attacks.The proposed scheme is examined using different performance evaluation metrics and the results prove that the proposed scheme is highly secure,and it can effectively resist different attacks.展开更多
Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) on gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Totally 120 patients und...Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) on gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Totally 120 patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized into an acupoint injection group, a muscular injection group, and a blank control group at 1:1:1 by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The blank control group was intervened by conventional post-operation treatment, the acupoint injection group was by acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L at bilateral Zusanli(ST 36) in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group, and the muscular injection group was by muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate 2 m L in addition to the treatment given to the blank control group. The two injection groups both received injection twice a day, totally for 3 d at most. The restored time of bowel sounds, initial flatulence time, defecation time and clinical efficacy were observed. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences in comparing the restored time of bowel sounds among the three groups(F=17.30, P〈0.05), the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group were significantly different from the blank control group(P〈0.05), and there was a significant difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial flatulence time among the three groups(F=19.12, P〈0.05), and the acupoint injection group was significantly different from the muscular injection group and the blank control group(P〈0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the initial defecation time among the three groups(χ^2=21.23, P〈0.05), while the difference between the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group was statistically insignificant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate was 87.5% in the acupoint injection group, versus 72.5% in the muscular injection group and 60.0% in the blank control group, and there were significant differences among the three groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate at Zusanli(ST 36) can shorten the restored time of bowel sounds and flatulence time in patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the efficacy is more significant compared to muscular injection with Neostigmine Methylsulfate.展开更多

Cases in the treatment group were treated with needling Yangming method, whereas cases in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture method. The treatment was done once a day in both groups(6 times a week) for a total of 6 weeks. Then the therapeutic efficacies were evaluated before and after treatment using the House-Brackmann(H-B) scale and scores of signs and symptoms. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, patients in the treatment group obtained a better H-B score and recovery rate than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the H-B score, scores of signs and symptoms and recovery rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05, P0.01, P〈0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, there were no between-group statistical differences in the above aspects(P〉0.05). The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffrac...Water-soluble gelatin-PbS bionanocomposites (BNCs) were synthesized via a facile one-pot chemical reaction method at pH 7.40. The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis absorption spectra (UV-vis), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR) and circular dichroism (CD). FT-IR data were used to envis- age the binding of PbS particles with oxygen atoms of carbonyl groups of gelatin molecule. The possible integration mechanism between gelatin and PbS was discussed in detail. The effect of Pb2+ and PbS on the conformations of gelatin has also been analyzed by means of UV-vis, CD and FT-IR spectra, resulting in less c^-helix content and more open structures ([3-sheet, r-turn, or expanded). A new formula to calculate the association constant was proposed according to the relationship between the absorbance of gelatin-PbS BNCs and the free concentration of PbS, and apparent association constants K (298/303/308 K: 3.11/2.00/1.60 × 10^6 tool/L) at three different temperatures were calculated based on this formula. Thermodynamic parameters such as AG^θ, △Hθ and △S^θ were also determined. The results of the thermodynamic investigations indicated that the reaction was spontaneous (AG^θ 〈 0), and enthalpy-driven (△H^8 〈 0).展开更多
