在国家大力推动大学生创新创业发展的大背景下,依托我校创新创业基地,开展校企合作,将乐高机器人与医学检验技术专业知识相融合,形成"检易人"项目,应用于医学检验技术专业实验教学中,做到实验教学与临床操作的无缝隙对接,实现了做中学、学中做,激发检验专业师生的创新创意思维,提升专业技能操作水平,全面提高综合应用能力。

CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME：ETIOLOGICAL，CLINICAL AND ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF 262 CASES

Two hundred and sixty-two patients with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) were analyzed retrospectively. Results showed that middle-and older-age women were more apt to have CTS than men, and that the dominant hand was more frequently affected. Hormonal changes , repetitive and forceful movements, awkward positions of hand and wrist, and other factors may be associated with CTS. Typical clinical manifestations include pain and paresthesia in the median nerve territory, worsening at night or in the early morning , and being relieved by shaking the hand. Although the patients may localize the discomfort beyond the territory, sensory changes are variable and not entirely reliable. Conduction abnormalities often appeared selectively in the median nerve distal to the wrist in CTS. If the patient who is clinically suggestive of CTS shows normal conduction with conventional methods, palmar stimulation and inching technique is recommended. The diagnosis of CTS requires confirmation of illness history, symptoms and signs with objective electrodiagnostic tests.

The extent of voluntary disclosure in an emerging capital market： The case of Jordan

This study evaluates the extent of voluntary disclosure in the annual reports of non-financial companies listed at the Amman Stock Exchange （ASE） for the year 2006. The study adopts the disclosure index suggested by Haddad, AI-Shattarat ＆ Nobanee （2009） and evaluates the voluntary disclosure for the Jordanian companies for the year 2006 at three levels： the first provides a description and analysis of the overall voluntary disclosure; the second covers the extent to which each individual item of information is disclosed; the third covers the type of information （e.g., financial information, historical information, management discussion）. The results of the study reveal that there was a considerable variation in the disclosure of the index items and also among the listed companies. On average, a company disclosed about 28.95% of the items applicable to it, and only six out of the 53 companies received disclosure scores greater than 50%. It was also found that 50 items out of 62 items included in the index had a disclosure below 50%, and 10 items had disclosure of less than 10%. With respect to the evaluation of different types of information, the analyses indicated that the category of the background information, the category of financial ratios and the category of management discussions were better disclosed in corporate annual reports than the other types of information.

Enterprises＇ inventory Fluctuations Useful in Monitoring the Economic Cycle

It has been demonstrated by both domestic and international theories and empirical studies that inventory fluctuations are cyclical in nature, which makes it useful in monitoring how the economy is currently operating. Based on a survey o foyer 5,000 enterprises conducted by the People＇s Bank of China, we have attempted to compile a finished goods inventory index of the 5,000 enterprises. Through our analysis, we are able to determine that the 5,000 enterprises inventory index displays the basic features of pro-cyclicality and fits the business cycle with a lag of one quarter. Currently, the inventory index shows signs of declining after five consecutive months of increases, indicating that the expansion of enterprises＇production is temporarily slowing down.

Energy Intensity and Fitness Cost of Cotton aphid Exposure to Neonicotinoids

Three populations of Aphis gossypii of distinct susceptibility to neonicotinoids show differences in the accumulation and mobilization of energy reserves, what may allow the production of their defensive tools against two neonicotinoid insecticides without impairing their reproductive performance. Bioassays were also carried out for these aphid populations. According to the results obtained, the Ag-R population showed resistant rate significantly higher than the other two populations. Levels of some biochemical characteristics were determined in the resistant, susceptible and semi susceptible populations of cotton aphid. The results obtained in the assays with biochemical parameters indicated significant differences in activity among the populations, with higher activity in using glycogen in the Ag-R population. The inverse activity trends oft （generation time） and DT （doubling time） in both resistant and susceptible populations, one showing fitness disadvantage without insecticide exposure and the other not showing it, may underlay the mitigation of insecticide resistance physiological costs observed in the Ag-R population.

On the Reproduction Number and a Presentation of Results for Infectious Diseases Models

The classical Kermack-McKendrick homogeneous SIR （susceptible, infected and removed） model is well known, Its general solution is a function of the unique parameter （the reproduction number） that is equal to a mean number of secondary cases produced by a typical infected individual in a completely susceptible population. If the reproduction number is more than one （the threshold value） its value describes an epidemic scope： larger values correspond to more severe epidemics. In the more complex compartment SIR models the population is divided into several non-overlapping groups. It allows us to partly remove assumptions of the classical model. It is well known that for this kind of models, just as for the classical model there is the threshold parameter R0. Usually it is called by the same name--the reproduction number--though the physical meaning of this parameter has changed. The main purpose of the paper is to show that this new parameter is a not unique measure of an epidemic severity for any compartment SIR model. In particular it means that for such models comparison of the severity of two epidemics by simple comparing values of their reproduction numbers is incorrect. For compartment models these statements were proved with the help of the corresponding ODEs analysis. Very popular now individual-based models （IBMs） are more complex in comparison with the compartment ones since they use overlapping groups （school children are members of families also, for example）. In such a case Diekmann＇s calculation method for the reproduction number used in many papers is inapplicable as well as a presentation the simulation results obtained as functions of this parameter.

Trade and Productivity Growth： Evidence From Vietnam＇s Manufacturing Sector at Provincial Level

Using a panel data at provincial level from 2004 to 2007 via mixing several officially statistical publications, the paper finds that the trade reform has affected significantly to the productivity of manufacturing sector among regions. Additionally, the transparency level of local government has positive effects on manufacturing sector productivity, while state sector biased has constrained the development of manufacturing sector. Moreover, the policy on development human capital of local government does not support the expansion of manufacturing firms.

A non-synonymous coding SNP Lys45Glu of mmp3 associated with ESCC genetic susceptibility in population of Henan, China

Objective： The aim of the study was to investigate the association of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） genetic susceptibility with the single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） rs679620 （-Lys45Glu-） in exon 2 of the romp3 gene, and the population in high incidence region of Henan （China） was selected for exploring the mechanism by case-control study, Methods： The romp3 SNP was genotyped by PCR-RFLP analysis in total 605 cases of Henan population, in which there were 227 ESCC cases and 197 controls of An-yang in Henan plus 181 controls of emigrants in Hubei from Xi-chuan of Henan, China. Results： The statistic data showed that GIG and G/A genotype frequencies of SNP rs679620 were significantly different between the controls of emigrants of Xi-chuan in Hubei and controls of An-yang in Henan （P 〈 0.01） also the ESCC cases of An-yang in Henan （P 〈 0.01）, respectively. Conclusion： This study suggests that the SNP rs679620 （-Lys45Glu-） in exon 2 of the mmp3 gene might be associated with ESCC genetic susceptibility.

A Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of Benefits Distribution in China-U.S. Trade during 1978-2007

The Sino-U.S. trade imbalance and the related debate on RMB appreciation have attracted much attention in recent years. Judging objectively, however, the trade imbalance does not necessarily result in an imbalance in the distribution of trade benefits. By analyzing the distribution of benefits in Sino-U.S. trade from 1978 to 2007, this paper finds that bilateral trade has brought positive benefits to both sides, differentially in terms of production and consumption. Simply put, China has gained benefits for production yet suffered in terms of consumption, whereas the opposite is true for the U.S.. Moreover, even during periods in which the U.S. experienced a trade deficit, its citizens gained larger total individual benefits than those in a period of trade surplus. We argue, therefore, that appreciation of the RMB would reduce the trade benefits for both sides by almost the same margin, bringing little benefit to the United States.

Cutting-Edge Reproductive Medicine and Ethics in Japan

Although the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology （JSOG） endorses new-type PGD using CGH for only carriers of balanced chromosomal translocations, it is against the ethical guidelines of the JSOG to decide whether or not embryos should be implanted due to aneuploidy discovered as a result of new-type PGD. In the author＇s opinion, it should be at the discretion of the JSOG＇s own randomized controlled trials, which should involve multiple facilities, whether or not a scientific basis can be found for the value of the new-type PGD in cases of recurrent miscarriage, in cases of implantation failure, and in cases where the women are of advanced maternal age. Dr. Netsu＇s 36 cases of selective reduction may be against the Japanese Maternal Health Protection Law that prohibits abortion due to congenital disease, but with the backdrop that there are many abortions that are performed as a result of parental convenience in Japan, it is difficult to understand the difference between the over 300,000 abortions that are performed every year in Japan and Dr. Netsu＇s prescribed surgery which is designed to selectively reduce fetuses with congenital disease for the purpose of evading physical danger for women with multiple gestations.

A Study on the Constraints and the Solutions in Silver Sport Industry

The purpose of this study is to investigate the constraints that the workers in silver sport industry experience and the solutions. In this study, six workers in silver sport industry participating in the elderly job fair held in Ilsan in 2016 were selected as subjects and interviewed in depth. The sports equipment that the six subjects exhibited and their sales and PR （Public Relations） behaviors during the fair were observed, and they were interviewed about the current status of the sports goods industry, constraints as workers, and solutions to resolve the constraints. A senior sports goods developer analyzed sports goods development and PR process through a case study. The result of this study is as follows. The constraints of silver sport industry environment are constraints on investment and lack of research and development, legal and institutional constraints, and economic constraints. The constraints of the silver sport goods industrial field are anxiety for the production of unproven high-cost goods, constraints on unstable institutions, and constraints from the difficulties in collaboration. The solutions of such problems are as follows. First, it is needed to resolve the high production cost. Second, it is need to resolve the difficulties in delivery. Third, it is needed to resolve the difficulties in communication in the development stage

The credit risk of the borrower＇s credit in P2P network

P2P network lending refers to the individual through the oJfline trading platform provided by the Business Company provides small loans to other individuals. According to the sea tree Lingyi data stalistics, as of November 2014. China has 1371 P2P network lending company, than by the end of2013 638 over more than doubled. Since 2014,The cumulative volume of the whole network lending industry is up to 431.2 billion yuan. With the increasing social awareness in the industry, the future of the number and amount of P2P network lending companies in China will continue to grow rapidly. However, at present our P2P network credit risk management issues is serious, lacking of professional risk management personnel,who audit on the borrower＇s credit mostly limited to the upload information of borrowers. Credit rating is largely dependent on the subjective judgment of the risk control personnel and audit staff, which can not meet the requirements of the transaction participants in the loan security measures.This paper to pat the loan company were empirical research, through the logistic model to find the breach the key influence factors, to construct the borrower＇s credit risk evaluation methods, and to provide the P2P network lending risk control with specific policy recommendations.

RMB Appreciation, Corporate Behavior and Export Trade：

This paper sets up a simplified dynamic discrete selection model to analyze two-stage decision of corporate export behavior and influence of exchange rate under the framework of profit maximization. Then we adopt Heckman selection model to estimate general effects and structural effects of RMB appreciation on export based on the sample data of China Industrial Enterprises from 2005 to 2009. Findings reveal that RMB appreciation has exerted a significant negative impact to corporate export through extensive margins and intensive margins. Meanwhile, due to different corporate strategies of heterogeneous enterprises, RMB appreciation cannot achieve the expected effect of ＂survival of the fittest＂ and is instead unfavorable to the optimization of export structure. RMB appreciatiou drives industry structure of export to evolve towards advanced levels to a certain extent. However, such a positive effect mainly derives from the contribution of foreign-funded enterprises while restricting development space of indigenous firms in the sector of advanced manufacturing.

The Health and Morals of Minors： The Glue-Sniffing Epidemic in Louisiana Legislation and Law, 1966-1972

In response to horror stories throughout the country concerning childhood deaths from sniffing model airplane glue, organizations around Louisiana would begin lobbying for legislation to criminalize the practice in 1966. State lawmakers spent much of that summer crafting an anti-glue-sniffing measure for the state. The debates that resulted from the attempt, however, never really focused on the sustainability or practical use of such a law, but instead on the kind of law it would ultimately be -- whether, for example, retailers would be liable for selling glue to minors, even though model airplanes and other kits and toys required such items. Or whether the ingredients in model airplane glue could be classed as schedule one narcotics. Such questions ultimately framed a debate about the fundamental nature of the offense being committed. Ultimately, （unlike other Deep South states） Louisiana decided that sniffing glue was not a drug crime. Instead, it was a problem that affected ＂the health and morals of minors＂.
