Construction of Strategic Supporting-System for Anti-dumping Measures on China's Agricultural Products

With the international trade theories as the basis,this study started with researches on the reality of agricultural products that often experience anti-dumping,carried out a careful study on the construction of business strategic supporting-system to cope with the anti-dumping so as to promote the association governance and industrial warning mechanism and to provide new strategic thinking and theoretical support for the exporters to cope with anti-dumping.

Recalculating Sino-US Trade Balance Using the Ownership-Based Statistical Method

Using the trade statistical method based on asset ownership,this paper recalculated Sino-US bilateral trade volume and the result indicates that against traditional trade statistics,Chinese exports to the US reduced by an average of 51%while Chinese imports from the US increased by an average of 41%between 2004 and 2010.Balance of trade is in the range between US$2,189 billion of deficit and US$12.77 billion of surplus on the part of China,which are far smaller than the balance of Sino-US trade calculated by traditional statistical method.In order to reflect the real scale of China's foreign trade and effectively respond to Sino-US trade frictions,it is necessary for China to establish its trade statistics system based on asset ownership.

China-US Trade War and Its Future

The Trump administration's hostile trade actions against China since the beginning of this year violate World Trade Organization rules. To protect the free trade world economic system, China has stood up to fight this trade bullying. When the US administration continued with harsher actions, the escalation in trade friction increased the potential harm for both countries. China has been very clear that Trump's trade tariffs cannot improve the bilateral trade imbalance. Tit-for-tat ought to be a last resort but China is open to talking. Now the ball is in Trump's court. As two big,influential economies, China and the US should calm down and go back to negotiating table to avoid a trade war trap. Bullying is only one approach President Trump can choose, but arbitrary threats are no solution.

Study on business process modeling based on object-oriented Petri Net

In the developing course of the information system, the modeling method of information system and model expressing problem are very important. This paper through discussing the facing object of Petri network, expatiates the basic problem of how to set up the business procedure model on the basis of Petri network, and shows the expressing and storing methods of the model in computer way.

Robust Adaptive FTC against Sensor Fault

This paper addresses the problem of robust Fault-Tolerant （FT） design for large-scale systems. This particular class constitutes complex system which can be decomposed into N-interconnected subsystems. Special attention is paid to two different design architectures of an Active Fault-Tolerant Control （AFTC）. An AFTCS is characterized by an online Fault Detection and Isolation （FDI） process and a control reconfiguration mechanism. As the AFTC system offers the possibility to choose different controllers, the controller may be the most appropriate choice for the faulty situation and obtaining better performance. The goal of each adaptive controller is to accommodate sensor anomalies. Continuous, Linear and Time Invariant （LTI） complex system with faulty sensors and external disturbances is proposed. This study focuses on two different internal structures of the system. In this paper the direct adaptive method based on feedback controller design is applied both centralized and decentralized architectures. The controller gain is updated online using an adaptive law which takes into account the estimation of the faults and the disturbances. Then from the both classes of systems structures the adaptation controller performances, in terms of stability and fault effect rejection capability, are studied and compared. The proposed techniques are finally evaluated in the light of a simulation for a centralized interconnected system that can be decomposed into N-subsystems with some strong interconnections.

China＇s Marketization since WTO Accession

After joining the World Trade Organization （WTO）, China has intensified market-oriented reforms in the renminbi exchange rate, foreign trade, utilization of foreign funds, and foreign-related economic laws etc. In terms of ownership structure, a move from state-owned asset management system policies toward non-publiclyowned enterprises has been undertaken. In addition, China has proactively reformed the government administration system.

Global Governance： The Rise of Global Civil Society and China

A remarkable change of the global system is occurring with the rise of civil society and China. The rise of civil society in the international arena and the role of civil society in global politics have received much scholarly attention in recent years. Civil society is playing a role in international development, which has an impact on China in global governance. The vigorous rise of China as a worldwide economic and political player is also a principal theme of present intellectual and political discussions. This paper discusses the rise of civil society in the world and its major contributions, both positive and negative, to world politics, and investigates the implications of the rise of civil society to China in global governance. This study will show that China is engaged actively in international affairs and is promoting good global governance and that China not only plays a constructive role in the international organizations of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization but also plays a part in dealing with some major international challenges. The study argues that the rise of civil society and the rise of China are two important movements in global governance and that these two trends not only serve to increase progressively the effectiveness of the global system, but also will play more important roles in global governance in the future.
