In a conventional cartesian coordinate, this navigation system can not be used to achieve accurate determination of position for linearization errors of nonlinear spacecraft motion equation. A new autonomous celestial navigation method has been proposed for lunar satellite using classical orbital parameters. The error of linearizafion is reduced because orbit parameters change much more slowly than the position and velocity used in the cartesian coordinate. Simulations were made with both the cartesiane system and a system based on classical orbital parameters using extended Kalman filter under the same conditions for comparison. The results of comparison demonstrated high precision position determination of lunar satellite using this new method.展开更多

These informa-tion in combination with the shape model of the asteroid and attitude information of the probe are utilized to ob-tain the position of the probe. The position information is then input to the UKF which determines the real-timeorbit of the probe. The attractiveness of flying several SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellites in a semi-active configuration has been proposed by several studies. The closest implementation of such a mission scenario is exemplifie...The attractiveness of flying several SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellites in a semi-active configuration has been proposed by several studies. The closest implementation of such a mission scenario is exemplified by the current Terra SAR-X and Tandem-X mission, where both spacecraft are identical monostatic platforms capable of operating in various modes. The bistatic operation mode of the Tandem-X mission is a basic form of the semi-active multi-static operation mode where one satellite serves as a transmitter while the other records the scattered signals simultaneously. The use of a typical monostatic SAR spacecraft operating in-tandem with several receiver only spacecraft is a semi-active mode of operation. This paper examines the capabilities of implementing a constellation of S-band spaceborne SAR platform for alongtrack interferometry over the equatorial region for velocity measurement with particular focus on ship detection. The orbit for the mission is an inclined circular low Earth orbit, which ensures high revisit time, quick coverage and high data throughput. The pendulum configuration is adopted to maintain the relative distance between successive SAR platforms. The conditions and constraints necessary to achieve the orbit geometry required to conduct alongtrack interferometry are defined. The alongtrack separation between platforms necessary to measure specified ship velocity is also discussed. Finally an error budget estimate of the measure radial velocity is provided.展开更多

Objective To evaluate the role of outer membrane protein (Omp) F-deficiency and active efflux in the accumulation of hydrophilic fluoroquinolones ciprofloxacin (CPLX) and lomefloxacin (LMLX) in resistant E. coli ...Objective To evaluate the role of outer membrane protein (Omp) F-deficiency and active efflux in the accumulation of hydrophilic fluoroquinolones ciprofloxacin (CPLX) and lomefloxacin (LMLX) in resistant E. coli strains. Methods Fluoroquinolone accumulation in bacteria and the effect of active efflux were measured by a fluorescence method. The outer membrane proteins of the bacteria were analysed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). E. coli strains in this study included control strains JF701 and JF703 that are OmpC- or OmpF-deficient mutants of E. coli K-12, respectively, and the fluoroquinolone susceptible strain the fluoroquinolone susceptible strain of Escherichia coli (Ecs) and its in vitroselected resistant strains R2 and R256, and the clinical resistant isolates R5 and R6. Results The steady-state accumulation concentration of each drug in Ecs appeared to be the same as in JF701, while in the OmpF- deficient strain JF703, it was 1/5 CPLX or 1/2 LMLX lower than that in JF701, but JF703 was still susceptible to fluoroquinolones. On the other hand, compared with susceptible strains, a 2- to 10-fold decrease in the accumulation of each drug was found in the resistant strains except R2, in which the accumulation was slightly higher than in JF703. After the addition of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), accumulation of each drug increased, especially in resistant strains, indicating that the function of the active efflux (pump) system in these bacteria had been enhanced dramatically. Furthermore, both OmpF and OmpC in Ecs, OmpF-deficiency in R2 and R256 and OmpC-deficiency in R5 and R6 were observed.Conclusion The decreased accumulation of hydrophilic fluoroquinolones in E. coli involved OmpF-deficiency and active efflux (pump), and the latter may be an important factor.展开更多
We have compiled a list of all planet host star candidates reported in the literature,which are likely to be cluster members,and we checked their memberships by the spatial location,radial velocity,proper motion and p...We have compiled a list of all planet host star candidates reported in the literature,which are likely to be cluster members,and we checked their memberships by the spatial location,radial velocity,proper motion and photometric criteria.We found that only six stars,BD-13 2130,HD 28305,Kepler-66,Kepler-67,Pr0201 and Pr0211,are planet orbiting stars in open clusters to date.Two stars,HD 70573 and HD 89744,belong to moving groups and one star,TYC 8975-2606-1,may not be a planet host star,while three stars,HD 16175,HD 46375 and HD 108874 are not members of open clusters.We note that all these six planetary systems in the stellar cluster environment are younger than^1 Gyr,which might indicate that the planetary system in open cluster can not survive for a long time,and we speculate that close stellar encounters between member stars in open cluster can potentially destroy,or at least strongly affect,the presence of planetary systems.展开更多

We investigated the antitumor efficacy of doxorubicin (DOX) encapsulated in APRPG modified liposome (APRPG-LP) compared with DOX encapsulated in non-APRPG modified liposomes (LP) and DOX solution (flee DOX) on Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) bearing mice. APRPG-LP could efficiently suppress the tumor growth of the experimental mice, compared with LP (P〈0.001), free DOX (P〈0.001) and saline of negative control (P〈0.001). The present results demonstrated that the APRPG modified liposomes exhibited a much better therapeutic efficacy over the non-modified liposomes and the DOX solution, because of the effect of targeted tumor angiogenesis disruption. Thus, APRPG-LP could be a promising active-targeting drug carrier to tumor angiogenic site.展开更多
