普大型心脏是心脏疾病的一种形态学改变,常规X线或超声检查在定性诊断上都有一定的限度和困难,而两者结合应用,对提高心脏疾病的诊断水平有很大帮助。现就我院近年来对68例普大型心脏病例用两种影相学结合的方法进行检查,现将结果报告... 普大型心脏是心脏疾病的一种形态学改变,常规X线或超声检查在定性诊断上都有一定的限度和困难,而两者结合应用,对提高心脏疾病的诊断水平有很大帮助。现就我院近年来对68例普大型心脏病例用两种影相学结合的方法进行检查,现将结果报告如下。临床资料本组资料男37例,女31例;年龄最小10个月,最大85岁,46~75岁之间占74%。疾病种类:风心病13例,高心病和冠心病20例,心肌病9例,心包积液7例,肺心病、房间隔缺损、Abstins畸形、细菌性心内膜弹力纤维增生症(心内弹)1例,其它(甲低、甲旁低、贫血、心肌炎、肾病等)10例。 展开更多

Maximally Generalized Yang-Mills Model and Dynamical Breaking of Gauge Symmetry

A maximally generalized Yang-Mills model, which contains, besides the vector part Vμ, also an axial-vector part Aμ, a scalar part S, a pseudoscalar part P, and a tensor part Tμv, is constructed and the dynamical breaking of gauge symmetry in the model is also discussed. It is shown, in terms of the Nambu Jona-Lasinio mechanism, that the gauge symmetry breaking can be realized dynamically in the maximally generalized Yang-Mills model. The combination of the maximally generalized Yang-Mills model and the NJL mechanism provides a way to overcome the difficulties related to the Higgs field and the Higgs mechanism in the usual spontaneous symmetry breaking theory. 展开更多

Stochastic Resonance as a Mathematical Model of an Electrogastrogram

An electrogastrogram (EGG) is a recording of the electrical activity in the stomach, as measured on the abdominal surface. In this study, the goal is to obtain a mathematical model of an EGG; to achieve this, the EGG of 14 subjects (seven males and seven females) will be obtained. Initially, the Wayland algorithm to the EGG to measure the degree of determinism is applied. However, it could not be determined whether the EGG could be generated by a chaotic process. In addition, the waveform of the electric potential in the interstitial cells of Cajal is similar to the graphs of the numerical solutions to the Van der Pol equation. Therefore, the Van der Pol equation to a periodic function was added, and random white noise was used to represent the intestinal motility and other biosignals. The EGG and numerical solutions were compared and evaluated on the basis of the translation error (Etrans) in the Wayland algorithm and the maximum Lyapunov exponent (2) in Rosenstein's algorithm. By projecting the data from an obtained stationary EGG from the subjects, along with the numerical solutions, onto the Etrans-λ plane, the affinity between them was qualitatively evaluated. The EGG was well described by stochastic resonance from the stochastic differential equations. 展开更多
