目的:探讨MRI同层动态增强相比普通增强扫描的的优势所在.方法:将80例疑似垂体微腺瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用MRI同层动态增强扫描检查,对照组采用普通增强扫描检查,分析对比两组患者的扫描结果.结果:观察组检... 目的:探讨MRI同层动态增强相比普通增强扫描的的优势所在.方法:将80例疑似垂体微腺瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用MRI同层动态增强扫描检查,对照组采用普通增强扫描检查,分析对比两组患者的扫描结果.结果:观察组检出率为65.0%,高于对照组的45.0%(P〈0.05);进行同层动态增强后,垂体微腺瘤表现为低或稍低的圆或椭圆形;造影剂注入后32~96s会出现垂体微腺瘤的最大信号强度,其中64s时最为明显.结论:相对于普通增强扫描,MRI同层动态增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤具有较高的诊断价值. 展开更多

目的探讨MR动态增强扫描在上腹部疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2012年2月至2014年9月收治的80例上腹部病变患者,对其进行回顾性分析。结果在54例恶性病变中,增强显示,26(32.5%)例患者的强度曲线为A型,9(11.25%)例患者为C型,27(22.... 目的探讨MR动态增强扫描在上腹部疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2012年2月至2014年9月收治的80例上腹部病变患者,对其进行回顾性分析。结果在54例恶性病变中,增强显示,26(32.5%)例患者的强度曲线为A型,9(11.25%)例患者为C型,27(22.75%)例患者为D型。在26例良性病变患者中,5(6.25%)例患者为B型,13(16.25%)例患者为D型。以4表格表确切概率法进行分析,与MRI平扫+普通增强相比,MRI平扫+动态增强检查方式的准确性更优,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.392,P<0.05)。结论MRI动态增强检测方式不仅可以显示肿块的形态学特点,而且有助其良恶性的鉴别,对病变的定性、边界显示具有更大的优势。它可以直接反映病灶的血供情况,因而能够获得与病理学相近的资料。 展开更多

Navigation augmentation technology is one of the most common methods to increase the continuity,reliability and integrity of the global satellite navigation system.The concept of volunteer augmentation navigation (VNA) is proposed and the elements and topological structure of VNA are also analyzed in this paper.The study focuses on the neural network model that volunteers and ordinary users use modern communication information network to exchange self-organizing information.The neural cell model of Volunteer Augmentation Navigation using shared information is built.Thus interactive general relative positioning is realized.Then basic theories and methods of volunteer augmentation navigation are formed on the basis of the above-mentioned study.This study of realization mechanism of volunteer augmentation technology helps to form a relatively integral architecture of volunteer augmentation navigation.A user self-service satellite navigation augmentation which combines information exchange and navigation services may strengthen the continuity,reliability and integrity of the navigation system.The volunteer augmentation navigation theory proposed in this paper improves the traditional satellite navigation application model and expands the connotation and denotation of satellite navigation augmentation methods. 展开更多
