In order to estimate the deposit, 2329 input data gained from 26 boreholes were used. ...This paper is devoted to application of ordinary kriging method in Choghart north anomaly iron ore deposit in Yazd province, Iran. In order to estimate the deposit, 2329 input data gained from 26 boreholes were used. Fe grade was selected as the major regional variable on which the present research has focused. All of the available data were changed to 12.5 m composites so that statistical regularization could be reached. Studies indicated that iron grade input data had single-population characteristics. To carry out ordinary kriging, a spherical model was fitted over empirical variogram. Then the model was verified through cross validation method and proved to be valid with a coherence coefficient of 0.773 between the estimated and real data. Plotting the empirical variogram in different directions showed no geometric anisotropy for the deposit. To estimate the Iron grade, ordinary kriging method was used according to which, all of the exploitable blocks with dimensions 20 m x 20 m x 12.5 m were block esti- mated within the estimation space. Finally tonnage-grade curve has been drawn and reserve classified into measured, indicated and inferred.展开更多
Based on the analysis of the impact of Doppler shift to the railway dedicated mobile communication quality under the condition of high-speed mobility,this paper presents a Doppler shift measurement approach based on t...Based on the analysis of the impact of Doppler shift to the railway dedicated mobile communication quality under the condition of high-speed mobility,this paper presents a Doppler shift measurement approach based on the phase estimation of frequency correction channel(FCCH) which correctly reflects the time-varying characteristic of the channel with a testing system developed.The Doppler shift data under the high-speed condition is collected,processed,analyzed,and compared with the simulation results.The scientific laws of the Doppler shift distribution of radio channel under high-speed condition are obtained.These data and analysis are essential for the establishment of high-speed railway Doppler power spectrum model and the development of the key technology of antiDoppler shift.展开更多

Reviving this ancient trade route is a contemporary discussion among politicians. There are many projects realized and proposed for the resurgence of the modem Silk Road, including the railroad project connecting Baku, Tiflis and Kars of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey; the undersea rail tunnel under the Bosphorus strait, Marmaray; the Silk Road Economic Belt proposed by China; and the Maritime Silk Road, again proposed by China. Just like the original Silk Road, it was not only a route for caravans or trade, but it was a meeting point for cultural, religious, and philosophical exchanges that served humanity for centuries; today's modem Silk Road initiatives should be considered as bridges between Eastern and Western civilizations that will serve the same purpose of its ancient predecessor. The revived Silk Road will facilitate strengthening of relationships in between countries that experienced harmony in history. The railways, transportation facilities, transnational gates, energy corridors, and natural gas pipelines that constitute the Silk Road will transform the region with improving its economy and bringing peace and economic prosperity. With recent developments, it witnesses the importance of geopolitical and historical ties in establishing contemporary alliances. Although there are great expectations with the revival of the modern Silk Road, authors would like to emphasize that it should be an agreement to foster shared interests rather than the interest of bigger partners.展开更多
