To learn advanced endowment service concept and method, meet the demand of higher level of pension services has become the new target and task of the urban pension service system development. The appearance of Wisdom endowment concept is to resolve the diverse endowment risk of the elderly, and meet a higher level elderly pension service demand. However, wisdom pension in our country is still in its infancy, its further development is facing many difficulties.
