输电运维单位参与线路工程验收,严把验收关,对线路投运后的维护策略编制及工作展开具有重要指导作用,验收业务其中难度最大、最复杂的当属测量工作。本文分析了运维单位执行线路工程验收测量作业的难处与技术现状,提出了基于安卓移动终... 输电运维单位参与线路工程验收,严把验收关,对线路投运后的维护策略编制及工作展开具有重要指导作用,验收业务其中难度最大、最复杂的当属测量工作。本文分析了运维单位执行线路工程验收测量作业的难处与技术现状,提出了基于安卓移动终端的架空输电线路智能计算器系统的研发思路、原理及技术实现体系等,通构建集线路台账信息、设计参考值和计算值结果偏差判别规则为一体的数据库,运用计算机软件技术把各个计算公式程序模型化,实现测量计算的自动化,以及计算输出结果智能辨识是否满足规程规范标准要求,比对结果能按格式要求自动输出报告。该系统相较于传统手工计算方式,其作业效率和准确性都得了极大的提升。 展开更多

针对采用雷电定位系统进行防雷评估活动缺乏针对性,分布式输电线路智能故障诊断系统(以下简称"智能故障诊断系统")也只能监测输电线路走廊的雷电活动,而无法记录雷直击线路情况,为此,基于智能故障诊断系统与雷电定位系统的综... 针对采用雷电定位系统进行防雷评估活动缺乏针对性,分布式输电线路智能故障诊断系统(以下简称"智能故障诊断系统")也只能监测输电线路走廊的雷电活动,而无法记录雷直击线路情况,为此,基于智能故障诊断系统与雷电定位系统的综合应用,提出一种新的防雷评估方法。该方法利用智能故障诊断系统与雷电定位系统雷击监测数据获得的输电线路雷击频度,来计算杆塔的绕击跳闸率和反击跳闸率,再根据跳闸率划分出绕击易闪段和反击易闪段,从而有针对性地开展差异化防雷改造工作。以某评估案例的实测雷击数据对防雷技术改造效果进行评估,结果表明,该方法可在短时间内对防雷措施进行有效性评估,形成防雷改造措施和防雷效果评估的闭环控制,提升了防雷评估分析的准确性和防雷改造的经济性。 展开更多

The installation of vast quantities of additional new sensing and communication equipment, in conjunction with building the computing infrastructure to store and manage data gathered by this equipment, has been the fi rst step in the creation of what is generically referred to as the "smart grid" for the electric transmission system. With this enormous capital investment in equipment having been made, attention is now focused on developing methods to analyze and visualize this large data set. The most direct use of this large set of new data will be in data visualization. This paper presents a survey of some visualization techniques that have been deployed by the electric power industry for visualizing data over the past several years. These techniques include pie charts, animation, contouring, time-varying graphs, geographic-based displays, image blending, and data aggregation techniques. The paper then emphasizes a newer concept of using word-sized graphics called sparklines as an extremely eff ective method of showing large amounts of timevarying data. 展开更多

Objective: A novel portable and intelligent fluid resuscitation infuser is proposed in this paper. It satisfies the demands of long time use in harsh environment, such as traffic accident, natural disaster, battlefield, evacuation, pre-hospital emergency and so on. Methods: Miniature linear motor and liquid blood cartridge compose the pump body. It's based on the biological impedance method to measure and control, which resolve the disadvantage of traditional infuser device: large power dissipation, big size, AC power supply only and can't be use in field. The whole device weights 250 gram and sizes as two mobile phone together Results: Model device experiment shows: six number 7 standard AAA size alkaline batteries will run the pump for approximately 8-10 h at 6 liters per hour; IV bag can be placed at any position of patient, even under the stretcher. Conclusion: It provides accurate and reliable intravenous infusion for fwst-aid treatment in field. 展开更多

The performance of the proposed system is showed through simulations in urban and suburban environments. The accuracy for 67% mobile stations is 70 m in urban and 120 m in suburban. Based on the design of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), an iterative modeling process was introduced. Unified modeling language (UML) was em-ployed to describe the function requirement, and different diagrams were built up to explore the static model, the dynamic model and the employment model. By using a common model, utilities and vendors can reduce their integration costs, which should allow more resources to be applied toward increased functionality for managing and optimizing the electrical system. As a part of smart grid, the SPG (smart power grid) was built on Jeju Island. The SPG consists of IDAS (intelligent distribution automation system), substation automation system, intelligent transmission system, and active telemetrics system. To integrate these systems which have different operating systems and platforms CIM standard was used. But IDAS has many functions and advanced algorithms not defined in CIM.
