We used questionnaires and unstructured interviews to test and interview 504 villagers in Yutai County, Jining City. There is insufficient understanding of law popularization in rural areas, deviation in thought and weak legal consciousness;The forms and methods of rural law education are simple and outdated, which is in urgent need of progress and innovation. Yutai County of Jining City has made some progress in the work of law popularization, but the effect is not remarkable. The task of the next stage is to innovate publicity methods and update theoretical content, improve the pertinency and timeliness of law popularization, meet the growing needs of the people for the rule of law and other aspects, and continue to improve citizens’ legal literacy and the level of social governance under the rule of law.展开更多
