A green roof is a specialized roof system that supports vegetation growth on rooftops.This technology is rapidly gaining popularity as a sustainable design option for buildings.In order to contribute to an understanding of green roof in regions with cold winters and snow,an on-site experimental investigation was present with a focus on the assessment of green roof performance during the winter.This field experiment took place on a six small buildings during the winter of 2010-2011.The work monitored three buildings with green roofs,two buildings with reference roofs and one building with a bare soil coverage for the roof.These six buildings were identically constructed and instrumented with sensor networks to provide heat flux data through the roofs.The 15 min averaged data were statistically analyzed for a week under the two separate periods,first without a snow cover and second with a snow cover.The results show that the roof type is a significant factor in affecting the thermal performance of these buildings.Most importantly,green roofs reduce heat flow through the roof and thus reduce the heating energy demand during the winter.However,the energy savings for buildings with the green roofs are reduced under snow conditions because the snow diminishes thermal resistance of the roof and increases the heat transfer process through the roofs. 展开更多

During last decades the solar passive heating of buildings found rather wide application. It has been used effectively in an estimated 17,000 commercial buildings in the United States-ranging from offices to schools, and airport terminals. At present there exist two main types of solar houses, "house collector" and "wall collector". A part of researchers find that the use of"house collector" is more simple and efficient. The other part is sure that "wall collector" is more convenient to use and it has higher efficiency. But our analysis show that in existing literature there is not any method for evaluating efficiency of solar houses. Moreover, there is not in. use a concept on solar houses efficiency. To us each type of solar houses has its own advantages and disadvantages. In this paper solar passive "House-Collector" heating modes of houses and their efficiency are discussed. For calculation of designing parameters of solar houses a simplified method is presented, taking into consideration both the heat gains and heat losses. 展开更多

汉语世界在近代以后不断引进西方美学的理论体系是十分必要的,有助于在交流互动中提升本土人们的知己知彼、相互映照。但迄今为止这样的映照还存在局限,比如在对审美范畴的划分及阐释上就还大多停留在"优美""崇高"&... 汉语世界在近代以后不断引进西方美学的理论体系是十分必要的,有助于在交流互动中提升本土人们的知己知彼、相互映照。但迄今为止这样的映照还存在局限,比如在对审美范畴的划分及阐释上就还大多停留在"优美""崇高""荒诞"以及由此对应而派生的"虚静""空灵""逍遥"等属于性质、情态的类型之中。如若将视野扩展,则还应关注多元文化语境中与丰富多样的审美实践相关联的其他范畴。以我们在此言及的多民族审美案例而论,值得阐发的审美范畴至少就包括了关系和过程。把"养"(心)、"暖"(屋)和"闹"(场)当作审美实践中的特殊范畴——关系范畴、过程范畴,其目的在于从理性思辨的角度提升乡土实践的理论价值,强调把对地方、民间及多民族文学、艺术与文化的研究提升到话语建设层面,努力创建兼容民间范畴、乡土实践、审美生活及至生命美学等多重表述的开放体系。 展开更多
