颈椎曲度测量新技术—颈曲测量仪的应用

目的:探讨颈源性头痛患者疼痛程度与颈椎曲度变化的相关性。方法:选择颈源性头痛患者126例,对头痛进行VAS评分,摄颈椎正侧位片,测量颈曲弓深、颈椎曲率、颈曲夹角,与头痛评分进行相关性统计分析。结果:颈源性头痛多见于女性(72.2%),中... 目的:探讨颈源性头痛患者疼痛程度与颈椎曲度变化的相关性。方法:选择颈源性头痛患者126例,对头痛进行VAS评分,摄颈椎正侧位片,测量颈曲弓深、颈椎曲率、颈曲夹角,与头痛评分进行相关性统计分析。结果:颈源性头痛多见于女性(72.2%),中老年多发(73.8%),颈椎曲度异常发生率高(65.9%),不同疼痛程度之间颈椎弓深、曲率、夹角比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),头痛积分与弓深、曲率、夹角呈明显负相关(P<0.01)。结论:颈源性头痛程度越重,颈椎曲度越小,曲度异常可能是头痛严重程度的一个潜在因素,治疗上当重视改善颈椎曲度。 展开更多

探讨颈椎曲度异常对颈痛的诊断意义。方法 本课题参考了多种颈椎生理曲度测量方式,最终选择了对颈椎生理曲度部分阶段改变更敏感的椎体后缘切线法进行青少年颈椎生理曲度测量;并选择年龄段相近,从而发育程度也相近的患者进行研究。在可... 探讨颈椎曲度异常对颈痛的诊断意义。方法 本课题参考了多种颈椎生理曲度测量方式,最终选择了对颈椎生理曲度部分阶段改变更敏感的椎体后缘切线法进行青少年颈椎生理曲度测量;并选择年龄段相近,从而发育程度也相近的患者进行研究。在可接受的误差范围内,在已知对照组正常的颈椎生理曲度为21.3°时将100例患有颈痛的青少年(排除外伤、风湿等因素)的颈椎生理曲度进行测量并统计,将其分为3组 ①颈椎前突组②颈椎变直组③颈椎反弓组,并通过这一百例患者的临床症状做相应的颈痛分级,研究颈椎生理曲度与颈痛的相关性,为颈痛的诊断、治疗以及恢复提供依据。结果 无论是曲度变直还是曲度前屈或者反弓,疼痛分级与颈椎生理曲度偏离值基本成正相关,即生理曲度偏离值越大,颈痛分级越高。 展开更多

目的探讨久坐人群颈椎曲度与椎体形态变化特点,从而为临床诊治特定人群颈椎疾患提供依据。方法选取2004年3月~2009年3月在我门诊部就诊患者194例,均有每日久坐工作≥4 h,男女不限,就诊时有不同程度颈部不适或已确诊颈椎病;将其按颈椎... 目的探讨久坐人群颈椎曲度与椎体形态变化特点,从而为临床诊治特定人群颈椎疾患提供依据。方法选取2004年3月~2009年3月在我门诊部就诊患者194例,均有每日久坐工作≥4 h,男女不限,就诊时有不同程度颈部不适或已确诊颈椎病;将其按颈椎曲度形态随机分成四组:正常组(62例)、前曲组(35例)、变直组(68例)和反张组(29例)。结果颈曲变直组、反张组与正常组在椎体矢状径比、椎体变形指数之间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),说明颈椎曲度发生变直和反张改变时,椎管出现狭窄,椎体显著变形。结论颈椎曲度的改变与椎体变形密切相关,并可能是颈椎病进展的因素之一。 展开更多

As the competition from companies in low cost countries increases,the need for more automated production which reduces labour cost while improving product quality is required.A new rotary compression bending set-up with automated closed-loop feedback control is thus being developed.By transferring in-process measurement data into an algorithm for predicting springback and bend angle prior to the unloading sequence,the dimensional accuracy is improved.This work focuses on the development of this steering model.Since the method used does not increase cycle time,it is attractive for high-volume industrial applications.More than 150 bending tests of AA6060 extrusions were conducted to determine the capability of the technology.The results show that by activating the automated closed-loop feedback system,the dimensional accuracy of the bent parts is more than three times better than that obtained by traditional compression bending.Since the steering model permits the direct use of additional process data,such as instant wall thickness and cross sectional distortions,it is believed that extension of the measurement capabilities would improve the accuracy of the methodology even further. 展开更多

The size of bubbles created in the flotation process is of great importance to the efficiency of the mineral separation achieved.Meanwhile,it is believed that frother transport between phases is perhaps the most important reason for the interactive nature of the phenomena occurring in the bulk and froth phases in flotation,as frother adsorbed in the surface of rising bubbles is removed from the bulk phase and then released into the froth as a fraction of the bubbles burst.This causes the increased concentration in the froth compared to the bulk concentration,named as frother partitioning.Partitioning reflects the adsorption of frother on bubbles and how to influence bubble size is not known.There currently exists no such a topic aiming to link these two key parameters.To fill this vacancy,the correspondence between bubble size and frother partitioning was examined.Bubble size was measured by sampling-for-imaging(SFI)technique.Using total organic carbon(TOC)analysis to measure the frother partitioning between froth and bulk phases was determined.Measurements have shown,with no exceptions including four different frothers,higher frother concentration is in the bulk than in the froth.The results also show strong partitioning giving an increase in bubble size which implies there is a compelling relationship between these two,represented by CFroth/CBulk and D32.The CFroth/CBulkand D32 curves show similar exponential decay relationships as a function of added frother in the system,strongly suggesting that the frother concentration gradient between the bulk solution and the bubble interface is the driving force contributing to bubble size reduction. 展开更多

Tbe experimental results indicate that the calculated temperature and the spectral emissivity compared with the true target temperature and spectral emissivity have significant deviation using the curve auto-search and the curve auto-regression methods. This paper deals with the influence of phase modulated synthetic jet on the aerodynamics of the hump in a closed test section Of the Eiffel-type wind tunnel. Three experimental methods of measurement techniques of this phenomenon were used: the pressure profile using the Kiel total pressure probe, the velocity profile using the CTA (constant temperature anemometry) probe and the visualization of the flow field using the hot film and the thermo camera, The experimental results with and without the influence of the synthetic jet were compared, as well the impact of the phase shift of the neighbouring synthetic jets. As a reference case, the flow around the hump without the influence of the synthetic jet was selected. The results of the measurement are presented in figures and compared. 展开更多

In this paper, the authors construct a class of unitary invariant strongly pseudoconvex complex Finsler metrics which are of the form F =√[ rf(s- t)[, where r = ||v||~ 2, s =| z,v |~2/r, t =|| z||~ 2, f(w) is a real-valued smooth positive function of w ∈ R,and z is in a unitary invariant domain M C^n. Complex Finsler metrics of this form are unitary invariant. We prove that F is a class of weakly complex Berwald metrics whose holomorphic curvature and Ricci scalar curvature vanish identically and are independent of the choice of the function f. Under initial value conditions on f and its derivative f, we prove that all the real geodesics of F =√[rf(s- t)] on every Euclidean sphere S^(2n-1) M are great circles. 展开更多

A simple and compact fiber bending sensor based on the Maeh-Zehnder interferometer was proposed. A photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with a length of 10mm was spliced by collapsing air holes with two conventional single mode fibers to consist of an all fiber bending sensor. The sensitivity of 0.53nm/m-1 was obtained at 1586nm for the curvature range from 0 to 8.514 m-1. The temperature sensitivity was very low. The measurement error due to the temperature effect was about 8.68x10-3 m-1/℃, and the temperature effect in the curvature measurement could be ignored. This device can avoid the cross sensitivity of the temperature in the curvature measurement. 展开更多
