To alleviate the distortion of XRII X-ray image intensifier images in the C-arm CT computer tomography imaging system an algorithm based on the Delaunay triangulation interpolation is proposed.First the causes of the phenomenon the classical correction algorithms and the Delaunay triangulation interpolation are analyzed.Then the algorithm procedure is explained using flow charts and illustrations. Finally experiments are described to demonstrate its effectiveness and feasibility. Experimental results demonstrate that the Delaunay triangulation interpolation can have the following effects.In the case of the same center the root mean square distances RMSD and standard deviation STD between the corrected image with Delaunay triangulation interpolation and the ideal image are 5.760 4 ×10 -14 and 5.354 2 ×10 -14 respectively.They increase to 1.790 3 2.388 8 2.338 8 and 1.262 0 1.268 1 1.202 6 after applying the quartic polynomial model L1 and model L2 to the distorted images respectively.The RMSDs and STDs between the corrected image with the Delaunay triangulation interpolation and the ideal image are 2.489 × 10 -13 and 2.449 8 ×10 -13 when their centers do not coincide. When the quartic polynomial model L1 and model L2 are applied to the distorted images they are 1.770 3 2.388 8 2.338 8 and 1.269 9 1.268 1 1.202 6 respectively. 展开更多

A three-dimensional beam element is derived based on the principle of stationary total potential energy for geometrically nonlinear analysis of space frames. A new tangent stiffness matrix, which allows for high order effects of element deformations, replaces the conventional incremental secant stiffness matrix. Two deformation stiffness matrices due to the variation of axial force and bending moments are included in the tangent stiffness. They are functions of element deformations and incorporate the coupling among axial, lateral and torsional deformations. A correction matrix is added to the tangent stiffness matrix to make displacement derivatives equivalent to the commutative rotational degrees of freedom. Numerical examples show that the proposed dement is accurate and efficient in predicting the nonlinear behavior, such as axial-torsional and flexural-torsional buckling, of space frames even when fewer elements are used to model a member. 展开更多

Results The type 6102Q engine cooling fan was optimized by use of this model, and the calculation on data were contrasted with those of iso-reaction coefficiency flow type and free vortex flow type. Some probleme existing in long blade can be solved by use of above method. Conclusion The design parameters needn't be determined artificially, so calculating results are more rational to a high degree than that from other mehods. 展开更多

In order to study algebraic structures of parallelizable sphere s7, the notions of quasimodules and biquasimodnle algebras over Hopf quasigroups, which are not required to be associative, are introduced. The lack of associativity of quasimodules is compensated for by conditions involving the antipode. The twisted smash product for Hopf quasigroups is constructed using biquasimodule algebras, which is a generalization of the twisted smash for Hopf algebras. The twisted smash product and tensor coproduct is turned into a Hopf quasigroup if and only if the following conditions (h1→a) h2 = (h2→a) h1, (a←S(h1)) h2 = (a←S(h2)) h1, hold. The obtained results generalize and improve the corresponding results of the twisted smash product for Hopf algebras. 展开更多

Then (H×H, φ, D×D, U× U) is a trivial oriented quantum coalgebra structure on the tensor product of coalgebra H with itself, where φ (a × b, c × d) = σ-( a, c)σ (b, d). This paper presents the oriented quantum coalgebra structure ( H×H, σ, D×D, U× U) on coalgebra H× H, where σ( a × b, c× d) = σ ^-1 ( d1, a1 ) σ( a2, c1 ) σ^-1 ( d2, b1 ) σ( b2, c2 ). So a nontrivial oriented quantum coalgebra structure is obtained and it is dual to Radford's results in the paper "On the tensor product of an oriented quantum algebra with itself" published in 2007. The hydraulic roll-bending device was studied, which was widely used in modem cold rolling mills to regulate the strip flatness. The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the reversing cold rolling process were established, and the deformation model of roll stack system of the 6-high 1 250 mm high crown (HC) reversing cold rolling mill was built by slit beam method. The simulation results show that, the quadratic component of strip crown decreases nearly linearly with the increase of the work roll bending force, when the shifting value of intermediate roll is determined by the rolling process. From the first pass to the fifth pass of reversing rolling process, the crown controllability of bending force is gradually weakened. Base on analyzing the relationship among the main factors associated with roll-bending force in reversing multi-pass rolling, such as strip width and rolling force, a preset mathematic model of bending force is developed by genetic algorithm. The simulation data demonstrate that the relative deviation of flatness criterions in each rolling pass is improved significantly and the mean relative deviation of all five passes is decreased from 25.1% to 1.7%. The model can keep good shape in multi-pass reversing cold rolling process with the high prediction accuracy and can be used to guide the production process. 展开更多

Based on the flow simulation in the condensing zone of compact spinning with lattice apron and a bead-elastic rod dynamic model of the flexible fiber,trajectories of fibers with different negative pressure are simulated by specially designed Matlab procedure.Then displacement components of fibers at YZ profile under different negative pressure conditions are extracted and compared.The results show that the fibers of different initial positions gradually converge,and are interlaced for position change in yarn cross-section,caused by the airflow in the condensing zone.Finally,compact-spun yarn with different negative pressure and conventional ring spun yarn are produced and their twists are tested.Both the results of simulation and experiments illustrate the existence of additional twists.Also the relationship between additional twists and negative pressure is verified. 展开更多
