First, E of the EAM under different temperatures and frequencies are tested through the simple performance test(SPT), and the effects of temperatures and frequencies on the dynamic modulus of the EAM are analyzed. Secondly, the static modulus of the EAM and the dynamic modulus of other two ordinary mixtures are tested and compared to E of the EAM. Finally the dynamic modulus master curve is constructed using the time-temperature superposition principle. The results show that the E values increase with the increase in the test frequency while on the other hand, the E values decrease with the increase in the test temperature. It also can be seen from the results that the dynamic modulus corresponding to the actual vehicle mode is significantly greater than the static modulus, and the dynamic modulus of the EAM is greater than that of SBS mixtures and the common hot mixed asphalt (HMA). The study results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and mechanical analysis of the steel deck pavement.展开更多

The open circuit potential (OCP), cyclic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) of the A1 alloys were measured after treatment in three solutions (3.5% NaCl (mass fraction); 10 mmol/L NaCl + 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4; 4 mol/L NaCl + 0.5 mol/L KNO3 + 0.1 mol/L HNO3). The parameters including the corrosion potential, pitting potential, pit transition potential and steepness, and potential differences were extensively discussed to evaluate the corrosion behavior of the Al alloys. The electrochemical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) data show that compared with the 7150-T77 Al alloy, the T76 + T6 aged 7150 A1 alloy exhibits better resistance to pitting corrosion, inter-granular corrosion (IGC) and exfoliation corrosion, which is attributed to further coarsening and inter-spacing of the grain boundary particles (GBPs) as revealed by transmission electron microscopy. Furthermore, the hardness tests indicate that an attractive combination of strength and corrosion resistance was obtained for the 7150 Al alloy with T76 + T6 treatment.展开更多
The influence of chemical composition and cold deformation on aging precipitation behavior of 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-I.IN (HNS-A), 18Cr-16Mn-I.3N (HNS-B), 18Cr-18Mn-2Mo-0.96N (HNS-C) and 18Cr-18Mn-2Mo-0.77N (I-INS-D) h...The influence of chemical composition and cold deformation on aging precipitation behavior of 18Cr-16Mn-2Mo-I.IN (HNS-A), 18Cr-16Mn-I.3N (HNS-B), 18Cr-18Mn-2Mo-0.96N (HNS-C) and 18Cr-18Mn-2Mo-0.77N (I-INS-D) high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels was investigated. The results show that the "nose" temperatures and incubation periods of the initial time-temperature-precipitation (TTP) curves of aged HNSs are found to be 850 ℃, 60 s; 850 ℃, 45 s; 850 ℃, 60 s and 900 ℃, 90 s, respectively. Based on the analysis of SAD patterns, the coarse cellular Cr2N precipitate which presents a lamellar structure has a hexagonal structure of a=0.478 nm and c=0.444 nm. The Z phase corresponding to a composition of Fe36Cr^2Mo10, is determined to be a body-centered cubic structure ofa=0.892 nm. The precipitating sensitivity presents no more difference with the nitrogen content increasing from 0.77% to 0.96%, but exhibits so obviously that the cellular precipitates nearly overspread the whole field. The addition of Mo element can restrain the TTP curves moving left and down, which means decreasing the sensitivity of aging precipitation. With increasing the cold deformation, the sensitivity of precipitation increases obviously.展开更多
