近代中国“民”观念转型的既有研究存在西域现代性的思维预设,缺乏古今中西交汇的动态过程意识,鲜有关注思想界的据理而为与顺势而变。历时性比较康有为与梁启超关于“民”的观念变化,可以透析思想界把脉中国命运的内在分途,揭示清末中... 近代中国“民”观念转型的既有研究存在西域现代性的思维预设,缺乏古今中西交汇的动态过程意识,鲜有关注思想界的据理而为与顺势而变。历时性比较康有为与梁启超关于“民”的观念变化,可以透析思想界把脉中国命运的内在分途,揭示清末中国命运和历史道路的时代选择。康梁起初旨在一揽子拯救中华文明的系统危机,却抵不住外来之势的冲击,即便后者顺势而为,寄托近代日本的“民”观念,亦无力应世变,终为革命派所唾。据此,近代中国“民”观念转型呈现四步曲的激进化过程,即以古释今、以中释西、以西释中、以西化中。其中,在戊戌变法前后,康梁师徒联袂一体,从儒家传统孕育现代“民”观念,同时吸纳进化论、议会、民主等西方传统。在变法失败之后,康有为继续完备“三世说”,而梁启超转信东洋化的西学。赴美经历使梁看似回归保守,却回不到康的学说,而是切换至另一西学传统,即国家主义。更激进的革命派重拾其丢弃的民主主义武器,用西方的一种学说批判另一种学说,完成近代中国的“民”观念转型。“民”观念转型的激进化逻辑为西方不同学说开启新一轮实验,生动揭示历史的文化主义与反历史的民族主义两种导向之间的交替与复线历史。 展开更多

Preset model of bending force for 6-high reversing cold rolling mill based on genetic algorithm 被引量:4

The hydraulic roll-bending device was studied, which was widely used in modem cold rolling mills to regulate the strip flatness. The loaded roll gap crown mathematic model and the strip crown mathematic model of the reversing cold rolling process were established, and the deformation model of roll stack system of the 6-high 1 250 mm high crown (HC) reversing cold rolling mill was built by slit beam method. The simulation results show that, the quadratic component of strip crown decreases nearly linearly with the increase of the work roll bending force, when the shifting value of intermediate roll is determined by the rolling process. From the first pass to the fifth pass of reversing rolling process, the crown controllability of bending force is gradually weakened. Base on analyzing the relationship among the main factors associated with roll-bending force in reversing multi-pass rolling, such as strip width and rolling force, a preset mathematic model of bending force is developed by genetic algorithm. The simulation data demonstrate that the relative deviation of flatness criterions in each rolling pass is improved significantly and the mean relative deviation of all five passes is decreased from 25.1% to 1.7%. The model can keep good shape in multi-pass reversing cold rolling process with the high prediction accuracy and can be used to guide the production process. 展开更多

The flow of the oil film in clutch clearance is investigated. A three-dimension Navier-Stokes(N-S) equation based on laminar flow is presented to model the drag torque. Pressure and speed distribution in radial and circumferential directions are deduced. The theoretical analysis reveals that oil flow acceleration in radial direction caused by centrifugal force is the key reason for the shrinking of oil film as constant feeding flow rate. The peak drag torque occurs at the beginning of oil film shrinking. A variable is introduced to describe effective oil film area and drag torque after oil film shrinking is well evaluated with the variable. Under the working condition, tests were made to obtain drag torque curves at different clutch speed and oil viscosity. The tests confirm that simulation results agree with test data. The model performs well in the prediction of drag torque and lays a theoretical foundation to reduce it. 展开更多

The recent research and development of forged magnesium road wheel were reviewed.Methods of flow-forming,spin forging of manufacturing a forged magnesium alloy wheel were introduced.A new extrusion method was investigated especially. Extrusion from hollow billet was proposed in order to enhance the strength of spoke portion and reduce the maximum forming load. By means of the developed technique,the one-piece Mg wheels were produced successfully by extrusion from AZ80+alloy.At the same time,the existing problems on the research and development of forged magnesium road wheel were analyzed.The impact testing,radial fatigue testing and bending fatigue testing results show that AZ80+wheel can meet application requirement in automobile industry. 展开更多

Optimal design of automotive body B-pillar using simplified finite element model of body-in-prime combined with an optimization procedure

Optimization of an automotive body structure faces the difficulty of having too many design variables and a too large design search space. A simplified model of body-in-prime(BIP) can solve this difficulty by reducing the number of design variables. In this study, to achieve lighter weight and higher stiffness, the simplified model of BIP was developed and combined with an optimization procedure;consequently, optimal designs of automotive body B-pillar were produced. B-pillar was divided into four quarters and each quarter was modelled by one simplified beam. In the optimization procedure, depth, width, and thickness of the simplified beams were considered as the design variables.Weight, bending and torsional stiffness were also considered as objective functions. The optimization procedure is composed of six stages: designing the experiments, calculating grey relational grade, calculating signal-to noise ratio,finding an optimum design using Taguchi grey relational analysis, performing sensitivity analysis using analysis of variance(ANOVA) and performing non-dominated sorting and multi-criteria decision making. The results show that the width of lower B-pillar has the highest effect(about 55%) and the obtained optimum design point could reduce the weight of B-pillar by about 40% without reducing the BIP stiffness by more than 1.47%. 展开更多

Intervertebral disc flexibility is influenced by lifestyle, loading history, trauma, preexisting conditions, age and degeneration. With regard to degeneration, intervertebral discs become less flexible and stiffer. In this study, a testing protocol using bending and torsion loading was developed to gain the flexibility curves and stiffness often cadaveric lumbar discs. Measurements of rotation in the sagittal plane (flexion-extension), coronal plane (right-lefl lateral bending) and transverse plane (torsion) due to a 5 N-m load are reported. Results show that overall normal discs are more flexible and behave in a nonlinear fashion. The testing results were used in a develop t'mite element model of an intervertebral disc to investigate the stresses and strains in the disc components: annulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus with regard to degeneration. Simulation of bending and torsion loadings show large strains in the annulus and nucleus from a normal disc, in contrast higher stresses develop in the annulus from a degenerated disc. The proposed methodology is novel, versatile, functional and economic with implications in bioengineering, medical sciences and the clinical field. 展开更多

The theoretical light curves of contact binaries are calculated with and without putting in the contact binary evolution model.Firstly,we do not use the contact binary evolution model.A comparison of the light curve is performed with and without the deformation caused by rotation and tides.It shows that the light curve presents many differences,especially on the bottom and top.Secondly,we adopt the contact binary model [Huang R Q,et al.Chin J Astron Astrophys,2007,7:235-244;Song H F,et al.Chin J Astron Astrophys,2007,7:539-550] and compute the theoretical light curve with and without rotational and tidal effects by studying three binary systems(with low-,intermediate-and high-mass components).The bottom and top of the theoretical light curves are discussed and compared to observations.The results show that taking into account the rotational effect has a better agreement with observations than without it.Therefore,the deformation of the light curve of contact binaries caused by rotation and tides is very important.Meanwhile,the rotational and tidal effect can advance the start of the semi-detached,contact phase and the time of mass-reversal. 展开更多
