The results indicate that, compared with the traditional reductant of anthracite, higher manganese extraction efficiency is achieved at lower roasting temperature and shorter residence time. The effects of roasting parameters on the leaching efficiency of Mn and Fe were studied, and the optimal parameters are determined as follows: roasting temperature is 650 °C, residence time is 40 min, and black charcoal dosage is 10%(mass fraction). Under these conditions, the leaching efficiency of Mn reaches 82.37% while that of Fe is controlled below 7%. XRD results show that a majority of MnO2 and Fe2O3 in the raw ore are reduced to MnO and Fe3O4, respectively.展开更多

The results of variance analysis indicated that the regression model reflected the relationship between buckwheat shell procyanidin extraction rate with enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time, pH and enzymolysis temperature; and the optimal process parameters were enzyme dosage of 6.5 mg/g, enzymolysis time of 1.5 h, pH at 4.7 and enzymolysis temperature at 46 ℃. Three parallel experiments were conducted under these process parameters. In practice, the highest procyanidin extraction rate was 6.78 g/100 g. The relative error between the predicted value of regression model and the actual value was 1.3%. The regression equation fitted the real situation better.展开更多

In the process, Mn(IV) is reduced to Mn(II) and the ZnS converted to ZnSO4. In the process, Mn and Zn are solubilized. By studying the effects of quantity of reducing agent and sulfuric acid added and of time, temperature and liquid-to-solid ratio on the leaching process, the optimum technological conditions have been achieved under which the amount of manganese leached was 98 %. The silver can be removed from remaining solids by adding ammonia liquor. Then by adding hydrazine hydrate, sponge silver with purity up to 99 % can be obtained with a recovery of 87 %.展开更多

Eventually, fracture zone and bed separation are formed in rocks...As the excavation of roadway, new fractures will be formed and the pre-existing fractures extend with the redistribution of stress in surrounding rocks. Eventually, fracture zone and bed separation are formed in rocks because of the developed fractures. Therefore, mastering the fracture evolution of surrounding rocks is very important to maintain the stability of roadway. The surrounding rocks of main haulage road- way in a certain coal mine is so broken and loose that the supporting is very difficult. Based on compre- hensive anal[ysis of the engineering geological conditions, a sight instrument was used to observe the fractures of internal surrounding rocks, Four indices, i.e., the width of fracture zone W, the number of fractures n, the width of fractures d and rock fracture designation RFD, are put forward to evaluate the fracture dewelopment. According to the evolution rules of the soft rock roadway from this paper, control principles by stages and by regions are presented through the research. At the same time, the best time of grouting reinforcement is determined on the basis of fracture saturation. Field practice shows that the roadway can satisfy normal production during service periods by suitable first support and grouting reinforcement.展开更多

Natural starch can be made into a modified starch, for example dextrin. Dextrin can be made by using acid or enzyme hydrolysis. The purposes of this research were determine the concentration of hydrochloric acid (HCl), the temperature and heating timein the optimum process of hydrolysis of starch into dextrin and to determine the quality of the resulting product dextrin terms of Indonesian National Standard 01-2593-1992. The methode was used in this research is hydrolisis with hydrochloric acid (HCl). The results processing into starch avocado seed yield is 23.15%. HCl concentration, temperature and heating time significantly affect the value of dextrose equivalent (DE), viscosity and part soluble in cold water. There is interaction between HCl concentration, temperature and heating time on the value of DE, viscosity and part soluble in cold water. Optimum conditions of process was obtained at a concentration of 0.15 N HCl, 30 minutes heating time and heating temperature of 90 ℃. Dextrose equivalent (DE) value is 19.61%. The value of solubility in cold water is 90.19%. Viscosity value is 1.61 ° E. Dextrin is not accordance with the standards of quality parameters Indonesian National Standard 01-2593-1992. Dextrin produced should be applied to non-food industry.展开更多

[ Result] The influential or-der of each factor on the extraction of insoluble fiber decreased in the order of solid-liquid ratio 〉 alkali concentration 〉 temperature 〉 extraction time, and the optimal extraction technology was A3 B1 C2 D2, that is, 1:11 (g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio, 0.25 mol/L alkaline concentration, 50 ℃ of extraction temperature and 2.0 h extraction time, under these conditions, the yield of insoluble dietary fiber was 35.46%. [ Conchsion] The apple pulp contains rich dietary fiber, and the insoluble dietary fiber extracted from the apple pulp has great development value. The ratio of raw materials, the best conditions for hydrolysis of malt, lactic acid fermentation process conditions, such as product formulations were studied. [ Result ]The best conditions for the yam matt enzyme dosage was 21.0%, malt dosage 1.4%, reaction temperature 68℃, hydrolysis time 60 min; optimal fermentation process to increase milk production 2.4% , fermentation temperature 38 ℃, fermentation time 7. 0h, inoculums size 5.0%. [ Conclusion] The fresh yam tastes fresh, sour and sweet. The natural white ram is of high quality.展开更多

It is shown that the efficiency of the quantum engine can be enhanced by superposing the eigenstates at the beginning of the cycle....The performance of a two-state quantum engine under different conditions is analyzed. It is shown that the efficiency of the quantum engine can be enhanced by superposing the eigenstates at the beginning of the cycle. By employing the finite-time movement of the potential wall, the power output of the quantum engine as well as the efficiency at the maximum power out- put (EMP) can be obtained. A generalized potential is adopted to describe a class of two-level quantum engines in a unified way. The results obtained show clearly that the performances of these engines depend on the external potential, the geometric configuration of the quantum engines, and the superposition effect. Moreow^r, it is found that the superposition effect will en- large the optimally operating region of quantum engines.展开更多
