Leaching temperature, acid concentration, particle size, solid-to-liquid ratio, and stirring speed were selected as process parameters. It is observed that the dissolution rate increases with decreasing particle size and solid-to-liquid ratio, and increases with stirring speed, acid concentration, and leaching temperature. The experimental results indicate that the dissolution rate is of mixed control via hydrogen ion [H+] action, with reaction order of 0.813 and the reaction kinetics can be expressed as gmt=[1-(1-x)l/3+y/6[(l-x)l/3+ 1-2(1-x)2/3]. The activation energy of the process is determined to be 21.6 k J/mol. The level of the product quality is also evaluated.展开更多

Collidine-IR and NH3-TPD analyses revealed that the silylation treatment not only decreased the quantity of both strong and weak acid sites but also led to a slightly reduced intensity of weak acidity. Silylation of the catalyst promoted the selectivity of BTX by narrowing the channel and cutting the acidity. The effect of temperature of silylation and amount of Si loading were evaluated. The best condition has specified a temperature of 50 ℃ and a SiO_2 loading of 4.0%.展开更多
[Objective] To explore the optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Auricularia auricular, and to study its physiochemical properties and antibacterial activities. [ Method] The extraction conditions for ...[Objective] To explore the optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Auricularia auricular, and to study its physiochemical properties and antibacterial activities. [ Method] The extraction conditions for Auricularia auricular polysaccharides were optimized by orthogonal test, and its physiochemical characteristics and antagonistic activities on bacteria and molds were tested. I-Result] The optimized condition was with sample to liquid ratio of 1 : 50, temperature of 90 ℃ and extraction time of 2.5 h. Under the optimized condition, the yield of pelysaccharide was 7.3%, with polysaccharide content of 77.81%. Containing aldose and amylase, the polysaccharides of Auncu/aria auricular was soluble in water. The inhibitory effect on bacteria was significantly stronger than on molds that the minimum diameter of inhibition zone for bacteria is 12.7 mm, while 7.9 mm for the molds. [ Conclusion] This study provides scientific basis for the development and utilization of Auricularia auricular polysaccharides.展开更多

The mulberry paper handmade dryer uses downdraft gasifier, which is a continuous hot air dryer. Two steps ...The mulberry paper handmade dryer uses downdraft gasifier, which is a continuous hot air dryer. The downdraft gasifier uses charcoal or wood chip as fuel to produce the producer gas for a dryer heat source. Two steps operation of a dryer as follows: The frst was to reduce mulberry paper pulp moisture by an air vacuum pump; the second was a continuous hot air drying process. The optimum condition drying, the capacity of dryer, the fuel consumption, the drying constant (k) and economics analysis were investigated. It was found that the first step could be to reduce mulberry paper pulp moisture content about 25% and the suitable condition drying was 80 ~C drying temperature, 0.04 kg/s air mass flow rate and 0.29 m/min chain conveyor speed, respectively. The capacity of this dryer was 20 sheets per hour. The quality of mulberry paper product was very good (based on the standard of mulberry paper community 41/2546) and the fuel consumption rate was 5 kg/h (charcoal). The drying constant was about 0.532933-0.541367 min~ and the drying constant was a function of drying temperature (T), air mass flow rate (F) and conveyor speed (10 as equation of k(T, F, V) = 0.567494 + 0.000422T- 1.40588F- 0.000205 V (R2 = 0.9254) and the breakeven point of dryer was 0.79 years.展开更多
