本文通过对两种粮食脂肪酸提取方法最佳提取时间的研究,为不同种类的粮食测定脂肪酸值确定最佳提取时间,为粮食脂肪酸值测定提供多种前处理方法。选择3份同种类粮食的脂肪酸值梯度样品,在一定的提取条件下研究脂肪酸值随提取时间变化的... 本文通过对两种粮食脂肪酸提取方法最佳提取时间的研究,为不同种类的粮食测定脂肪酸值确定最佳提取时间,为粮食脂肪酸值测定提供多种前处理方法。选择3份同种类粮食的脂肪酸值梯度样品,在一定的提取条件下研究脂肪酸值随提取时间变化的规律。随着时间的增加,提取的脂肪酸也逐渐增加,当脂肪酸的分离提取达到充分状态时,脂肪酸的增加明显变缓,此时间即为最佳提取时间。研究结果表明,该方法确定粮食脂肪酸最佳提取时间准确性好,不同提取方法之间不存在显著性差异,该方法具有广泛的适用性,为确定粮食脂肪酸最佳提取时间建立了试验方法,为粮食检验和科技工作者研究新型脂肪酸值前处理技术提供了验证方法。 展开更多

以低共熔溶剂作为天然产物提取剂,在不同温度、加热时间、配料比的条件下,对桑树叶中的天然组分进行提取,并利用紫外分光光度计在特定波长下测定吸光度,通过芦丁标准曲线进行计算得到其中黄酮的提取率来探索提取的最佳条件。通过单因素... 以低共熔溶剂作为天然产物提取剂,在不同温度、加热时间、配料比的条件下,对桑树叶中的天然组分进行提取,并利用紫外分光光度计在特定波长下测定吸光度,通过芦丁标准曲线进行计算得到其中黄酮的提取率来探索提取的最佳条件。通过单因素和正交实验,研究发现其最佳提取条件:在10 mL氯化胆碱/尿素(1:2)DES-40%H_(2)O中,投入0.25 g桑叶粉末,60℃温度下提取1 h,黄酮提取率为13.75 mg/g。使用绿色无污染的低共熔溶剂来提取桑树叶中的天然成分,既实现了绿色提取,还提高了提取率,并有望在化学、食品、医药等领域实现其更大价值。 展开更多

[Objective]The aim was to describe the extraction of polysaccharides from pitaya stems.[Method]The hot water,enzyme-assisted and microwave-assisted methods were used,with the microwave-assisted extraction being deemed optimal by general evaluation.[Result]The main factors affecting the yield of polysaccharides in the microwave-assisted extraction,by order of magnitude,were as follows:time >microwave power >temperature;additionally,optimal conditions included a 10 min extraction time,an 80℃ extraction temperature and a microwave setting of 200 W.Using these optimal conditions,the yield of PSPS(Polysaccharides from Pitaya Stems) was 1.42%.After purification,the yield of PSPS was 0.74%.[Conclusion]The PSPS was analyzed by IR,MALDI-TOF-MS and an element analysis technique.It was shown to be a polysaccharide mixture,and the molecular weight was between 3 900 and 4 300 Da. 展开更多

[ Method] The insoluble dietary fiber was ex-tracted from the apple pulp by alkaline, and the optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] The influential or-der of each factor on the extraction of insoluble fiber decreased in the order of solid-liquid ratio 〉 alkali concentration 〉 temperature 〉 extraction time, and the optimal extraction technology was A3 B1 C2 D2, that is, 1:11 (g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio, 0.25 mol/L alkaline concentration, 50 ℃ of extraction temperature and 2.0 h extraction time, under these conditions, the yield of insoluble dietary fiber was 35.46%. [ Conchsion] The apple pulp contains rich dietary fiber, and the insoluble dietary fiber extracted from the apple pulp has great development value.
