浅析最大作用力下自动扶梯扶手带的同步性

侧碰过程中侧门总成对前排外侧乘员人体损伤程度研究 被引量:1

由于中国城市交通道路的布局多以平面交叉为主,在汽车保有量逐年增加的同时,车辆侧面碰撞事故概率逐年增大,且较于正面碰撞对乘员的损伤更为严重。为分析车辆侧面碰撞过程中前排外侧乘员身体各部位损伤情况,对前排外侧乘员与车门内饰板... 由于中国城市交通道路的布局多以平面交叉为主,在汽车保有量逐年增加的同时,车辆侧面碰撞事故概率逐年增大,且较于正面碰撞对乘员的损伤更为严重。为分析车辆侧面碰撞过程中前排外侧乘员身体各部位损伤情况,对前排外侧乘员与车门内饰板直接碰撞的肩部、胸部、腹部、髋部损伤影响进行了损伤等级分析和车门受力模型建立,搭建了模拟车门侧碰冲击试验台,随切入车门变形量和时间的变化过程得到不同部位冲击块的最大加速度和最大作用力。研究结果表明,肩部、胸部、腹部、髋部最大等效加速度分别为10.53g、23.02g、12.28g、26.75g;最大作用力分别为2035 N、3718.87 N、2631.94 N、5419.25 N;肩部损伤程度小于AIS4、其他部位损伤程度小于AIS3,该实验数据为前排外侧乘员的安全出行和车门结构的可靠设计提供了依据。 展开更多

Tensile properties of as-deformed 2A50 aluminum alloy were investigated in the high temperature solid and semi-solid states. The results show that temperature has almost no effect on the maximum tensile stress between 500 ℃ and 530 ℃, and the maximum tensile stress decreases rapidly when the temperature is above 532 ℃. The ductility decreases with increasing temperature and has an obvious fall when the temperature is above solidus temperature. This alloy almost has no ductility above 537 ℃, and cannot sustain tensile stress above 550℃. A brittle temperature range in which this alloy is prone to form microcracks was derived. The relation between microstructure, fraction solid and tensile properties were also investigated by examining the metallograph and fracture surface morphology of tested specimens, which could provide reference for forecasting the microcracks in this alloy occurring in semi-solid processing. 展开更多

Combined with the experimental results from the large tunnel of the ChongqingResearch Institute,the mechanism of gas and coal dust explosion was studied.Someconcepts about gas and coal dust explosion were introduced such as the form conditionand influential factors.Gas and coal dust explosion propagation was researched and thelifting process of coal dust was simulated.When an explosion occurred due to great mixtureof gas and air,the maximum explosion pressure appeared in the neighborhood of theexplosion source point.Before it propagated to the tunnel of the deposited coal dust,themaximum explosion pressure appeared to be in declining trend.Part of the energy waslost in the process of raising the deposited coal dust through a shock wave,so the maximumexplosion pressure was smallest on the foreside of the deposited coal dust sector.On the deposited coal dust sector,the explosion pressure rapidly increased and droppedoff after achieving the largest peak value.Because of coal dust participation in the explosion,the flame velocity rose rapidly on the deposited coal dust and achieved a basic stablevalue;coal dust was ignited to explode by initial laminar flame,and the laminar flametransformed into turbulent flame.The turbulence transformed the flame fold into a funnelshape and the shock wave interacted with the flame,so the combustion rate rose and thepressure wave was further enhanced.The regeneration mechanism between the flamecombustion rate and the aerodynamic flowing structure achieved the final critical state forforming the detonation. 展开更多

In order to evaluate the seismic behavior of confined RC column-composite beam joints, five interior joints were tested under low cyclic reversed load. The weakening extent of flanges, the number of studs, and whether to reinforce weakened flanges were used as parameters in designing these five joints. Failure characteristics, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, energy dissipation, strength degradation, and stiffness degradation were analyzed. The test results revealed that the steel beam flanges in the joints were equivalent to the tie rod. Weakened flanges resulted in poor seismic behavior; however, the seismic behavior could be improved by increasing studs and reinforcing weakened flanges. The joint steel plate hoops, equivalent to stirrups, did not yield when the maximum load was reached, but yielded when the failure load was reached for the joints with shear failure. Increasing stud-type joints and reinforcing flange-type joints ensured good seismic behavior and met project requirements. Based on the experimental results, the failure mechanism of the joints was discussed, and the shear capacity equations of the joints was presented. 展开更多
